Staying in a caravan was a lot of fun and a nice alternative to hotels. The caravan is very well-appointed and very clean too. Comfortable modern lounge with lots of seating and light, well equipped kitchen (and with all the basic amenities like salt, oil, tea etc.). Hot water and bathroom working well, a large shower which is not often the case in caravan. Comfy beds too with lots of pillows and linen. It was great to have table and chairs to enjoy eating outside on such a sunny weekend. The caravan park is conveniently located close to the main street of Leysdown-on-sea (access to stores and delicious fish and ships, pubs) and walking distance to the beach. There are also lots of walks and trails to enjoy nature in the marshland a short drive away (Shellness or Elmley). Very warm welcome at the caravan and excellent communication with friendly host. Thank you for all!

All notices include the name of the house and not the name of the holiday home. This was confusing and we had a hard time finding it. Communication with the staff was difficult.

The gentleman who is in charge of maintenance was very friendly and helpful. He brought additional heaters when asked.

Old caravan, worm out mattresses with brown marks, worn out pillow cases, bed linens for the two singles were old and cheap. the caravan was not clean and some of the utensils were dirty.

Lovely caravan. Clean comfortable well equipped. Helpful local contact lady. Good position for children playing on play area not needing to cross roads. Easy access via keysafe. Good local shops and bakery and take aways.

Had to chase up bedding for one bed. Noisy neighbours throughout most nights. Swimming pool out of action first day - very cold second day.

Will be pleased if there is something to dry out clothes.

The caravan is fairly modern, neat and comfortable, the area was very quiet, many amenities and play parks for the children close by. The club house with food and entertainment, restaurants, takeaways, arcades and the beach are all within 10 mins leisurely walk. Peaceful nights sleep for all of us and willing and helpful staff and management ready to support an enjoyable stay.

There were some minor details but the Manager was fast to sort it out, special thanks to her and the crew.

Caravan was basic but clean enough . Swimming pool was nice and clean but limited to a 40 minute swim

The location isn’t nice at all , caravan carpets need a deep clean . Wi-fi did not work

Good location of the caravan with easy and accurate direction. Good communication with the owner before the holiday. At first glance the caravan looks very presentable and spacious it appears to have everything you need for your stay including things we didn't expect to be there such as condiments, towels and anti bac hand wash. The beds were clean but not made up which was ok with linen provided and lots of pillows. Kitchen area fully stocked with everything you need which was good. Free WiFi which was also good and parking right next to the caravan was fantastic.

The shower wasn't cleaned properly it had a fair bit of mold behind the sliding door and green mold on the taps. The fridge was not cleaned and the freezer was tiny and heavyly frosted with left over ice pops. I had to clean the fridge before I could put my food into it and we avoided the freezer. The toilet had a bucket with mop which did not smell good I had to pour some clear toilet gel into it to get rid of the smell. Not enough toilet roll only quarter of a small roll was left for us and no spare. We also had to cleaned the inside of the microwave which had dried sauce all over and the toaster had dried toasted bread stuck inside at the top so it needed cleaning too. The fabric sofa had some hair which means it wasn't vacuum. I spent alot of time cleaning when I should be relaxing.

It was a good size nice furnishings and clean. The owner was lovely to speak to and promptly responded. The manager responded very quickly. Stayed there with family. Will stay again.

It was a bit cold but there were portable heaters which helped.
