Tropical Spacious 5Bdr Home Near The Beach
Cette spacieuse maison de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains est située dans le quartier de Boynton Beach, à seulement quelques minutes de la plage. La maison a été récemment rénovée et repeinte. Il dispose d'une cuisine située au centre et de 2 chambres principales avec salle de bains privative. Vous trouverez ici 3 lits king size confortables, 1 lits queen size et 2 lits jumeaux pouvant accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Il y a un couchage supplémentaire disponible sur deux canapés gigognes. Il y a beaucoup de stockage ici pour vos effets personnels. Vous n'avez pas à vous soucier du linge pendant votre séjour, car il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse sur place. Si vous décidez de faire quelques travaux, vous aurez beaucoup d'espace pour votre ordinateur portable et les formalités administratives sur un grand bureau situé près des chambres. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision et vous pouvez profiter de votre match du dimanche sur un téléviseur intelligent de 65 pouces dans le salon.

Nous avons mis la maison sur le marché au printemps dernier sans piscine. Puis en été, nous avons retiré la maison du marché pour mettre à jour la cour arrière et construire une piscine avec hot tub et avons également apporté de nombreuses améliorations. Nous avons remis la maison sur le marché le 25 septembre avec une nouvelle piscine et une nouvelle terrasse, l'arrière-cour a une atmosphère de complexe avec beaucoup d'intimité. Le coin repas situé sur la terrasse est un endroit parfait pour vos repas en famille. Nous fournissons un barbecue à gaz, des chaises longues et un coin salon de divertissement entouré de plantes tropicales et de la nature pour vous offrir la meilleure expérience de vacances jamais et le confort dont vous aurez besoin. Nous pouvons fournir une sécurité autour de la piscine si vous avez de petits enfants.

We checking in a Monday and we didn't have working air conditioning until Friday evening. We lost 3 days waiting around all day since they didn't come until evening for maintenance guys when they tried to fix though we were told they would come in afternoon. Thursday night Denise offers to move us to another property since they can't get the air condition to work, I tell her we will do it throughout the day Friday because now we have food and clothes and more items to back up. Then Friday air conditioning guys come to put in a new air conditioner-they fall through the rotting attic floor and leave big holes in master bedroom and master bedroom bathroom and lots of debris my husband and I cleaned up. The hot tub only worked 3 times, when we tried to select heat the spa and put on air blower it rarely worked, we found out the property manager had to turn it on remotely though she never admitted it but she said when I texted her it wasn't working she replied she was out to dinner and didn't see my text but try it now since it said it was working on her end, so obviously she had to turn it on. Microwave didn't work properly top of door was bent so you had to press it close when it was on the heat it. My son's bedroom had ants-they had to come twice to spray then just left us spray. We were asked Thursday night if we wanted to move to another place, and since next evening they fixed the air conditioner we didn't want waste 1/2 day moving. Asked for partial refund no one responded.

We had a family reunion and the house accommodated 3 generations of family. The five bedrooms and outside patio/pool area was terrific. The weather was great for the pool.

This was the perfect home for our extended family vacation. The pool and amenities were awesome. Beach only 5 minute drive. We have stayed at many VRBO and all thought this was the best we had been to. The property manager couldn't have been any nicer and so responsive to our needs while there. I would highly recommend this property.

Cane down for a family wedding. 8 adults. The house was spotless, tons of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats and bathrooms had toilet paper. The host was really nice and there when we got in. The pool was perfect and lots of lounge chairs . We were never on top of each other - open floor plan and a plus was the 2 master bedrooms. Will definitely come back. Location was in good proximity to restaurant, grocery stores and beach.

very clean good location to the beach. The landscaping need attention, the bikes were not usable and the neighborhood was nice but the surrounding area was a concern. We felt safe but did not leave the property for walks alone.

Overall a we had a nice time. With the heat rising the pool maintenance should have been more then 1 time as we had to add water to the pool.

This was our first time staying at a rental property, and this will be our go to in the future. It was a family vacation and the house had everything we wanted for all of us. Amazing location, clean, 15 minutes from all the places we wanted to go, very quiet neighborhood, and minutes from the beach. Couldn’t get my 7 year old out of the pool. He was in there every day. Gino was extremely responsive to any questions we asked. Will definitely be back.

Our group consisted of sisters and nieces. Perfect for our family’s needs. Home was clean and the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. Also very clean. There are beach chairs and towels available for beach days. The area is close to the beaches, botanical gardens and shopping. Any questions we had, our host responded quickly. We had a wonderful experience and made a lot of fun memories!

The house was large enough for our family of 9 adults and the backyard area was wonderful. There were plenty of beach towels provided and all kinds of beach/pool items provided in the shed. The house is also close to everything we needed. We would have appreciated more toilet paper and paper towels supplied as we were 9 people staying for a week.
The owners should check the water and ice maker on the refrigerator (they work VERY slowly). Also, the hot tub never got above 92 degrees; we had it set to the recommended setting.
Overall, the house and location were what we needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this property. Gino and his wife, Denise, are exceptional property managers. We had a few initial issues with some things in the house, but they were promptly addressed and fixed. The house itself has a wonderful layout that suits our needs perfectly. The backyard, with a heated pool and hot tub, is extremely comfortable. We are currently planning our third visit to this property. I would definitely recommend it.

This was our first-time renting; we had a great stay. The home was very nice, comfortable, clean for our family. We enjoyed the backyard; the pool was wonderful. The location was great just a few minutes away from the beach and grocery stores. We will definitely stay again.

Great visit. The house was terrific, it was as described on website. We were in town for ypungest daughter's graduation from FAU. The porta crib and high chair were perfect for my 18 month old grandson, and the futom/couch was great for my 2.5 year old granddaughter. The pool was great, the shallow area where you enter was just what my grandbabies wanted tovsplas around in. We loved the privacy and the gorgeous tropical plants that surrounded the property. We'll be back!

Pros:
House size was ample for 6 adults and 3 children under 5.
They got us a crib 2 days before our trip because I procrastinated on asking - it was perfectly set up when we arrived.
Communication was no problem, anytime I text there was a quick response.
The house is only 2k sq ft but feels like a 4k sq ft house the way it is setup. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 are all good size to fit bed and dresser, the other 2 are HUGE.
Grill was awesome and spotless.
Checkin/check out process simple as can be… didn’t require 100 checkout items.
3 minute drive to beach parking.
Close to Publix and every other place you’d need to go
Cons:
Unless you really like to walk, I’d recommend a car to go to beach and grocery store, etc.. too much to carry (with kids in tow) although easy as can be with a car
Location seemed a little sketchy coming in from palm beach airport at 9pm but actual neighborhood was great and we had no issues
Utensils/cookware definitely not 5star… tips of knives were broken off, cookware pretty used, etc.. but had plenty of items that we didn’t need to purchase anything to cook/grill/Tupperware for beach/kids plates and cups..
Overall an awesome stay and would highly recommend!!!

This home in a quiet and unpretentious neighborhood features lots of interior space for guests (there were seven of us). The real clincher is the well-heated pool and very spacious deck area--all tucked under palm trees in a tropical garden. A spa pool spills warm water into the main pool which features shallows for kids, and the deck is well-appointed with chaises and a dining area under a shady roof. We arrived planning to spend time at area beaches, but the kids (and adults) were happy staying "at home"!

We loved our time in boynton beach and this house! Everything was perfect. Our only small complaint was that the hot tub was hard to heat and we never quite got it as warm as we wanted. Possibly user error but it was a tricky system. This did not affect the happiness of our stay though, it was wonderful! Great set up in this house for a large family or multiple families!

We loved that this place has king-size beds for couples and a walk-in closet with plenty of room for a pack-and-play. This is great for families. Our only complaint was the house's lack of cleaning and other basic supplies. We needed to purchase dishwasher soap, trash bags, disinfectant cleaning spray, and a couple of other things for our week-long stay. Otherwise no complaints from our family of 9 (including a 3 year and 6-month-old).

This place was everything we wanted and more. Perfect pool area. We absolutely loved spending our time lounging and playing in the pool. Close to the beach. Very clean and hosts were easy to contact and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for next year. The house was extremely comfortable and the layout was perfect for our needs. Two senior couples were able to have King masters, while, for a part of the trip, the nephew, his wife and their 3 month old twins took the remaining three bedroom wing of the house.. A generous backyard had a heated pool and hot tub and two gas grills. Initially, we had an issue with the hot tub, but that was resolved in a matter of hours. Gino and Denise were very responsive to all our needs. The property is located in the center of a quiet block and within walking distance to some restaurants. Less then a 5 minute drive to a lovely beach with ample parking, a snack bar, restrooms and chair and umbrella rentals. The fact that we've already booked this house again expresses our true feelings about this property. One of th best VRBO properties I've rented.

We rent the property for my family - 5 rooms and spacious living/kitchen area and a beautiful Pool- because my daughter’s wedding at the Cathedral St Ignatius Loyola and then the reception at Benvenuto Rest&Banquet venue just 0.6 miles away… Excelent choice with this spacious house (some details,as they need more glassware,etc but as a said only some details). I can't wait to be back to this wonderful home. Home well located to hit various local beaches. The pool and vegetation around it, makes you feel at a 5 Star hotel and rooms were spacious and confortable. Home is also equiped with pool toys, bikes, sand toys, beach chairs which was a great plus for the kids! We will definitely return!

The place was as expected. Mostly clean, all appliances worked perfectly, including the air conditioner. We used the oven, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer. There were no ugly surprises, except that one back door handle was broken and one bed blanket needed washing.
