This was our third time at this property. We love it.
4.7
We had the best time here, 5 stars! Indian Creek Marina was very close to put our boat in the water. Loved the short walk up an easy slope to the house from the dock. The past 2 summers we have went to Norris and had over 100 steps to get to the house, and it was not pleasant, so this was so nice. It was so private and quiet, and the house was great! Great location on the lake! Everything we needed was provided. It was about a 35 minute drive into Sevierville. Very curvy roads, and watch for deer, we saw tons, and actually one black bear. The driveway is VERY steep, my husband actually made the clicking noise like a roller coaster every time we went up as a joke because it's that steep. He was actually able to back the trailer down the driveway and park it, but that was difficult because he couldn't really see what he was doing, but it's doable. Overall, fabulous week!!!

Beautiful spot to relax and enjoy quality family time ☺️

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and lots of extras. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock.

We had a great time. The pictures dont do the property justice. It's beautiful.
4.7
The property was great but if you are a fisherman I don’t advise staying here nowhere for boat to be parked and the driveway is straight down very very steep!!!
4.7
The property and dock were very nice and secluded, the driveway is very steep. Our first full day there it stormed and we lost electricity and the water. We came to learn the house has a well. The inside was very comfortable and spacious. I would suggest the owner put in a generator to keep the pump running for water.
4.7
My family loved this house! The house is totally private and so quiet! The kitchen is well stocked. We rented a boat for the week and we’re able to pull it right up to the dock at the house. We had no luck with fishing, but the boys had fun. Gatlinburg was about 40 minutes away but it was an easy ride. This house was perfect for our family vacation.

Home was set in a lovely, quiet cove. Really enjoyed the double decker dock and fire pit. Our group had a great time competing at the foosball table and other games. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
4.7
Loved the double decker dock, very peaceful & quiet cove. Hot tub was a nice feature as well as the fire pit. Home had lots of fun games, corn hole, yard size connect 4, closet full of board games as well. Driveway was a bit of a challenge and would have desired some stovetop pots and kitchen lights to be labeled, minor issues. Lovely home, thanks for sharing it.
4.7
Beautiful home on the lake where our family enjoyed the property and the lake. Boys loved the arcade games and exploring around the lake. Scenery was beautiful and would like to come back in the summer to enjoy the water.
4.7
This home was comfortable and clean. The property itself was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We loved sitting on the deck at sunset and appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us. The driveway was very steep and we were unable to park our boat in the driveway but we were made aware of that ahead of time and were able to park it at Swann’s Marina. The only disappointment was the water level was so low we weren’t able to use the dock at the home. We would love to come back later in the summer!

We drove over 4 hours to get to this cabin, we arrived after 9:00pm. Walked in to a smell of urine and dirty sheets and towels on the floor. The cabin was disgusting! After several conversations with the property manager I was told we would not be charged for that night and they were sending a cleaning crew. The cleaning crew finally arrived with their small daughter and changed the sheets, gave clean towels and did basic cleaning. The floors were not cleaned, nothing was dusted, there was spit on the bathroom mirror. It was not cleaned to Covid standards like they claim. By the way you have to initial two pages of rules to rent this place. It was after 11:00pm by this point. We did try and find another place but everything was sold out and the rental agent couldn't help us. It took several emails and calls for them to finally respond that they would send us a check for just the night stay and I would have to agree not to write a bad review. I said that the fees and taxes should be refunded as well. I contacted Vrbo, they contacted the agent. I got another email stating they were only going to refund half of the cleaning fee and taxes because I did not agree to the one night stay without the taxes and cleaning fee.
They have lied so many times throughout this process.
They also advertise lake view/lake front. The lake was drained and the dock was unusable. You do have to initial that you understand the lake could be a low level but not drained.
I would never stay there or trust Douglas Rental Agency.

We all enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the games and made so many memories. The fire pit was amazing and my husband and boys enjoyed the hot tub. The lower level bedroom was enjoyed by my husbands parents and they loved it. We didn’t want for anything while we were there. The cabin was located near Gatlinburg and pigeon forge where we enjoyed exploring new places and plenty of shopping. We would love to come back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely lake home. Lots of fun things to do right on the property but so close to all the mountains have to offer. Thank you for sharing such a peaceful place.

Great, secluded location. Cabin was very clean and kids loved the arcade games. Hot tub was perfect for a family of 5 on the cool mornings and evenings.
4.7
We had a wonderful, if not too short, stay in this beautiful, secluded, fun, and relaxing property. All the amenities we needed to not have to leave but also within a reasonable drive into Gatlinburg and Smoky Mtns for a day trip. Perfect family vacation.
4.7
The house has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation but close enough to Dandridge, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg to stay busy if you choose to go to dinner, do an Escape Room, shop, etc. The house is roomy, comfortable, VERY clean, beds are perfect. The games in the living room were so much fun for our adult kids. The fire pit is awesome. Perfect spot for a family vacation!

Great location, well clean and beautiful family home. We will definitely coming back!!

I was very excited to get this property after a previous one was cancelled due to sale. I picked this property because of the amenities. However, some are very misleading. When I called to explain my disappointment about the lake, I was told that it was in the contract that I signed. Upon review of the contract again, it states that the property owners will not refund for “low lake levels”, they failed to state the lake would be non existent during this time. We planned on fishing with the boys (even in the cooler weather) as it was something they hadn’t done before and we planned on utilizing the property more than what we had. We are not from this area and had no idea that they drained the lakes for the winter. This did end up costing us more as we needed to find other alternatives for the kids due to this. The home is beautiful, but really the best time to appreciate it is in the summer. It would have been nice for this to be more clear so we could have planned accordingly. If we were to come here again, it would only be in the summer. I would have given this a better rating if it wasn’t for this major detail not being clearly outlined.

The house was very well equipped with everything that you needed . However bring some towels. It was nice that the hot tub was in a screened in porch, and the hot tub was very well maintained. The outdoor property offered a lot of fun swimming, boating, firepit. I would defiantly recommend this property to everyone. The only drawback was the turn into the driveway and the steep grade of the driveway. Otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The property was perfect for a family of 4. It was private and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit very much. The house had everything we needed.

We stayed for a week in July with our kids, ages 10, 16 & 19, and wish it would have lasted longer! I'll start with the outside. The house is on a beautiful piece of property, has two secluded coves on either side and sits about half way down a small hill. We enjoyed fishing, swimming and jumping off the double deck dock. The upper deck has a patio table with 4 chairs and 3 chaise lounges. The water has a greenish tint but is clean and clear. It has a clay, gravel bottom. The 24 foot pontoon we rented fit in the slip perfectly. Further up the hill there is a nice stone fire pit/patio area with 6 Adirondack chairs and a table. It was perfect for bonfires and Smores. The wrap around deck is on three sides and has a screened in section to enjoy some shade or the hot tub. The front porch has 4 rockers that are perfect for taking in the rays and views. The deck off the driveway is covered and we used this area during the few rain storms which blew threw. Plenty of parking next to the house but be aware the driveway is very steep. We've rented several mountain cabins in Tennessee so that comes with the territory but make sure your brakes and transmission are in good shape before the trip. The property is gorgeous and the pictures don't do the lake views justice.
Now onto the inside. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had updated stainless steel appliances, plenty of pots, pans, cookware, utensils and dishware for anything you may want to cook. There is a crockpot, blender, toaster and coffee pot as well. Laundry room is off the kitchen with a stackable setup for smaller loads. Dining table has seating for about 6. The living area has a very comfortable Lovesac sectional which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of outdoor activities. The video game console and Big Game Hunter game were cool as well. The kids also enjoyed the foosball table. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were all comfy with plenty of extra bedding. The flat screen TV's, Directv and WiFi all worked well. We made lasting memories and will definitely stay here again in the future!
A few tips/comments: Bring Wasp/Hornet spray, there were a few nests under the deck and dock. My daughter was stung twice! Bring firewood, the grill propane tank was empty when we arrived, retractable awning on front porch was not usable. No floats or water toys are supplied. You have to take your own trash 10 minutes away when you leave. Use H2O Watersports.

This was a really fun place to stay for the weekend.

We loved the house. Clean and lots to do! The dock is awesome! Held our 19' bowrider for the week great! We will return!

This vacation was just what we wanted. The two bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the tween boys and teen girls. The first floor spacious master was great for my husband and me. We all enjoyed the hot tub and games. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the fireplace warmed us up. We rented a boat, stargazed at night, and had a bonfire. We’d rent again!

Everything was excellent for our stay. Location was beautiful and the home was stunning!

We had a great time at this location. We fished, made campfires, played foosball & the arcade games. The house is very clean & comfortable. The jacuzzi was large & roomy. We followed the instructions for the has chimney fire but couldn't get it to work. The manager was easily reachable and we could have addressed it if needed but chose not too since we did the outside campfires with smores instead. This place is perfect for kids. Lots of games available for entertainment. Stores & little markets are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a week of female bonding at this beautifully decorated cabin. The video game console was a hoot. The lake was low, but still pretty to look at. No luck fishing but had fun trying. The jacuzzi was relaxing. Great place

We had a fabulous time everything was clean and nice. We would definetly stay again was well worth it

We enjoyed our visit. Very secluded property which we liked. Water levels were low but still fine for swimming and exploring the shores. Very comfortable beds and kitchen was well equipped. We rented a pontoon for the day from a nearby marina and explored the lake. Small fire pit (Which isn’t listed on the amenities) for s’mores. Nice hot tub, and husband plus kids enjoyed the old school arcade games and new foosball table. Steep walk down to lake if you have older people in your party this may not be ideal. Beautiful scenery and plenty of wildlife to watch on the large wrap around porch. Was a nice restful stay!

We are a family of 6 adults. The home was even better then the pictures. Very clean and much thought applied to the comfort of guests. Would love to rent again when we can bring our boat but we really enjoyed the fall colors.

Great location for a family vacation. The two story dock was a great bonus. All the amenities one would have at home are available at this home.

We had the best time staying at Knasgowa!! We absolutely loved this home and location. It was nice and secluded but yet close enough to go to Gatlinburg for day trip or just play around in the lake. The lake is absolutely amazing! It was so warm & clean that our kids (and adults) would jump right in.
House: was very clean and the perfect size for us to relax and enjoy. We really enjoyed the double deck, dock area and hung out there most of the time. We really enjoyed the open layout of the house and bedrooms were perfectly sized. The deck outside was really nice as it gave many options of enjoying the sun or shade with fans circulating to keep you cool. The hot-tub was extremely clean and very new. I had seen previous reviews about not adjusting the thermostat but we found the house very cool and could adjust as needed. The walk down to the dock was a bit steep but nothing terrible...that's what you pay for gorgeous views and being in the mountains...absolutely breathtaking!
Area: was very secluded and couldn't see houses on either side; the only house we could see was across the lake but never heard anyone. It was a perfect location for a nice, relaxing vacation with our family.
Owner: Melissa was AMAZING to work with! She answered all questions very timely and was very helpful in every regard. She's one of the best owners I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
Overall: we had just the best time and it was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend and hope we can come back to stay again sometime.

Absolutely gorgeous home. Location was beautiful but don't arrive after dark, the driveway is scary. Melissa was so nice. Easy to get in touch with and she was very quick I'm responding to your questions.
