Location very convenient to my plans
Food better than excellent. Felt like a Queen.
Artwork, furnishings, extra provisions remarkable.
Innkeepers very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Being on third floor was more difficult at end of day.
Would definitely need 2nd floor next time.

This was a beautiful old home, intact with its original charm but updated with all the comfort amenities. Beautiful woodwork and windows, comfortable beds and modern walk in shower. Breakfast with a great and some wonderful fellow guests who were regulars there
There wasn't anything I didn't like about this home. There was a beautiful outside seating area with multiple separated areas. The owners lived there and were helpful all times. Our stay was wonderful,

The breakfasts were phenomenal! The couple running the B&B were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I couldn't have been happier staying here and will try to do it again in the future. I was very impressed all-around.

Excellent Chris and Sharon are great cooks...... Chris did most of it. Coffee was in pot at 7:30 when I came down, to grab that much needed morning jolt. They had a hot water pot as well and great selection of teas. They are great hosts, I enjoyed seeing some the the reparation work they are doing to the original stone house. They also sent us to a local butcher A&W very laid back but great meats and selections, if you grew up on a farm brought back lots of memories. The owner/butcher was great and even packed our purchases in insulated box with ice packs, no charge..... that was impressive.

Hard to beat the farm to table breakfast with vegetables from the garden outside. Beautiful courtyard perfect for relaxing. Even has a porch swing.

This is an absolutely beautiful BnB! We were in town for a wedding and we are so glad we stayed here. It was the perfect location to attend the rehearsal dinner in Fredrick, and the wedding in town. The food is the best part, warm, yummy, local meals. We can't wait to come back someday!

George’s on York is an exceptional B & B. The house is beautiful, complimentary to the period yet comfortable with modern amenities . And the hosts are welcoming, friendly and accommodating, yet not overbearing. The host provided extra touches such as a self serve station with coffee & tea, water & soft drinks and a variety of snacks and common rooms for relaxing, reading or visiting with other guest. The rooms were large, beds very comfortable and high quality linens and toiletries and breakfast was awesome. This experience was more like a full service boutique inn with all the extra touches. We only had two nights, but could easily have enjoyed a few more.

The couple that owns this B&B have done an exceptional job at maintaining the original feel of this place while balancing comfort and modern wants. They are beyond welcoming and a joy to speak with. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. The bed was like a cloud and the room dark and comforting. We live in Vegas but we will be sure to revisit them and we’ll bring more people next time!

Chris & Sharon were excellent host & hostess. The B&B was the best we've stayed at. Clean, Up to date. Great linens & towels!! The food was delicious. Garden/sitting/fire pit area outside was great! We highly recommend this B&B

GREAT parking for my motorcycle, even offered to park in a garage. Wonderful people to talk to and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Would HIGHLY recommend this place especially for those on motorcycle’s.
