Beautiful Contemporary Waterfront Property
Notre maison de 3 chambres est située sur les rives du magnifique lac Winnisquam. Lorsque vous entrez par la porte d'entrée, vous serez étonné de voir à quel point notre maison est ouverte et spacieuse, mais chaleureuse et accueillante. Le salon présente des plafonds voûtés, des poutres apparentes, du parquet et de nombreuses fenêtres surdimensionnées pour laisser entrer la lumière naturelle. La maison est à aire ouverte avec le salon qui coule dans la cuisine et la salle à manger, ce qui la rend idéale pour les réunions de famille et les divertissements. La cuisine dispose également d'un bar de petit-déjeuner pour une collation rapide ou un repas moins formel pour les enfants. Il y a une grande terrasse hors de la salle à manger qui vient avec des meubles de patio, une zone de grillade et des escaliers pour accoster et la plage.
Le rez-de-chaussée a été récemment peint. Nous avons ajouté une salle de bain 3/4 au niveau inférieur en face de la chambre principale. Nous venons également de faire remplacer et moderniser tout le mur de soutènement autour du rivage pour inclure des escaliers en granit dans la plage de sable.
Le lac n'est pas seulement pour les vacances d'été, il y a tellement de choses à faire et à voir toute l'année. Nous sommes à proximité de toutes les stations de ski, des sentiers de motoneige sont tout autour de nous, Weirs Beach, NH International Speedway pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. N'attendez pas, réservez vos prochaines vacances aujourd'hui - vous serez ravis de l'avoir fait.

Another great week in the books. House is clean, awesome layout, more than enough space and that’s just the inside! Outside has yard, dock, stairs for swimming. Can’t beat it.

The location was great for bike week! Parking was perfect for our bike, trailer and truck. Had a gorgeous view of the water. The sunsets were worth getting back in time for!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Dianne's lake house. I cannot say enough about the location. It was perfectly situated on the lake with a sandy bottom and a smidge of beach - just enough to build some mini sand castles and sit in the water with little ones. The docks were great. No watercraft on site, but there is a place nearby where you can rent. Kitchen was great, and the living room views were magical. Great back deck and nice covered patio. This property was absolutely perfect for our mixed group of adults and kids! Toys galore in the basement. Beautiful dock/patio to sit on at the water. Steps into a clean, sandy swim area. Gorgeous sunset views. Host Dianne is exactly what you want in a host. Excellent communication. Hope to be able to stay again next year!

This was our second year staying at this house. We absolutely loved it the first year and hve only grown to love it more the second year! Close to all of the major attractions in the Winnesquam/Winnipesaukee area. Hard to even leave the property as you are right on the lake. This year we did so much fishing, and caught many fish! The house has everything you could possibly need during a vacation.The sandy beach area is great for the smaller kiddos for swimming. The dock is also fun for jumping in the lake! Communication with the owner has been great as well. We will be staying here as long as we can, so happy to have founs this gem.

This property has become our annual vacation spot. We love it! The location is perfect. The house is lovely. The upgraded kitchen is incredible. Even with rain, it is still perfect. The sand for the kids to play in, the sand bar near by, the awesome deck… literally perfect.

We loved everything about this property! We’ve been visiting the lake for over 15 years and this was our best location yet! Great beach for kids, excellent docks for swimming and boating, and very convenient location to stores and attractions. The host was extremely professional and responsive, and the house was clean and extremely kid friendly. We had an amazing week of bikes and family time for the Laconia 100 year! We will be back!

This house never disappoints. Perfect location on the lake, right across from the sandbar in the no-wake. Nice deep dock to slip the boat and beautiful sunsets every night. The house is always clean and has plenty of room.

We got married on this property October 2021 and decided to book it again for our 1 yr anniversary. I recently stayed 2 nights at this property with my brothers and cousins. The house is spacious and you can’t beat the location! Slept 10 of us comfortably (with 2 air mattresses). Dianne answered all questions and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a dock to park our pontoon boat right on the property. Fully stocked kitchen where we cooked all our meals, good size yard to play games like corn hole and can jam, and a nice fire pit outside to warm up on the cool Fall nights. Definitely the best place to stay on Winnisquam!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family had such a memorable experience with lots of new memories to last a lifetime.. The property owner the was very efficient with making sure this property had everything we needed. She was also amazing with communicating with us prior to our stay. The location was absolutely stunning. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this property and how wonderful our vacation was.

Good spot
The house is in a great location. Overall, it was pretty clean. The homeowner was very nice and responded quickly. The listing says it sleeps 10, but the pull out couch is broken and will not support anyone. I would stay here again based on the location, but bring air mattresses if you need to sleep 6 or more.

Beautiful property
We really enjoyed staying at this property! We had our 5 young daughters and they all enjoyed the small beach area, shallow water and jumping off of the dock. It was nice having a playroom w some toys for them as well! Close to everything we enjoy doing in this area. We will definitely be back!

Lovely lakeside house
We spent a couple days over the weekend boating around the lake and doing water sports. It was super nice having a dock at the house so we didn't have to pull it out of the water between trips out. The house itself was very nice as well, I love the exposed wooden beams. Perfect size for our group of 4 (two couples).

Property was perfect for our family gathering ages 20-93!
The house is beautiful and location is perfect
We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats slowly go by and people enjoying the sandbar. There is a no wake zone right in front so you can enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. We saw loons and eagles 🦅
All the amenities were high end down to the pots, pans and glassware.

Much needed time away
Very nice home right on the water. Home fit 7 of us no problem.
Was a little cold/windy when we stayed but did get one smores night in the fire pit!
There is a walking/bike path that follows around the Lake which we did. Son used it for his morning run.
Short drives to Weirs Beach and Gunstock mountain as well as the world's largest arcade!
Would love to return when it is warmer and more attractions are open.

Ice Fishing Trip
Owner is very timely in responding and was a pleasure to work with on this app. Home very nice with nice backyard area. Feel it would be a great summer rental. We wish we were told that there was a dock saver in front of the house as we were there to ice fish. It made the entrance to the ice a bit shady our last day as both neighbors use them as well. Not a secluded home you will hear traffic from main road, but you are also close to anything you might need.

Girls Annual Getaway
This property was very clean and plenty of room for 7 of us. Kitchen was stocked with dish-ware for all of us plus salt, pepper, sugar and even syrup. Great views we will have to come back in the summer to really appreciate the lake. Host is awesome took care of all our needs and more. Thank you Dianne.

Lake Winnisquam
Great home for a lazy winter getaway. House was spacious for 2 families comprised of adults, young adults, and teens. Location is right on the lake, with easy access to the water. House is fairly well appointed (though lacked typical pantry staples such as salt and pepper) and the kitchen is newly renovated and very functional despite its small size. Dianne was easy and quick with communication, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Thanks so much for the relaxing stay!
