Maison traditionnelle récemment rénovée de trois étages à St Andrews avec jardin clos ensoleillé et parking dans la rue. Situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville avec toutes les commodités locales juste à votre porte. Cette propriété serait idéale pour les golfeurs, les réunions de famille ou un groupe d'amis souhaitant explorer les délices de St Andrews et de East Neuk of Fife.
Répartie sur 3 étages, cette charmante maison comprend une cuisine bien équipée avec des portes-fenêtres donnant sur un jardin privé, une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, un vestiaire et un grand salon / salle à manger avec poutres d'origine, feu de gaz fonctionnel et téléviseur HD intelligent de 43 pouces. Sky sport disponible via Now TV.
Au premier étage, vous trouverez une chambre principale avec un très grand lit double / lits jumeaux et une salle de douche attenante. Il y a deux autres chambres lits jumeaux à cet étage avec une salle de douche Au sous-sol il y a une chambre superking / twin avec salle de bain attenante comprenant douche, baignoire et chauffage au sol.
Toutes les salles de bains ont de grandes cabines de douche avec douches à jets puissants et sèche-serviettes.

La maison a été construite en 1794 et possède une multitude de détails d'époque. La rénovation a été achevée en janvier de cette année et bien que la décoration intérieure ait été finie à un niveau très élevé avec de beaux lits confortables, des salles de bains contemporaines et un mobilier luxueux, la maison parvient toujours à conserver une grande partie de son charme et de son caractère d'origine.

Dauphinhill is a beautiful home , centrally located and very well equipped . Everyone had lots of space and on the occasions the sun shined there was a lovely garden to enjoy .
We stayed for one week for my daughter’s graduation . Loved it ! Thank you so much .

Could not ask for a better location, walking distance to everything. A car or taxi is helpful if you're going to the links with your clubs although a couple of us did walk down with out clubs. The beds were comfortable and the rear yard was great when the sun came out. Would definitely book again. We were 8 golfers ranging in age from 60 to 74.

This is a great house and location! We were able to walk into town for all our meals and shopping. Could not have asked for a better location. The house had enough room for all 5 adults in our trip. Would highly recommened.

House was elegantly appointed, very clean and comfortable (even in the cold and rain of St Andrew's winter). Owner was very responsive and kind to our requests. Kitchen was fully equipped and allowed for a full Thanksgiving dinner preparation.

Great house for a small group traveling to watch the Walker cup. Great house and equally great location. The house has ever possible amenity and we loved having refreshments in the garden. Philippa took care of our every need. We will be back.

Our family stayed in this lovely home during our sister’s wedding. It was just perfect for us (3 adults and two young children). The house is very comfortable and perfect for a young family as it has a high chair and portable crib along with plastic dishes etc. the garden is lovely with easy access from the kitchen. All in all a really great stay! Hope to come back again!

What a perfect house for a St Andrews trip. I tagged along with my husband and adult sons on their golf trip. The location couldn’t be any better. Walkable to everything-restaurants, grocery store, shops, golf course. The house is very large with plenty of storage for golf clubs, etc. Everything was so clean and communication was great. I loved sitting in the beautiful side garden. Just make sure to put Dauphinhill as address for any directions or delivery as there is no house number. You won’t be sorry renting this charming house.

The house has been nicely updated, while still keeping plenty of character. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the location was walkable to all of St. Andrews, plenty of space for our group of eight, and the garden area was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend and will try to book if I'm lucky enough to make it back.

An excellent stay in a well equipped property in a great location. The property was very well presented with some lovely touches that made us feel very welcome and at home right from the off.
The single parking space was essential as one member of our party had mobility issues so this, and the proximity to the centre of town, was a big factor in choosing this house. Parking in the nearby streets for a second car is easy enough but at busy times could mean a walk of a few minutes to the house so something to be aware of.

We booked this house for our sons wedding at St Salvador's. It could not have been more perfect. The house is beautiful and the reception areas were just right for our family and friends.
The house is also a very easy walk from everything in St Andrews being a short distance from the high street.
There is parking for one car on the driveway and a street adjacent to the property allows for permit free (at this stage) parking which was essential for us.
The owner was a delight too.
Recycling and bins were a bit of a drag though and I think there is an opportunity to improve the recycling bin arrangement inside the house to make it easier for tenants.

Lovely house, well equipped, tastefully decorated, very clean. Spacious lounge/dining room & large kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Only 1 parking space on site, but we found spaces in the street outside fairly easily. Excellent location, easy walking distance to town centre, restaurants, take-aways, etc. Owner was very helpful with advice & recommendations. We were a group of 4 couples, enjoyed our stay very much & would revisit / recommend.

Beautifully appointed house, tastefully furnished with original art, antiques and very clean modern bathrooms. This is a cosy house, but the lounge and bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds and fine linen. Centrally located, a few minutes walk to town centre. Phillipa was exceptionally responsive and pleasant to deal with. Pretty out door garden with grill was an added bonus on warmer days. Made our graduation week with daughter and grandparents a truly magical experience .Will be back! Thank you Phillipa!

Our large extended family stayed in this lovely house to attend a graduation at the university. It was perfect in every way. The house was charming with all the comforts of home and in the perfect location. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. It received an A+ rating from all of us.

This is a beautiful property ,well equipped for holiday letting sand tastefully decorated throughout. It is in a perfect location for town and beach in St . Andrews. We stayed as two families with teenage daughters over New Year and it worked perfectly for all of us . Philippa was excellent to deal with from booking to staying ,thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
