We had a great stay! Two families easily shared the entire rental, everyone had their own space! The home was well appointed very clean and across the street from a Trolly stop making it easy to get to down town. Will stay here again!

The house was very clean and it had household supplies. We didn’t need to go buy anything. It had plenty of bedding and towels for the bathrooms. We would stay there again.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding so the location was amazing. The grandparents were in the lower suite which was perfect for them. The owner was upfront about the traffic noise. Traffic calms down a bit after 10 pm but picks up around 7 am. Our room had a noise maker so that helped. I didn't see any in the other rooms so I spoke with the owner. The beds were amazing so to me that made up for some of the noise. Super clean and lots of towels. Would stay again!!

The property was perfect for a trip with friends! It’s in a great location and you can catch the trolly to go downtown. We didn’t notice any road noise and would visit again!

We rented the entire house, so we had two apartments that were joined together with a staircase. It worked really well for our group. We ate in for some meals and the kitchen is well appointed with items needed to cook. The house is even nicer than it looks in the online photos! Thank you for a great experience.

We had a lovely stay at the property. The only issue we had was with the front keypad, which wasn't working. We called Claudine, and she came out and fixed it right away. It's a charming little place, very cozy. It had everything we needed, and it was actually perfect for two small families. The location couldn't have been better - we were able to walk to almost everything! The heating system is definitely old-fashioned, but it worked fine and we were nice and toasty. We would definitely come back!

Clean and comfortable in a central location.

Overall, this house was perfect for us. Very clean, easy to live in, location was close enough to walk to town, walk to the boardwalk along the river. I was worried that it would be cold and rainy and miserable, but the weather was perfect, only slightly drippy, not so cold that we didn't want to go out for walks. Astoria is a beautiful town. My only complaints about the house: described as having a hot tub, but actually it was a bathtub. Carpeting was new, which made one of our people kind of sick. Only one bedroom had a closet, which was a disappointment. I had envisioned actually unpacking and hanging clothes up for the week. Otherwise, this house was perfect.

Overall the stay was great, home was very clean and well maintained. Downstairs bedrooms are small but great kitchen and living room. Upstairs had better bedroom sizes, stairs are narrow but doable. Great location! Only downside was the listing had a hot tub listed as an amenity but we did not see one.

The place is amazingly clean and welcoming except for the stairs, which are almost treacherous because they are so steep. An unnerving hazard for the toddler and senior in our group.

This victorian home provided extra bedrooms for family who came to the Astoria area to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect

House was clean and cute. Lots of stairs, which was fine for us because great-grandma is very active, but could be an issue for some. Plenty of space for our large group. Easy walk to catch the trolley to get around town. Definitely will stay here again.

Very easy to find and the house is in great shape. The furniture was excellent and we enjoyed the porch!

There was plenty of bed space for 12 but the overall gathering space was not big enough for 12 to hang out. Good place to stay though.

Perfect location for our fishing trip out of West Mooring Basin Docks. The Docks are a short walk across the street. Accurate description of the property and amenities.

This house was perfect for accommodating our group. The location is central to everything, we loved watching the boats go by on the river. Everything was very clean and comfortable, exceeding expectations.

Photos dont do this house credit! Beautiful inside, very clean! Neighborhood was interesting, the smoke shop that advertised adult items next door elicited some entertaining observations from the 15 yr old girls staying with us. Overall though we felt safe and the space was great.

House was perfect for our group size. We rented both units and loved the separate entrances and bathrooms. The house is clean and well kept, very quiet inside. Hosts answered all our questions and it's walking distance to great food and coffee.

We really enjoyed having two separate units; it was awesome having 2 kitchens and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Would absolutely stay there again!

Clean place to stay that is centrally located. We had a blast! We rented the downstairs unit. The place had everything we needed and having two bathrooms was perfect. It's an old 1907 home and the heat is a little bit difficult to keep in every room. But overall the place was a nice place to rest in between the adventures we had outside.

What a cool place! This home has an upstairs and a downstairs we rented both. One son and his family of 3 kids were downstairs in a two bedroom suite and another son and my wife and I had the upstairs two bedroom suite. A couple nights a 3rd son flopped on a couch after the bars. By the way this place is EASY WALK to Astoria’s night life. We all liked this place and would ABSOLUTELY rent again. We went in not expecting much. What a SURPRISE! this place has three clean bathrooms. There was like 100 clean towels. There’s a fabulous washer dryer room. There are two fully stocked kitchens with pots pans silver ware dishes etc. They each have a coffee grinder AND they gave us some tasty coffee beans too and the Mr Coffee machines appear like new. We had all kinds of paper towels and tissues and toilet paper provided too. There was even shampoo and body gel in each shower. Place is clean, bright, cheery. Good paint job. Good wiring. Everything works. Good TV’s, fast WiFi, easy door code entry lock, good parking. Gem of a VRBO really. We walked in and it was freezing cold but we figured out quick how to turn on multiple heat sources and we honestly made it too hot the first night. Place has a glassed in front porch and every morning I drank my coffee out there with my grandson as I taught him the names of the kinds of trucks that go by on the main road. It is a little noisy because of that but not overpowering. I slept like a baby. Good beds. Good sheets. Good pillows. 100% GOOD
