Everything was simply outstanding, and the villa is perfect for a large family gathering. The hosts - Andy and Alex -were fabulous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations was perfect for a family stay and hosted a dinner for 20 guests. The pool was amazing so be prepared to be in it for most of your stay. The beach across the road was idyllic. Loved all the bathrooms. Perfect spaces for everyone to have their own space for some time out.
Would have been perfect if we had aircon in some of the bedrooms as our littles ones found it difficult to settle to sleep even though there were fans etc.

Good location, everything you need around there, beach across the road, hosts friendly and helpful, would stay there again as you have your own space so better than a resort any day

Amazing space for six plus adults, fantastic kitchen/ dining / bar/ lounge area plus two upstairs lounges if you wanted to sit in the afternoon breeze and relax, brilliant BBQ area, a fantastic pool area and then across the road the beach was perfect with top notch snorkelling

What a fantastic place this is! The house is roomy and comfortable, with a great kitchen and lounge area for those evenings when you feel too relaxed to go out anywhere. We were a family of eight, and we had ample space for everyone to do their own thing or to come together to cook and eat. The pool and BBQ areas are gorgeous; in fact the whole garden is beautiful. And right across the road is a lovely beach, or a short walk away there is some great snorkelling. Alex and Andy were kind and helpful hosts, and went the extra mile for us when we had a drama with misplaced luggage. Thank you both for a very lovely and memorable holiday. We hope we can come back soon!

Great place for a large family. Lots of space for everyone, and a great kitchen for family meals! The pool is great, the hosts friendly, the location was brilliant and right across from the beach. We will be back. Meitaki!

Stunning location with beautiful gardens and right across from a perfect white sandy beach on the lagoon, with clear warm water. House was wonderful with all facilities. Hosts could not have been kinder.
Only glitch during our stay was a problem with the water supply, but everything was done by our hosts to keep any adverse effects to a minimum.

The swimming pool was fantastic. Location awesome with shops just a short walk away with the biggest ice creams ever. House is so spacious with lots of room for everyone.
The place needs more plates/bowl etc as there’s only one set for 4 guest but we had 8 in our party. Also I would recommend you bring movies with you as there is only one channel at night we found it nice to sit back and relax with the kids watching movies.

Great villa, lots of room and places for people to relax. Pool was also a bonus!! Everything was in the house that we might need: snorkel gear, canoe, BBQ, awesome kitchen area and equipment. Wonderful hosts who were easy to contact and deal with, and the onsite house-minders Gerard and Lizzie were very welcoming and friendly, and so helpful with places to eat, visit, and experience. We had an amazing stay here and recommend the villa to any large group (we were a family group of 8).
