Unit 1: Beautiful townhouse near to Petoskey shopping, restaurants and trails.
Venez séjourner dans cette confortable maison de ville de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Il y a deux unités dans ce duplex, chacune avec sa propre entrée avec une terrasse commune à l'arrière. Il y a une grande cour arrière avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Cette vieille maison pittoresque a été entièrement rénovée et a une petite vue sur la baie! Promenez-vous au centre-ville pour dîner ou faire du shopping. Nous sommes à proximité des pistes cyclables, des plages, du golf et des stations de ski et bien plus encore. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Cette unité peut accueillir 6 confortablement.
Nous avons des climatiseurs de fenêtre: un à l'étage et un en bas. Nous utilisons aussi des ventilateurs de fenêtre old school!

We arrived very late after dropping our kid off at college, and the host was very accommodating! Everything was perfect, and the location was great, an easy walk to downtown.

Celebrating Tina's 65th BD, and she wanted to check out Petoskey!! This property was PERFECT for our needs! The entire home was comfy; bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and the porches. We felt at home from the time we got there until the time we had to leave. The property is a few blocks from the awesome downtown area; we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and The Bay! We also had a few nice drives to places close by; Mackinac City, Boyne City, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, and Deadman's Hill!! It was all of our first times to the area, and it was lovely. We are so thankful to Colleen for sharing her beautiful home with us!!!

This place has everything you need, books, games, cookware and plenty of space. There's a view of the water out the back and an easy short walk to downtown Petoskey. The street is quiet and check in and check out were a breeze. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

We brought our family on our annual Petoskey vacation. We were very excited to be between Boyne Mountain and The Highlands, but also close to downtown Petoskey. The location did not disappoint! We walked to downtown and enjoyed all the amenities of the area. The house was charming and cozy. The kids loved having their own rooms, and my wife loved all the warm blankets and cozy furniture. We will absolutely stay here again!

This is a nice, well-equipped house just 2 blocks from downtown, so it's easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. It's clean and comfortable...a great place to relax after a day of skiing. We loved our stay here.

This house was wonderful! So close to downtown shopping and dining (easy walk-we went a few times in a single day) and plenty of space to hang out and relax! Completely stocked with games for a fun game night in! Communication with property owner was fantastic and the instructional guide to the house provided great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. Loved waking up in the morning and seeing the Bay from the kitchen window! Would absolutely stay here again, we were able to explore Petosky and have some great family memories!

Great location to experience Petoskey and the Little Traverse Bay area
Comfy place, ideally located in Petoskey. Downtown and the waterfront are a short walk, as is the Bear River trail. Easy ride to the Little Traverse Wheelway--a lovely bike trail to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. We stayed here for two weeks and this was an excellent place for us. Colleen is very helpful, even bringing over a poison ivy treatment for a rash that popped up. We walked, biked, kayaked the Bear and Boyne Rivers, shopped, went to art galleries, and saw hot air balloons go up. We would return to this place again.

Summer Getaway
Colleen was great to work with from booking a few months ago to the end of our vacation. The house was perfect for our teen boys to have their own rooms. It’s an easy walk to downtown and the lakefront. Colleen had great suggestions for food & activities. House has been kept up well & had everything we needed for the week.

Second time staying at this place. The location can not be beat. The property owner is super helpful and responsive. The place is clean and has everything you need. It could use a bit of an upgrade on the mattresses. But overall a wonderful value for the money and made for a great landing spot for our week long adventure up north.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay
Unit 1 of this property is very nicely updated with a great kitchen and two very nice bathrooms. The location is excellent - an easy walk to downtown Petoskey, the Greenway, Bayview, the lakeside park, and the Bear River Recreation area.
Colleen is an excellent communicator who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. One of our absolute best experiences with a short term rental
