Circa 1870 Farmhouse-Large 2 chambres 2 salles de bain complètes, 6 couchages. La maison a une nouvelle cuisine complète pour préparer des repas faits maison. Cette suite exécutive a un plan d'étage ouvert qui est niché dans le village de Old West Petaluma. À pied du centre-ville historique - quartier des théâtres - boutiques et boutiques d'antiquités - excellents restaurants et lieux de divertissement. Petaluma offre de nombreux endroits pour déguster le vin et passer une nuit romantique en ville. Prenez le train intelligent vers les villes voisines. Un quartier fantastique, accueillant et fantastique!

We arrived a bit late and the lights on the porch were left on for us. I had communicated that it would be dark.
Its an old victorian that had been converted into the upstairs being a nice space. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a TV room. It was a very hot week. It has two window vented type AAc units tat had a hard time dealing with the heat. Luckily Petaluma tends to col off well during the night. I lived in an old victorian in my 20's so it was very nestalgic for me. The kitchen is nice and has the basic kitchen equiptment. The host left a treat for us and that was such a sweet gesture. Laundry is on site just not in the area we stayaed. Host was available and helpful when I asked a question. I would recommend this place to others. I would stay again if we come back to California. They was also beach chairs under the stairs as well as a closet of books and some games. I only wish the master bedroom had some blinds or black out curtains. It is in a very nice neighborhood close to downtown Petaluma and the smart train.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute Craftsman. The neighborhood is beautiful, perfect for walks and coffee on the porch. The home had everything we needed and we were wuite comfortable there.

Great location few blocks from Petaluma downtown, very convenient and charing area of victorian, tree lined houses. The place had everything as described with 2 full beds & bath. This is an old house so the layout is going to reflect it (no open floorplan, stairs to the quarters and very small living room). The host was very responsive and transparent.

Super convenient location in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Frank made check in and check out incredibly easy. Comfortable stay for myself, my husband and our two boys. Walking distance to a nice playground. A more ambitious walk to town with a 3yo but for older folks a nice stroll to downtown. We would 100% book it again.

very miserly on bath towels. only 2 towels per bathroom, requiring us to do laundry mid vacation.

This was the perfect place to stay in Petaluma. The home was SPOTLESS, the beds and linens were super comfortable, and the walkability to restaurants, shops, wineries in Petaluma was great! Frank was quick to respond to our questions and friendly. We couldn't have had a better stay!

Frank did a great job preparing the space for our arrival. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Although because it was a second story apartment/condo, it was a little hot when we arrived. But he had two portable air conditioning units and fans that we used that brought the temperature in our bedroom down considerably.
The only thing we should have noted that wasn't present was a washer and dryer. Again, we should have notice this in the listing so our fault. If you need a washer and dryer on site, you might want to view other properties.
The location was great. Quiet and respectful street. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks Frank!

This property was fine and was listed accurately. A short 'instruction manual' regarding things like the porch light, heating and A/C etc. would have been helpful in the future. Also, more shelf space in the BR would have been nice but these are hardly deal breakers! thanks.

This place was perfect for family visiting from U.K. Close enough to downtown to walk to stores and restaurants yet set in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Clean, bright and spacious. Host was available if needed and unobtrusive otherwise. We could not have asked for a better place!

This property is conveniently located to downtown Petaluma and surrounding areas - easy to get to the highway. It is very spacious, clean, private and comfortable. 2 big bedrooms, 2 nice baths, a smaller TV room, nice kitchen. We enjoyed our stay at this property and have already recommended it to family members. Should I be in need of a Vrbo in the Petaluma area in the future, this will be the first property I select. Frank is a gracious host and willing to assist in any way.

We stayed for four days and really enjoyed the spot. We cooked several meals there and found the kitchen well stocked with the tools we needed. The neighborhood is super cute - we went for afternoon walks nearly every day just to look at the houses and gardens nearby. We also ran to the Helen Putnam park one morning which had spectacular views (though be prepared for some serious up-hill stretches). Frank was friendly, available when needed, and offered great recommendations for local hikes/food/vineyards. Apartment was really spacious for just the two of us - could easily accommodate a bigger group.

We love staying in Petaluma because it’s not only a perfect hub for activities in the area but has its own active downtown as well. Our property was spacious and immaculately clean with nice amenities including fresh ground coffee and herbal tea. We loved the natural light that filled every room. Our days were planned full with activities, so we crashed by the time we got back and didn’t watch much TV, which was perfect for us.
