Notre maison chaleureuse et confortable plage est située sur la falaise au-dessus Seacliff State Beach et offre des vues magnifiques de Seacliff State Beach et Monterey Bay. Il dispose de trois chambres et deux salles de bains et peut accueillir jusqu'à huit. La chambre du roi a une porte coulissante en verre qui offre une vue sur l'océan et les sons du ressac. La chambre queen a également une porte coulissante en verre qui s'ouvre sur le patio latéral. La dernière chambre a un tout nouveau lit double. Il ya aussi une petite salle de bonus / den avec un canapé-lit double. Nous avons installé un journal de cheminée à gaz dans la belle cheminée roche de rivière - pour le rendre facile pour rester au chaud sur une journée d'hiver froid ou le réchauffement après une baignade dans le Pacifique. TV par satellite est disponible dans le salon, la salle de roi, et la salle de bonus. Internet sans fil est disponible pour vous garder connecté. Notre cuisine a été récemment améliorée avec une cuisinière à gaz 5 brûleurs, micro-ondes à convection et des comptoirs en granit. Il est également entièrement équipé avec des ustensiles et les paramètres de table pour plus de 8 personnes. Petits appareils électroménagers, casseroles, poêles, et une grande variété d'épices, il est facile et amusant de rester dans et faire cuire un repas. Ou, à pied de l'un des nombreux restaurants à proximité pour une soirée amusante. La terrasse Trex dispose d'un barbecue à gaz, de meubles de patio extérieurs et est idéale pour sortir et se divertir. L'allée dispose d'un parking pour 2-3 voitures. Juste une courte promenade à la plage - ceci est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade romantique pour deux!

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 young teenagers. The house has all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with more glasses, cups, plates, pots, etc. than I’ve ever seen in a rental! There is also a good BBQ which we used many times. The dish-washer and other appliances were high quality. The sun room is part of the dining area which makes it a great place for everyone to hang out and enjoy the view. The views are amazing, both from the sun room and from the large deck. The location is just steps away from stairs down to the beach, or you can walk down to Marianne’s for the best ice cream around. If you like gourmet food shopping, do yourself a favor and take the short drive to Deluxe Foods market. Overall, we loved the property and location and hope to stay here again!

This house is the perfect spot to stay for day trips to Monterey, Carmel by the Sea and Big Sur. We so enjoy the antiquity of the property, the deck on back, and the FULLY stocked kitchen for our meals. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the ocean was awesome. We will definitely ear mark this property for future stays! Thank you Gina!!!

The house is rustic but comfortable, and the neighbor has been there for a long time. Views are great. Leave all doors shut to keep uninvited visitors (i.e. rodents) into the house.

This is a cute cottage right on the sea cliff with amazing views of the ocean. We saw otters and seals with our binoculars and watched surfers too.
The bedrooms are small, but have very comfortable beds. One bedroom has an ocean view. The bathrooms were tiny, but functional. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and has almost any gadget or appliance that you could want. The living room and family room were larger than expected.
The location is convenient and the view is fabulous. We sat on lounge chairs and watched the ocean while relaxing. Marianne's ice cream is a few blocks away, as is a Mexican restaurant and a small grocery/liquor store. Safeway is 3 minutes by car and there is a great smoothie store in the same strip mall.
We highly recommend this cozy cottage and hope to go back soon.

We came here for a vacation with our adult daughters and two grandchildren to visit our son. The house was a great location for listening to the ocean and watching the ocean wildlife! Host was great to work with and would definitely stay here again.

Loved this cottage. So cozy with the river rock fireplace and the floor to ceiling windows with the ocean view! We were 4 friends staying so the bed/ bath ratio was perfect. Location perfect for exploring Santa Cruz Bay and Monterey Bay. I want to come back every year!!!

Easy access from Highway one. Nicely furnished, plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, to sit on and enjoy the view. Kitchen well furnished.
The main bathroom is quite small and difficult for a tall person to use.
The wrong entry code was given, so it took awhile to contact the property manager and obtain the correct code.
Bathroom carpets and windows need cleaning.

This was an amazing stay. Views were beautiful with easy access to a great beach and a short drive to Santa Cruz Harbor. Would love to return and highly recommended to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was as described in the listing and we felt comfortable right away. We loved the multiple living spaces and the house was equipped with everything needed throughout our stay. The ocean views from the house were absolutely lovely. A great view of the historic SS Palo Alto cement ship with all the ocean birds was an unexpected treat! The path to the beach was great for walks along the water.
We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great little beach house. It is in a great location and the view is amazing. It has a fantastic deck and everything you need for a family vacation.
The house was larger and brighter than it looked in the photos. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable.
The kitchen is well stocked and the BBQ worked perfectly. The bathrooms were very small but in good working order and clean.
The house is walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, pizza parlor, burger joint and Ice Cream shop. There is also a little deli that had coffee and pastries.
The walk down to the beach is easy, however it is a climb to go back up. We were able to drive down and park for $10 so we didn’t have to haul all the chairs, umbrella and cooler.
Our only complaint would be the construction next door made it unpleasant to sit out on the deck during the day. This is not the owners fault and we understood but it was loud, especially when they ran into the deck with the mini CAT and shook the house at 8:00 AM. Yikes!
Overall we loved the house and would definitely stay here again.

We love everything about this home. It's so comfortable and spacious. Our family of four found plenty of space to be together or spread out for a little privacy. The furniture is so comfy and well-kept. The outdoor spaces are just as great. We also love the location. We walked to a great Indian restaurant, ice cream, pizza, and Mexican food. Cooking at home was a great option as well. They have everything you need.
We loved the very short walk to the beach and nearby state park bluff. You can walk forever along the beach from here. It's so hard to leave but we hope one day to return. We highly recommend this property and the management. Very professional and helpful. Thank you!

Views were breath taking at all times of the day and the house was well equipped with everything we needed for our family getaway. Beach was steps away and Gina was a great host and made it so easy to extend our stay when we weren’t ready to get back to reality. This place was everything we’d hoped and more!

What a comfortable, accessible home away from home for experiencing the ocean and the Seacliff community! Seating, both indoor and outdoor, is plentiful and very comfortable. Additionally, the living spaces in this home are even more spacious than they appear in photos, allowing each person in our family to find a personal spot to relax or study.

Really enjoyed the home overlooking the bay. Felt much safer with the new railing on the deck. Ideal place to base camp to explore the whole region from Monterrey to Santa Cruz.

The house is small but very well designed and has a fabulous ocean view. The owner was easy to reach and extremely helpful. We loved out stay. Only one negative - if you like to read, bring extra lighting. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

We held a small memorial for my Aunt here and the pictures just don't do it justice! The energy is warm and cozy and the ocean room is something out of a dream! All beds were super comfortable. It was the middle of some really bad storms so unfortunately we couldn't access the gorgeous deck, or beach below, but still give it the best rating we can. This place won't disappoint! Gina was super nice and responsive!

There's nothing better than the sound of the constant lapping of waves. The views from the whole living space are breathtaking. We spent most of our time outside on the comfy loungers and dining area.
We took the path nearby down to the beach and enjoyed a nice long walk, but other than that, there was no reason to leave. There are lots of food options nearby but we prefer to cook and the kitchen was great. Lots of space for the two of us to move around and cook together.
I think I was already trying to figure out when I can return on the first day we were here. I feel so grateful that there are people willing to trust visitors with their property because we had the best time.

Amazing Vacation Getaway
My family of four (2 adults/2 teens) stayed here in mid-June. This property was everything the listing said it would be and more. It was the perfect retreat for our family. The house itself is a great size and has a wonderful ocean front vacation vibe to it.
The views - THE VIEWS - are AMAZING! We spent most nights eating outside on the deck looking out onto the ocean. At night, we fell asleep to the ocean waves crashing on the shore. The house itself has everything you need in a vacation home. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were so comfy, and the WIFI worked great. The house is not air conditioned but the cool ocean breezes kept the house at a very comfortable temperature.
The location is phenomenal. We spent our days visiting the surrounding areas. We hiked in the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Forest. We kayaked with sea otters and seals in Moss Landing. We e-biked the 17-mile scenic drive from Monterey to Pebble Beach. We explored Monterey and Santa Cruz. There is so much to do in this area.
If our travels ever take us back to this area of California, there is no doubt we will stay here again! I highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants a home base for an active vacation (such as ours) or to anyone who just want to relax to the sounds of the ocean!

Love this beach house. Views were fantastic. House was like home. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked and great view while cooking. Great family room with gas fire place. A sun family room overlooking ocean. Beds super comfortable. Outside deck fully equip to enjoy ocean views. Visit Maryanne Ice Cream & Pizza 1 OMG delicious. Very relax stay. Didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Gina for being a wonderful host.

We are return clients to this property and all of us enjoy the beauty of overlooking Seacliff beach. The layout of the living room and sun room are perfect for hanging out as a group and girl chatter.
The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable to cook in. The parking is adequate for two cars outside and one car in the garage, which was plenty. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of the beach and also just sitting outside on the deck listening to and watching the waves. We have already booked more dates in October so are looking forward to spending another great few days there.

This house was very comfortable and the view was perfection. The bathrooms are tiny, but the bed was really comfortable. Nice to have access to satellite tv. There is a large rv park below the unit on the beach, but they were quiet at night. Close walk to eating places. Stairs down to the beach are a little more challenging at the end of the day…
Still we enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon….
