Perfect for families, plenty of room, games room was amazing, very peaceful.

It had great facilities to accommodate 3 families and was a short walk to Smiths lake. The large back deck was great for entertaining.

The games room and outdoor dining.
The house was dusty, and the dining table was sticky. We had to do a wipe down of the place.
The air conditioning upstairs died, it didn't power back on at all, which we reported.
There was a power outage on the evening of the 30th, the house was not equipped for a blackout, we had three young children with us hungry as everything around us had closed.
When we reported the matter to Pacific Palms Real estate, they simply us to go to another town and cook with the bbq. In the end there was no eta when the power will come back on so we left a day early.
