The apartment is located in the historical center. You have everythying you need near you: shops, restaurants, cafes. And, most important, you have a parking space in front of the building. Maybe it is a little furter from the beach, but is not an impediment for those who want to dicover the beauty of Crete and other places daily. The location is very clean, looked just like the pictures. Antonio is friendly, a very welcome host, very helpful and he provided excellent informations about what to visit around. Acces via lockbox is easy. Huge terrace, air conditioner, Netflix on TV.

The apartment is very clean and the location is very good. We came by car that we could park in front of the door. The city center, the main attractions and the beach are reachable by foot. Antonio is a very welcoming host and supports you in case of questions.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is reasonably well equipped. The host is very responsive to questions and when I needed assistance. It’s very close to many of the main attractions, the waterfront and many great restaurants.

It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. There was a little visible wear and tear in the apartment, so it was very nice but not splendid.

A very nice stylish modern apartment centrally located in a good quiet area. A free parking place is a big bonus, 5-10 minutes by car from the airoport, helpful landlord online, everything worked according to his instructions, personal meeting was not necessary. The terrace is nice and big with real plants.

Tha houses are close to each other so the view from the window is limited to other apartments only. The kitchen is very practical when you want to cook for yourself but there was only one small pot but the landord promised to look into it. You can only boil one liter of water in it ant that's it. We used all bed sheets and gowns and a blanket to keep ourselves warm at night as we found it very cold in March there with a central heating switched off being used to 24 degrees in the house at home. Otherwise everything was fine.

Nice place and good location.

My wife noticed a bit of mustiness, perhaps coming from the closet next to her side of the bed. We stayed in December so it might have had something to do with the season. Otherwise a nice place. We needed parking and it was right outside the door.

I loved staying at this property. It is quiet but so near to the lively centre of town, and all of the city centre sights are within a short walking distance. Plus there are plenty of wonderful bars and restaurants tucked around the corners of many lanes and side streets. It is clean, comfortable and homely. Although there was so much to see and do in Heraklion, that I didn't really have time to use the Netflix that was also available.

We stayed as a couple for 4 nights in the apartment on the 3rd floor and really liked it! Plus point for Antonio giving us amazing recommendations via message and always has great washing machine, - very close to Heraklion centre - very modern facilities - big balcony - many shops are nearby - apartment has great air conditioning - Netflix and YouTube and TV in the living room as well as in the bedroom - has a lift which is nice - washing machine, flat iron - 5 min away from the apartment is the sea and also the city centre but the apartment itself is in a quite side street

We had some problems coming into the apartment at the beginning but we called Antonio and he made sure to find a solution right away.

We got very good instructions of how to get in and where to park the car (there were no staff at place since it was an apartment and nog a hotel) and then we also got very good recommendations of where to eat and other things, which was really useful. The apartment was neat and had everything we needed for our stay, even a washing machine, so we could wash our clothes. There were also Netflix on the TV, which was nice. The location was also good. Close to a lot of things, restaurants and sights.

There were water on the balcony floor all the time, but since we were barefoot it didn't matter so much.
