Mudah urusan chek in&out. Sy masuk mlm pun xrisau,tmpt ade kad akses tuk masuk. Cuma parking nasib² je dpn tu. Katil selesa,nyenyak tidur xde terjaga² 🤣.. biasa ssh nak tidur kalau tmpt baru pegi.Lokasi agk ke dalam sikit dlm perkampungan cina. Mlm sunyi,biase lah. Bilik window view blkg semak rupa nya 😆 dtg mlm xnmpk ape.. siang baru tau haha..
Dtg weekday xramai org,xnmpk pn org nye.tp ada kereta.Bawak iron sendiri,sbb tau mmg xde. Lain² semua okey.,✌🏻

It was a cool concept, the kids were so excited to stay in a yurt.
The staff didn’t enforce the noise policy. There was a busload of tourists who had music and talking until after 12 and then did it again from 5.30am. The kids and us didn’t get much sleep and we had driven a long way the day before. There is always noise when you stay in a tent but this was ridiculous. Absolutely, no regard for other people staying and the staff didn’t do anything as obviously the bus tours must be a money spinner for them. We loved teluk intan and would stay again but not at ricks. If you have a low noise policy then enforce it.

The layout of the resort is a bit different than others. They have a Mongolian Hut style in the resort. The space is not that big, but the owner fully utilized the whole space in a good way.
The toilet floor is a bit slippery. You have to wear the provided slippers to avoid any accident in the toilet.

it was unique and had good water pressure and good hot water. that’s all.
room comes with only two pillows, and extra is chargeable. (it’s fine, but should be stated in booking).
the bathroom is slippery and small. there’s mould on the bathtub lining which is disgusting.
the room was super dusty. I have a video evidence. the wall was dusty as well as the table and behind tv. this affected our sleep considerably.
poor quality finishing in room. such as table that’s unstable, creaky floor as your walk around the room and bulky key set to bring with you as you leave the room.
the room has no fridge although they provide a common fridge at lobby.
the room does not have tea spoon, only plastic stirrer.

I paid extra for windows but windows has to close with curtain because the room is located at corner which is a compulsory walkway for guests and everyone could see the room from outside. It is defeat the purpose of paying more for windows & need to cover up with curtain. Room is pretty small.
There is no other rooms to change as all the rooms with windows are same design.
