Lakewood Ranch Lakeside Condo Close to Shops and Restaurants
Ce condo au bord du lac est situé au cœur de Lakewood Ranch. Le condo est situé au premier étage et offre une vue imprenable sur le lac et la fontaine depuis le patio grillagé. Assis sur le patio est assez paisible. Le condo a 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et a une peinture personnalisée. Chaque chambre est grande et dispose de confortables lits queen-size et de dressing. Il y a des téléviseurs dans le salon principal et dans les deux chambres. Le condo a également WiFi. C'est une merveilleuse suite exécutive pour tous ceux qui séjournent en ville pour affaires.
Le Village at Town Park propose des équipements de style complexe. Vous pouvez vous détendre près de la grande piscine, jouer au beach-volley, faire de l'exercice dans le centre de remise en forme ultramoderne ou vous promener sur la piste au bord du lac d'un demi-mile. My wife and I stayed for 35 nites in Feb/Mar. It was a great location near lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. It was less than 20 miles to Siesta Key Beach but with snowbird traffic, it usually took 45 minutes to an hour to get there. The place was well stocked, but with us staying for 5 weeks, we had to buy additional supplies like paper towels, TP, cleaning supplies, etc. The pool was beautiful, one of the nicest we've seen at a condo, but unfortunately the heater was broken until the last few days of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the complex was quiet. It probably could use the attention of a handyman for a day for little things like a loose towel bar, broken stove clock, caulking, etc., but that's getting a little picky. We talked about that if we owned it, we would update the family room furniture and the appliances (we would need the freezer to have an icemaker if we lived in Florida, LOL). But if we rented it out as a VRBO, we probably wouldn't change much, either. If I could give it a true rating, I'd probably give it a 4.5, but I gave it a 5 because I don't think a 4 gives it enough credit for all the really good things it had. The best compliment I would give it is that we would definitely stay there again, and in fact, our very cooperative host allowed us to stay an extra two days when our plans changed.

The property was exactly as described. Close to everything it was nicely furnished and very clean, safe neighborhood right by a lake, and super comfy beds. What’s not to like? The owner was very responsive and kind enough to let us check in early which we were very grateful for.

My husband, adult son and I spent 4 nights here while visiting my in-laws. The rooms were welcoming, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk and jog around the pond outside- even seeing some wonderful Florida wildlife in our walks. My husband was able to work while from the condo- the wifi was strong.

My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing summer in a mountain lake setting. This place was luxurious, and comfortable. All of the amenities were high end. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were great. We fell in love with the two nearby towns (Hayesville, NC and Hiawassee, Ga). We were so pleased that we're planning to return next summer.

The location worked out perfectly. We were able to walk two restaurants in Lakewood Ranch, about a mile to a mile and a half. Or else it was a very easy drive also. The accommodations worked out very well for us.

Just as advertised. Clean 2 bedroom with everything you need for a short or long stay. You do have to wind around some neighborhoods to reach the parking lot but a minor inconvenience at worst. O would definitely rent this unit again.

This was a lovely two bedroom two bath condo in a quiet setting. The location was close to shopping, dining, entertainment and a short easy drive to the beach. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Would recommend it and will definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely Perfect!
This property was absolutely perfect. Immaculately clean, well equipped, and a great location. Between Siesta Key, Lido Key, and the community pool, we certainly got our share of sun and relaxation. The split plan was perfect with a bedroom and bathroom at each side of the condo. Having a tv in the living area and one in each bedroom was great. The washer and dryer was very convenient to have as well. We would love to book this property again. The owner made things very easy for us and was available although there was nothing we could have needed that was not already provided.
