Belle, rénovée maison de 3 BR avec vue sur l'eau et d'une superbe 140 pi. Jetée. Une cour entièrement clôturée salue votre arrivée. Profitez de la cuisine d'un chef avec poutres apparentes au plafond et les comptoirs de noyer, ainsi que tous les derniers appareils. Un plan d'étage ouvert avec des ventilateurs de plafond avec de superbes vues sur l'eau de presque toutes les chambres sont fournis à cette retraite aérée. Un grand porche (10 x 20 '+) avec moustiquaire et chaises berçantes permet de se détendre à l'avant de la maison. Trois et demi salles de bains sont rénovées avec douche maître spécial mis en place juste pour 2. Trois chambres - maître w / un roi, à l'étage 2 chambres 1 w / lits jumeaux et une w / King. 6 couchages avec des lits actuels et un matelas pneumatique Queen est fourni. Linge de maison (draps, serviettes) sont fournis.

Spent much time on the deck, enjoying the water. Hostess nice, but did not remedy no lights in the kictchen our last 3 days. Provided no dish washer soap or kleenexes.

Michelle met us at the house for a short but informative tour. Everything you could need is provided. It was so nice to be able to bring our 2 Aussies to a home with a fenced in yard. My favorite pass time was sitting on the back deck enjoying the river. Hurricane Debbie put on quite a show but all was well. Looking forward to returning again. Thanks Michelle!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! It was so peaceful and relaxing. Just what we wanted. Michelle was great to work with and check in was a breeze. If you’re looking for zen this is the place to stay. The house was adorable and well stocked with anything you may need. Several stores close by for groceries, lots of restaurants. Tiki Lees is a must for good food and fun atmosphere. A drive to Annapolis was worth visiting. Very historic and lots of cute shops! Fireworks on the river for the 4th were amazing! The upper part of the Chesapeake Bay has many unique waterfront neighborhoods in east Baltimore. This adorable cottage sits on a beautiful and surprisingly quiet spot on Back River. Our family of 4 enjoyed four nights here while our home 40 mins away was being renovated. The location was convenient for going to the office and well equipped for working from home too. The pictures represent the property well. The deck was so pleasant, shady and breezy, and seemed like the coolest place to be during a heat wave, plus the AC kept the first floor the perfect temperature. The hammock by the water was a favorite spot for teenagers to read and nap. The decor is eclectic, interesting and fun! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfy. Michelle helped us quickly with anything that was needed and advice on where to order crabs and get supplies. She’s a great host and we could tell she really wanted us to be happy! The neighbors were friendly, too. If you want a brand new, perfect house, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want to stay at a place that’s wonderful, relaxing, and a special piece of Baltimore … this is the perfect house.

The property was open and inviting. The beds were comfortable, a nice fenced in yard for the dogs was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, slow cooker, roaster, etc. we would definitely come back.

I stayed at the house with my daughters (ages 14 and 20), my husband, mother in law, and mother. There was plenty of room for the whole family. We loved fishing and relaxing by the water on the long private dock.

We had a great time although the cleanliness of the river kept us from swimming. That was a huge downer. Seems wastewater plant is getting under control but we didn’t want to risk becoming sick. The beach tiki area shown was over grown and hot tub doesn’t work. House had lots of ants which wasn’t that big of a deal. The dock (pier) was great for fishing but we so missed swimming.

Wake up, grab your cup of coffee, meander out to the dock and watch the birds fly over the river- ducks, geese, osprey, bald eagles, cormorants … so peaceful! The house offers all you need - comfy beds, a bedroom and full bath on the first floor for those unable to climb stairs, room to spread out … it was wonderful! I am from the Baltimore area and never knew this art of the world existed. It’s a little out if the way, (20 minutes from downtown Baltimore) but is so worth it!

My husband, my Mom, and I stayed at this comfortable lovely home for an extended Thanksgiving holiday. The house has gorgeous water views, a deck, a dock, a great kitchen for cooking together, and three full bathrooms with a convenient half bath. We loved our time here. The neighborhood is quiet. The host is very hospitable and helpful. We highly recommend this vacation location.

We had a lovely week at the cottage on the river. The house had a great set-up for my husband and I, our two kids and my mom. We spent the days sitting by the water reading and talking. It was lovely!
I was really happy to see that the kitchen was well appointed so that we could make a few big family dinners. There were also TV's available for gaming consoles or for streaming movies, etc. We also spent a day in Annapolis which was only 40 minutes away.
Michelle, our host, was just fantastic to work with and was always available via text when we had questions. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations!
Unfortunately, I had to work a bit during our stay. The WIFI was great and I was able to finish up quickly. We also got to see a couple of evening storms move over the water, which was just spectacular!

We had a lovely stay in this home. Everything was clean and functional. The kitchen was a terrific place to produce meals. The deck was a wonderful place to sit and watch the sun rise or just take in the view of the mater.
What made even better was the hospitality provided by Michelle. She met us at the property, went over everything with us while fussing over our dogs. She made check in and checkout very easy. Thank you so much for a terrific week.

Hidden gem!
We spent the fourth of July weekend here and we had the absolute best time. We had two kids with us (9 & 10) who spent lots of time in the water, running and jumping off the dock. (The water quality is not pristine, but our boys didn’t mind and took showers after each swim and were fine.) We had our two dogs and the yard was perfect for them. The house itself is an adorable, recently updated cottage that was spacious and very comfortable. Michelle met us at the property and have lots of local recommendations, she was so kind welcoming. This was the perfect spot for us to get away, and still be just an hour from DC. We are already talking about returning next summer!

Perfect Getaway
We loved the fenced yard for our little girl, easy parking and No traffic. The deck offers grand views of the sunrise and wildlife. Shopping/Dining nearby. Was a touch cool outside in April, we plan the return when the weather warms up.

Michelle met us at the property upon our arrival to give us a quick tour and info about tvs and heat, etc. She was prompt with answers to all of our questions. The house has a cute layout and quirky decor- perfect for a getaway. Friendly neighbors.
Future guests: Bring toilet paper and paper towels. Though these are marked as amenities we found that there were not enough for the length of our stay- extras were not provided. Be aware that the waterway you are staying on - Back River- is just miles from a wastewater treatment plant and has very recently been deemed contaminated. Articles in the Washington Post and Baltimore Sun were upsetting to read as soon as we arrived home. We were glad we did not get in the water or catch any fish or crabs that we might have been tempted to eat.
Lastly, the property is located in a sweet, quiet enclave which was peaceful during the day and night. The surrounding area, however is mostly industrial and unattractive.
Thank you for allowing us to use your home and bring our dog. We made memories, and that was the purpose of our trip!

Great Eclectic Remodeled Bungalow
First the house is very spacious, looks smaller from the outside than it was. The house is very neat and clean while uniquely decorated in a very fun way! The fully fenced in yard was perfect for our visit and it was so kind for the owner to have put out a bowl of water for our dog. If back in the area would book again!

We enjoyed the comfortable home and the fun decorations and looking at the river. Not a whole lot to do directly In Dundalk in the cold weather, but if it were summer it would be a really fun place to kayak to, and was pretty close to a state park with a beach.

Changing it up
After spending a couple of weeks in Baltimore, Michelle's place was the perfect change of pace. It was great to be on the water and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were able to relax and recharge.
We had plenty of room for our group and everyone enjoyed their stay. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Michelle's recommendation of the weekend flea market (especially the Amish market) was a great find. We would certainly recommend this property and would return on a future trip to MD.

Impressive
What a great house for a getaway. The layout of the house was really nice. Sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, living areas and kitchen were all spread out. The dock and the bay were very peaceful. Nothing like chilling in an Adirondack chair, on the dock, watching eagles soaring overhead. The house is on a dead end street, so the only thing we ever heard was the occasional jet fighter doing flybys, or mother nature. All necessities are easily within 5 miles of the house. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views, all the comforts of home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for our sons wedding and the location was super convenient to the venue and also to Baltimore for sight seeing. Coffee overlooking the water every morning was the highlight for me! The home is well appointed and we were very comfortable there. Host was great with communication too!

Very relaxing and cozy
We loved being out every morning on the pier. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and the many eagles in the area. Our dogs felt relaxed the entire time. Great break from daily grind
The house was very comfortable and pet-friendly. We loved fishing and crabbing from the pier--as did our two Miniature Australian Shepherds. We caught enough keeper crabs to steam them up. We also caught some bass and catfish. A lot of different birds to see. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Michelle was fantastic and provided us with a tour of the house before we settled in. Great stay for a week or a weekend. You quickly forget about all of the traffic, meetings, and work that fill up you week. Thank you, Michelle!
