Golf And Sun Await In A Natural Sonoran Desert Setting With Heated Pool
La maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2013. This was our 10th year staying at the Ostic property in Gold Canyon, AZ. That says it all. We love this house, the area, the neighbors, the closeness to fun things to do and the Ostic’s. Kevin & Beth are wonderful caring and generous people to rent from. They are always there for any questions we may have. They go above and beyond to make sure our stay is everything we hope for.

This was the second time my husband and I had an amazing stay. The backyard is an oasis with spectacular mountain views! The house with the new addition is very spacious and well stocked with all the necessities for a relaxing vacation. We throughly enjoyed the addition of the juke box. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions and issues. You will not find more kind, considerate, and generous owners. Thank you for a great stay!

No need to venture too far from the lovely pool,just kick back and enjoy the birds and scenery. Lots of updates in the pool area, and you couldn't ask for nicer, more accommodating hosts. The neighborhood is very friendly and walkable, or you can tryout the bikes if you want to venture further afield.

Homey, comfortable, clean... and with wonderful personal touches that make the home more enjoyable... meant to be lived in and enjoyed... everything you may need is accounted for. I don't know that I have enough adjectives to describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. Having a heated pool was great... even though it was a bit cool our first few days, once it got up to temp, we enjoyed a daily dip. Having a water softener may seem like a small thing, but after traveling anding staying elsewhere with hard water, the soft water was a real treat! :) The back yard is SO nice to sit and enjoy. Beautiful sunrises, and beautiful evenings with the solar lights illuminating the amazing mosiac work on the walls. Kitchen well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms... games... everything you need. Kevin was great to connect with and quick to address any concerns or questions we had. The location was perfect for our needs, too. close enough to everything for any day trip, and quiet enough to feel out in the country. We were sad to leave and hope to come back again! Thank you!

Fully equipped property with gorgeous pool area and mountain views. Upscale neighborhood and quick drive to shopping, hiking and kayaking lower Salt river. Excellent hosts too! Nicely furnished rooms and will stay there again next year.

My sister & I were the first ones staying in the home after the addition Kevin & Beth had done. The housekeeping could of done a better job with the dusting in the family room especially with the addition that was just done but all the other rooms were good. It's a very nice and comfortable home. We were there for a week but if you count the travel days it was only five days and four out of the five days we spent relaxing by the pool. Kevin was very responsive to the couple of questions that I had durning our stay. My husband & I have been coming to Gold Canyon for about 10-12 years now and out of all the homes we have rented this one had the BEST backyard with the landscaping and yard art. We loved how it looked with all the solar lights at night it was just BEAUTIFUL. Hopefully next time our husbands will make the trip with us. Thank you again Kevin & Beth for use of your home we truly enjoyed our stay.

Ostic’s Gold Canyon Oasis
This is our 8th year renting this property from the Ostic’s. . We love the Gold Canyon area. The Ostic’s are wonderful people to rent from. They check in once or twice to make sure we have everything we need. We couldn’t ask for a better house to rent. The back yard is gorgeous and the house is well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It has everything from spices to beach towels and the beds are very comfortable. It’s perfect for us. The Ostic’s are very caring kind people.

Gold Canyon Haven
We felt like we were at home at this property instead of at a VRBO. The house is well stocked so you just literally need to bring your toothbrush and swimsuit! The location is perfect with restaurants, golf, grocery store, and hiking very accessible. The back patio and heated pool were our favorite place to hang out during our stay.
The decorations, hand-crafted by the owner, added to the homie feel of the property. Owners were very responsive to our questions and needs always making sure that we were enjoying our stay. This was our first stay at the property, but hope it won't be our last one!

Lovely home in excellent location
This home was perfect for us. We stayed for five weeks.. It's central to a plethora of hiking/mtb trails and golf courses. The neighborhood is peaceful and enjoyable to walk. Being surrounded by the Superstition Mountains was amazing. The house itself is decorated in a homey and artistic manner that makes it very easy and pleasant to settle in. The owner is exceptionally responsive to any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Gold Canyon!

Even better than we imagined
We absolutely loved staying at Kevin and Beth's property. The inside of the house was gorgeous and laid out to allow us to relax. The outside space was much better than I imagined and I expected great things because of the photos. My four adult kids took turns sharing the house with us and we got to enjoy two of our grandkids. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, pans, bowls, plates, etc. We purchased some things to have for cooking. Upon arriving we learned that we could have saved money by trusting Kevin when he assured us that the kitchen was ready for cooking. We loved the artwork that was created by Beth both inside and outside of the house. The mosaics she created on the outside garden walls are amazing. If you want to really relax in a perfect setting, rent this property.

Every conceivable item one could ask for is contained within this beautiful and luxurious home from home. The accommodation is accommodation is extremely homely only and welcoming and and all modern cons are I place.
The highlight of the property however is the exceptional beautiful outdoor pool. Quiet and secluded, this garden of eden is truly breathtaking and the perfect spa escape.

Beautiful 3 BR home with great views of Superstition Mountain and mountains on all sides of the subdivision. Nice walking trails, pool was wonderful, back yard gardens are gorgeous, fire pit and outdoor eating area were fun. Owner is very responsive and helpful and kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig, spices, supplies. Beds very comfortable. We had a wonderful 2 week stay away from the cold, lots of sun, hiking, biking and 70 degrees weather. Love Gold Canyon! Thank you so much!

Gold Canyon Oasis
We have rented this property from the Ostic’s for six years now. Every Feb when we walk in the front door it’s like coming home. This property has everything we need for our two month stay. Kevin and Beth Ostic are wonderful people. They check in on us regularly to see if there is anything we need or just to ask how our stay is going. If there is a minor repair or something they take care of it in record breaking time. Thank you Kevin and Beth for another great stay. Already look forward to next year.

Great place to stay nice location.
We enjoyed using the pool. The back yard was a nice place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view. The birds were on the cactus or the back wall fun to watch. The grill was nice to have to cook out back. We never seemed to have time to use the fire pit but we camp a lot in the summer and use a fire pit a lot then. The kitchen was great with everything you could possibly need to cook with. Nice to have a garage to come and go with the push of a button. There was even their card for discount at the grocery store. We had a great relaxing time and no snow to shovel. Anyone that has a chance to stay here they should do it very nice.

Sweet Desert Retreat
Although we didn’t use the pool due to Tornado warnings and rain storms, we enjoyed our stay at Gold Canyon. The beautiful trails out into the Sonoran Desert are just minutes away. The greens at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort we’re perfect! Morning coffee and then Wine in the evening on the patio was especially pleasant! We we plan on coming back to Gold Canyon!

30th wedding anniversary in Gold Canyon
Beautiful! Loved the garden and the scenery from the backyard. We spent lots of time in the pool or pool side. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Pantry had good supplies. Loved the fact that the checkout was easy without having to do all kinds of cleanup as with some other properties. I have rented lots in Arizona and would return to this place again. Thanks Beth and Kevin!
