Quaint Mountain Cabin at the entrance to Yosemite National Park
Vous apprécierez cette confortable cabane à thème occidental dans le pittoresque village de Fish Camp. La cabine dispose de deux chambres privées, un canapé-lit et un grand canapé dans le salon. La cabine a été entièrement rénovée. Il y a internet sans fil, télévision, four, laveuse et sécheuse, four à plancher et grand patio extérieur avec table à manger, barbecue à gaz et foyer au propane.
La cabine se trouve à distance de marche du Tenaya Lodge, qui dispose de restaurants, bar, location de vélos et promenades à cheval. C'est un court trajet de 2 milles à la porte sud de Yosemite et Mariposa Grove .. Il y a aussi l'équitation et le fameux chemin de fer de Sugar Pine à moins de 2 milles. La communauté de Fish Camp est un endroit où le stationnement peut être difficile à trouver, mais notre cabine dispose d'un parking hors-rue assez pour 3 voitures et d'une allée de voiture, que vous trouverez très pratique. Great cabin with perfect location

This lovely cabin was perfect! Easy check-in and check-out, host was helpful and communicative, and we enjoyed the cabin’s decor, amenities, and activities! It was the best location super close to Yosemite and close to the town of Oakhurst for groceries and dining.

The cabin was larger than we expected. It was well appointed and clean. It was a comfortable 4 night stay and made day trip access to Yosemite easy. Thanks to Rick and his team for a pleasant vacation.

This cabin was clean, comfortable and cool in the summer heat. It was our home base for our Yosemite trip and we experience Yosemite Valley, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, Mariposa Grove and the great outdoors by staying here.
Highly recommend this cabin. It’s nicely decorated with modern conveniences and a very cozy atmosphere.

Great cabin with everything we needed. Rick was super responsive when we had a tiny problem. Steps to cabin doors are no joke so just know that going in. Thank you for having REAL sheets not polyester junk on the beds. They were amazing!

About 5 minutes from the south gate to Yosemite (1 hr from Yosemite Valley). Had everything we needed for our trip, was a great place to rest and recuperate after long days of hiking!

My little family and I stayed at this cabin during Easter weekend. We were greeted with a somewhat unexpected snowstorm the first night but it absolutely made this trip even better! The neighborhood had the roads plowed by 6 am and the driveways were being worked as well. Our driveway was cleared by 7:30. The cabin was perfect and we had the best time. The cabin was clean, well stocked with the necessities, the layout was perfect, just all around a perfect cozy cabin. We enjoyed a nice warm fire in the fireplace each night. We will absolutely be saving this cabin for a fire stay! We made the drive into Yosemite one of the days, the south entrance is barely a 5 minute drive and then the drive into Yosemite is absolutely beautiful. It took us maybe 45 minutes to get into the valley of Yosemite. Like I said, we will absolutely be staying here again!

We were there for a meeting at Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp. The cabin is within a mile and a convenient location. Quiet and peaceful forest respite. It is nearly an hour to the Yosemite Valley floor but mostly a lovely drive. Many upper vistas and hikes are closer.
Had a wonderful stay. Very responsive host when we had questions. Easy check in and out.

I love that the cabin had everything you could need. It was cozy and homey. Not only that, but the property owner stayed right next door, so if an emergency happened he could just run over. They respected our privacy and restocked our fire wood when needed. Yosemite wasn't far from the cabin, so we had a wonderful hike during the day. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Cabin was bigger than pictures showed. Very rustic but cool. The Washburn Fire messed us up but Rick was very helpful throughout

Excellent stay- so close to Yosemite
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer really came in handy. The best part was absolutely our hosts. The Washburn fire started the day after we arrived. Rick reached out with information about the fire as well as other options for things to do in the area. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us- we had a wonderful time!!

Wonderful rustic get away
Perfect get away for my husband and parents for our first trip to Yosemite. 10-15 min from Mariposa Grove (with no traffic). Back patio was a great hangout space.

Nice Cabin in Woods
We had a nice stay at this remodeled cabin. It’s peaceful and close to entry of Yosemite. Parking is a little tricky as there is a shared drive-way. But overall I would return again.

Perfect Cabin for My Family and Me
My four girls and I stayed in the cabin for four nights and it had everything we needed during our visit to Yosemite. Distance to the south entrance couldn't be beat, close enough to Oakhurst for groceries and take-out, and all the appliances we might need during our stay. We cooked dinner one night in the kitchen and used the grill another night. The clothes washer and dryer were a nice addition for our two week road trip. If I were to visit Yosemite again, this cabin would be the first place I check to see if its open.

Perfect Spot
The cabin was better than expected! It’s hard to see the size with the online pictures. The cabin is very spacious and comfy. It was hard to get my husband off the comfy couch! The location was perfect for us…no barking dogs or screaming children;) We were able to get to the entrance of Yosemite early every morning and get right in with minimal wait. Great price with being so close to the park.

Unfortunately Not Ready for Out Stay
This property looked like it had not been cleaned for a week or more before we arrived. The front & back decks/patios were unusable because they were so dirty. The windows, doors and exterior lights were dirty & had cobwebs on them. The interior had cobwebs, accumulated dust under and behind furniture. Broken household items were thrown into closets or cabinets. There are no hanger rods (hence no hangers) in either closet, just two hooks in each. No dressers to put away clothes (the one antique dresser in one bedroom had drawers that were so shallow it was unusable). No place to lay your open suitcase so that you could access your clothes. No dishwasher and a minimal dish rack for putting dishware after you washed them. The antique mirror in the bathroom is barely useable for grooming. This cabin was sufficient for our two person stay but was definitely not worth the price that was charged.

great for Yosemite
This cabin is but a few minutes from the south entrance to Yosemite, and then 45-60 minutes to the valley. It is in a little town, but you go through Oakhurst on the way which has two good grocery stores as well as restaurants etc. Bring everything you need including spices and basics and toiletries. The kitchen has a small gas stove and oven, a bit hard to regulate the temperature but workable. Beds are medium hardness but comfortable. The cabin is not light inside, but since you'll likely be in nature during the days it is fine at night. There is a small patio and a larger deck for hanging out. Very good and fast heating during the cool nights of our stay. Even better, strong wifi and TV reception, enough to allow streaming and video calls. This is unusual for Yosemite rentals. The owner is immediately responsive. Recommend as a great location for exploration of Yosemite and the surrounding areas.

Great place to stay for spring trip!
This is a great cabin and everything was as described. It was clean and comfortable and convenient to the things we wanted to do in Yosemite. It is 5-10 minutes from great hiking in the Maraposa Grove. It is about an hours drive from the activities in the valley but it is a beautiful drive. We were able to prepare all of our meals. Kitchen was well appointed. Great place to stay!
