Beautiful Historic Building on Manistee River Walk
Le bâtiment était à l'origine la Banque nationale Manistee. L'appartement récemment rénové est le siège d'origine des bureaux de la Banque. Il se trouve sur la promenade de la rivière Manistee. Le bâtiment est situé au centre du quartier historique du centre-ville, à quelques pas des boutiques, des restaurants et des divertissements locaux. Le pont offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière où vous verrez des voiliers et des bateaux de pêche charter passer. Vous pouvez même voir un cargo des Grands Lacs naviguer sur le canal de la rivière. Le River Walk permet une belle promenade jusqu'au lac Michigan.
L'appartement rénové est de 1500 pieds carrés, a des planchers de bois franc d'origine et des murs en briques apparentes, des plafonds de 11 ', des tonnes d'éclairage naturel et une belle terrasse arrière qui surplombe la rivière Manistee. Il y a des escaliers menant à l'appartement de la rue (photo). L'accès arrière se fait par un escalier en colimaçon (photo) sur le patio qui descend aux niveaux inférieurs du bâtiment. Il y a un espace de stationnement situé derrière le bâtiment pour votre usage.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable downtown Manistee location. Sleeps 4 with ease and up to 6 on an air mattress or couches. Well appointed kitchen and living space. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful. Loved being right on the river. We were able to watch a barge going by. The view was incredible. The host was extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing. Clean and well equipped with supplies. The location downtown on the river was cool. Our college kids enjoyed the firepit each night on the deck overlooking the river.
The best comment is that we would book it again!

Great spot for a family of four! Loved that we could walk almost anywhere. Hopped across the street (literally) for a movie one night, and highly recommend North Channel Brewing. The apartment is spacious and furnished perfectly. Without hesitation, would stay again!

This is an amazing property right on the Riverwalk. Plenty of room inside with a great full kitchen, wonderful exposed brick and wood floors, along with all the comforts of home. Great experience with the owners. Be sure to run across the street to TJ's for a meal while you are there.

Great property offering both walking to downtown restaurants and shopping as well as a wonderful private balcony, outdoor fireplace and view of the river!
Kitchen was well outfitted and host even provided Starbuck's coffee! Definitely want to come back here again! Highly recommend!

The home had all amenities needed. The area was perfect for restaurants /eclectic shops and just walking around. The view in back yard overlooking the river was breathtaking . Picture perfect weather

Property was clean and tastefully decorated W e were within walking distance to everything in the downtown area. We got to see the Manitowoc (Lower lake freighter) come up the river channel at night and leave early the next morning while have a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the river. This property was simply superb in every way. Thank-you Barry for your hospitality!

If you desire to stay in Manistee...this is the place! Barry is amazing and is very helpful. It is only a .8 mile to the Lake and can easily be walked on the River Walk to the Lake. There is parking behind the apartment and wonderful restaurants are located close by that you can easily access by a short walk. The apartment is adequately equipped so that you can also cook meals at the apartment. I would strongly encourage you to stay at this apartment and if we ever visit Manistee in the future, we know where we will stay!

We’ve stayed here three times now and look forward to returning again and again. It’s a beautiful space, a lovely quaint and unpretentious town, and the perfect place for us to unwind and relax. We split time using the nice kitchen making excellent meals for ourselves and walking down to the Bluefish for a satisfying meal (also recommend Table 14 thirty minutes south in Ludington). We love the $2 classic movies across the street at the Vogue and walks along the riverwalk to the big lake. And Magoon Creek nature area. Everything about our stay at this place is always perfect. The location is perfect, centrally located and with in walking distance of so many amazing sites and business'. The most amazing property manager I have ever dealt with, second to none. Our family travels to Manistee quite often and we will stay at this property as often as possible.

This is our second year staying on the river in this loft. It is a beautiful place and so relaxing! The river walk is right there to explore in the back and you are in the middle of town at the front door. Barry is very responsive and great to work with. It was a wonderful week!

It was very easy to rent and access this property. It was in the heart of downtown Manistee making it convenient for all the wedding party activities we needed to attend in town. Their are beautiful views from the back patio area and a nice private place to park. This place is in our top 5 places to rent in Manistee.

Perfect stay
We have been visiting and vacationing to Manistee for over 12 years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Great location, great character, and an awesome bed!!! We fell in love instantly and can't wait to go back in the fall!!! Can't say enough good things about here!

Wonderful!
Spacious apartment in a beautiful old building, and very nicely decorated. We loved it, and considered it a bargain considering all of the room we had to relax in vs. a hotel room. If we hadn't spent so much time out snowshoeing the great trails in the area, we would have loved exploring the great shops in the downtown area. A great place for a get-away!
