Large property with ample room and beds for a large group. Good location, close to the beach and walking distance from the main street of Ocean Grove as well as the edge of Asbury Park boardwalk. Fun place to stay, only note would be there are a fair amount of stairs to get up and down within the property (for those with limited mobility). Would certainly stay here again!

Three generations of women met for the weekend, right after a flood causing storm. So when we got to the house, Mother Nature had left the neighborhood and house with a few surprises. Thankfully, Jen and Dean responded quickly and with action to make sure nothing negatively affected our weekend. The house is nicely finished, has everything we needed and more, and is very spacious. Would recommend!

This was such a great place. Very short walk to Ocean Grove Beach which is beautiful and a short walk to asbury Park. I stayed there for a week with friends joining me for the weekend. Large house with three bedrooms. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is perfect. The host could not have been more accommodating. I had some scheduling issues and she worked it all out for me. I cannot wait to stay there again

Loved mostly everything about our stay here: historic, quiet neighborhood, four blocks to the beach, thoughtful accommodations, great kitchen, several outdoor areas to relax and visit. The only fly in the ointment: extremely uncomfortable mattresses, couches, and chairs. Am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed again. Otherwise, perfect.

House was very well maintained and spacious. Great house for a beach vacation. The locker on the beach was key. Highly recommend this house.

From the first message to the last, Jen was super responsive. The property is perfectly located to shops & beach. From Bikes to beach ... it is included (not every property does this). Jen has thought of everything AND MORE! My only problem.. my vacation wasn't longer so I could enjoy this beautiful home more.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Grove so much! The whole process was so easy and absolutely everything we needed was at the house. I loved having use of the beach locker and the bikes. Having towels and sheets already at the property made it so much easier for traveling. Everything was easy to understand and was communicated very clearly. We are already planning our visit next year!

We had such a nice time in this beautiful home. The neighborhood was lovely, the home was exactly as described and it was such a quick walk to both the town and the beach. We especially enjoyed the comfy porch furniture and hanging out together in the patio area. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

The property was exactly as described. Location was wonderful, very close to shops & restaurants. About a 30 minute, easy, walk to the Asbury Park boardwalk. Loved the outdoor space, used the back patio a lot!

This house was beautiful! It's small and cozy enough for a group of friends to spend a weekend. It's a quick walk to the beach which would be nice in warmer weather but I did enjoy the area. The house is super cute and well equipped.

Great location for walking the boardwalk or through town. House was clean and tidy. The mattress in the master seems to be in need of an upgrade but overall fine for a couple of nights.

Second season - home has all amenities needed we did not need to cook much - loved having bikes available - so close to ocean for sunrise and walks on boardwalk

These Ocean Grove accommodations were perfect for our family traveling to Asbury Park for a fall wedding. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas and a short walk to the impeccable boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean.

The only thing that wasn’t good during my stay was the weather. Rain, wind and cloudy during the entire stay. The house and my family made the stay worthwhile!

This year marked our 4th stay at this lovely home. We so enjoy coming down in September for our girls' weekend. The house is comfortable and very clean. The rain shower in the main bathroom is awesome. The two porches and side yard offer plenty of room for gathering and enjoying drinks. The kitchen is well-equipped--very clean stove and fridge, and the new outdoor shower comes in handy after coming back from the beach. Great, quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the center of town for shopping or to the beach and boardwalk. Truly a great place to relax. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. We are already looking forward to next year!

This is a nice clean house in a great location. The only problem is the tiny third bedroom. It is advertised as having two twin beds, but in reality it only has a trundle bed. When the lower bed is pulled out it cannot be moved apart from the upper bed because the room is too small. That means that the person in the upper bed has to step on and over the person in the lower bed to get out of bed. Obviously this might be ok for children but it doesn’t work for adults. Another concern is the staircase inside—it is dark and steep, and there’s a tricky set of steps at the bottom of the stairs that forms a real trip hazard. If the twin bed situation and dark stairwell were rectified we would give this property five stars for its location, cleanliness, and great outdoor space

This is our second time staying at this property for a family beach vacation and it was, once again, a great stay. Owner is easy to communicate with and very accommodating and the house was clean and is well taken care of. Close enough to walk to the beach but on a quiet street. We would definitely come back again.

Met our needs beyond our expectations. Felt like our home and suited us perfectly. Amenities made it easy.

This charming rental was exactly what we needed. The owners provided a check in video that was so thorough that check in and out, along with any questions we may have had, was seamless. We parked our car and didn’t need to move it for the rest of the stay. The beach, restaurants, shopping are all within walking distance. The owners were also kind enough to include beach passes which is a definite plus. Would highly recommend this periphery and we hope to come back again!

Lovely home just blocks from a beautiful beach. Our entire family enjoyed the house and the kids really loved the outside shower after a long day at the beach. This was our first time here, but have already booked a week next year for what is sure to be a family tradition. Great house, great hosts.

There are some great things to enjoy about this house! Having bikes available was a nice treat and the large air conditioner in the kitchen really made a big difference while cooking during the hot days! The patio out back had cute lights in the evening. Also, the owners sent a very helpful video ahead of our arrival with information and directions. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were a bit loud for our kids but so nice to have to keep cool .The only “problem” was that there was some confusion about the stated check out times in the listing/confirmation emails so the cleaning person showed up before we left - when booking, I’d just double check with the owner next time. (We also didn’t find any washcloths, so folks may want to bring some.) Jen, thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We felt really grateful for a homey place to stay!

Have just spent another lovely week here (it’s been 5 summers, consecutively. . We absolutely love it, and have already requested to book another week for next summer. You won’t be disappointed!

We selected this property based on the layout of the bedrooms and its proximity to the beach. It was perfect. All the kids (aged 10, 12, and 18) stayed in one room, I stayed in a small room off the second floor balcony, and my brother stayed in the master. The furniture and bedding was quite comfortable throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we ate out at Vic’s every night, but for breakfast we were all set. The parking was fairly ample on week days, though a bit more challenging on the weekend, but we expected that to be true. The walk to the beach and center of town was very doable and the children enjoyed riding the owner’s various bikes in the evening. The outside shower was unavailable due to an issue, and I worried that one shower was going to be taxing for five people, but we were able to make it work and the ocean was a good second shower.😂 The stairs to the second floor were fairly steep and there were quite a few steps; this wasn’t an issue for us, but if my elderly mother had been with us she would not have been able to make it to the upstairs or indoor shower, so that is worth consideration if reserving. However, as my title states, this place was beyond perfect for our needs, and the owners were available and highly communicative. I would absolutely stay here again.

What an amazing find! This house was conveniently located right near the beach and town center. It was a massive space that more than comfortably fit 7 people. The house was super clean and provided everything you could possibly need for a successful stay! Best time ever!! Definitely recommend!
