The Best Location! Walk everywhere! Large Screened Porch! Beautiful interior!
Pour les familles qui souhaitent un intérieur propre et moderne avec un mobilier confortable, c'est la maison pour vous. Notre maison de vacances familiale a été entièrement rénovée en 2014 et est disponible à la location. Tout l'intérieur de la maison a été démonté et entièrement rénové! La nouvelle cuisine gastronomique a des armoires blanches, des comptoirs en marbre et des appareils en acier inoxydable avec du parquet. Il y a une chambre à deux lits et une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a 3 chambres à l'étage avec une salle de bain complète. 2 des chambres ont des lits queen et la plus petite chambre aura un lit double. Climatisation centrale et chauffage! Salles de bains en carrelage métro avec sols en marbre Carrera. Grande douche extérieure privée avec eau courante chaude et froide. Cette maison est située dans un quartier très central, proche de tout. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la plage, faire du shopping et de nombreux restaurants. Le magnifique Congress Hall Hotel est juste en haut de la rue et est un bel endroit à visiter pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner. La plage de Congress Street est une belle et grande plage. L'emplacement est imbattable!

Great time for our first stay in Cape May. Location of home is perfect - easy access to all Cape May has to offer via walking or bike. House was beautiful inside, clean and lots of room for 5 of us. Outdoor porch was great bonus to sit and enjoy breakfast!

We spent just a few days over the holiday weekend and can’t say enough about this property. We walked in and immediately felt like home. The location allowed us to walk everywhere but it was tucked away from any crowds and noise. And so CLEAN! The hosts were so kind and helpful - they checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect. And it really was!

Had a great weekend at this home during Christmas time, enjoying the Christmas tours. The location was great, close to town and restaurants. Enjoyed relaxing in the family room, beds were comfortable and home very well maintained. We will be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Cape May. This location is ideal! We were able to walk to the restaurants, shops, and beach. We never had to move the car.
The weather was perfect for enjoying the screened-in porch. Since the weather dipped overnight, Cathy ensured there we extra blankets on the porch.
It's the little things when renting a house that make a difference- like the cute bowls and platters we used for our happy hour charcuterie board.
Cathy informed us a few days ahead of time that the house would be ready for an early check-in and she extended the check-out.
We enjoyed our adult weekend and thinking about renting it next time with our kids.

We really enjoyed our stay here in cape may! The house is in the perfect location to beach and shops. The house it self is so adorable, and had a lovely screened in porch we enjoyed many meals on. Thanks for making it a week to remember!

This was perfect for our family and Kathy was a wonderful host! Some things we really appreciated were how walkable the house is to so much (we were never bored!!), the included beach tags, the outdoor shower, and the outdoor covered and uncovered decks. The only thing not included were the linens and paper towels, which we knew ahead of time and packed accordingly. We will definitely return. Thank you Kathy!

This home is very comfortable and set up so we could all sit around and talk and laugh - either in the living room or the screened-in porch. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Kathy was such a pleasure to interact with and responded to emails very quickly.

We had a great Easter get away. The house was spotless and the location is great. If you are from out of state be prepared that you need to bring bags with you to the grocery stores - they are not provided. Our only complaint is that it wasn't all that accommodating with having to bring your own linens/towels. We use VRBO often and love to travel minimally and we weren't expecting to have to bring soaps, detergent etc. for this trip. The highlight was the rail cars - fun experience.

From the moment we entered the property, we were impressed by the decor and cleanliness. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the shops/restaurants. Our host Kathy was amazing! She went so far as to contact me during our stay to make sure we were comfortable, and asked if we needed anything. We will DEFINITELY return to this property! I am looking forward to enjoying an afternoon on the enclosed porch - which is gorgeous!!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this wonderful home. Cape May is a special place to visit during the holiday season. We had a great 3 days exploring the town, lighthouse, Congress Hall, Beach Plum Farm and great restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable as always, and the owner always attentive and responsive. Could not have asked for a better experience. We will be back!

We absolutely adored this beach cottage in the heart of historic Cape May! It was decorated beautifully & exceptionally clean. The location was perfect to head up to the beach or to walk to Washington street for shopping/dinner/treats. I highly recommend checking out The West End Garage on Perry Street for some fun local finds. Kathy, the owner was accommodating and very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay & plan to come back!

Great house for a family vacation!
We loved the layout of the house - ample parking, nice yard, great appliances, marble through out, immaculately clean and all the comforts of home (ceiling fans, comfy beds and so many spices!). We enjoyed our time playing games and music on the large screened in porch (no bugs!). Quiet street, walking distance to the mall and beach :)

This was the perfect place for us. Nestled in residential area but just a jaunt to the beach and the main shopping street (and the CVS!), I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. The owners are very freindly and communicative, which helped us immensely.

Best Nest for These Birders
The property is located on a quiet street only a few blocks from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Perfect location aside, this home offered our crew a nice getaway once we entered the front door. The curb appeal continued inside with first-rate decor/furnishings and extremely comfortable beds. The living room was a great spot for evening board games, and when the weather warmed up we enjoyed the screened-in porch. Kathy was responsive ahead of our arrival and even suggested a birdwatching spot for our crew at Higbee Beach. We had a hard time saying goodbye and definitely plan on returning to this lovely home.

The house is fabulous. It has been totally redone with high end windows and doors to a lovely deck. Sun filled, quiet, 3 blocks to the beach. Outdoor grill makes cooking a breeze and great stocked kitchen. Karen was immediately helpful about how to use TV,. Will definitely return!

Great Holiday Season Getaway
This was our second year staying at 325 Congress the days following Christmas. Our family, including three children b/w 7-11, had a wonderful time. The house was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything and the owner was great to deal with and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We visited the lighthouse, beach plum farm and the zoo, did a great holiday light show tour, and made many trips to nearby Congress Hall and Washington Street. We finished most nights relaxing and playing board games with the kids. We look forward to staying again next year.

Absolute perfection!
This beautifully and thoughtfully renovated home was the perfect April getaway for me, my husband, and our 3-month old daughter. Not only is the home gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious, but it is in an absolutely fantastic location. We took our daughter on walks everywhere: to the boardwalk, on the beach, to the Washington Street Mall, to the ACME, to the liquor store (we’re new parents!!), and to the veranda at Congress Hall.
When we weren’t enjoying all Cape May has to offer, we were relaxing on the screened in porch, cooking in the jealousy-inducing kitchen, or grilling. Kathy was a wonderful hostess and it was incredibly easy to check in/get in touch with her.
If you want the perfect stay in Cape May, do not hesitate to book this home! We will certainly look to do so again.

Sisters’ Long Weekend
A long weekend in Cape May with 5 sisters and our 91 yr old mother was long over due! The house was PERFECT! The kitchen was well-stocked; the family room spacious and comfortable; the beds were very comfortable. There was a large screened-in outside porch with ample seating and space to relax. The location was great; and off street parking for 2 cars was a really nice feature.
The owner, Kathy, was beyond helpful. She responded immediately to a few minor requests, and was friendly and kind in demeanor. We highly recommend this property!

A Great Home - Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
The home was perfect for our post-Christmas getaway with the family. So close to shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful and very clean. Great for just relaxing with the family, playing board and card games, and venturing out into the cold for short walks to Congress Hall and other shops and restaurants.

Property was even nicer than advertised. The house was clean, nicely equipped, and located in easy walking distance to downtown, the beach, and a bicycle ride to the lighthouse and Cape May Point. The owner communicated everything clearly and concisely; we were able to park 2 large vehicles (a minivan and Dodge Ram pickup) in the drive, and unloading our bags into the house was easy. Comfortably slept 4 adults and one child with emenities to keep us entertained when staying in. Would definitely book this house again.
