Charmante maison au coin du prochain quartier haut de Nashville. Niché entre Downtown et East Nashville, votre emplacement ne pourrait pas être meilleur! Véritable maison de Nashville avec des meubles confortables, une cuisine entièrement meublée. Nous avons une salle de lavage et un pont arrière pratiques avec une grille et une cour clôturée!
Moins de 5 minutes Uber / Lyft au centre-ville.
Entouré de restaurants et de lieux locaux incroyables.

The area is an up and coming area, can assume it will only get better. It is a little bit of a drive, but not bad to the sites of Nashville. Ubers weren't hard to come by. I would suggest you check on the cleaning company, mostly everything was clean, but there was a lot of left over tape and decorations on the walls, and there is quite a bit of mold in the downstairs bathroom. Porch area was nice, we didn't use the back a lot. Beds and rooms were comfy and roomy.

We were very disappointed with the state of the house. The furniture was falling apart in the family room and the dining area. The family room furniture was dirty and caused all of us to have allergic reactions, so we were not able to sit on the furniture. Very difficult to relax when there’s no place to sit comfortably.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. We can tell that the house was once very nice when it was redone, it’s just undergone a lot of damage that hasn’t been attended to.

Our Nashville stay
The house is absolutely beautiful! The only thing is there are two rooms with two beds instead of two rooms with one bed, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The house was spacious however once entering the house smelled strongly of weed. We then had to open all doors in order to get the smell out. The floor was sticky and turned all of our feet black. Overall we were happy with the space and the rooms but we felt it could have been cheaper due to the above criteria.

Had a great time in Nashville! Everything about the home was exactly what we were looking for. Check in and booking process was a breeze. Owner is quick to respond! Close and easy drive to Broadway or 5 Points area. Will Definitely be back!
