The room was clean and nice. The hotel seems new even though it was already 4 years in operation. At the center of the city of Parit Buntar. The were many restaurants and speciality shops around.

Friendly hospitality services that got me what I wanted. Cozy and comfortable environment.
The cups on the table were not washed clean, had coffee stains in it from previous people that stayed. Hand bidet was quit hard to press that hurt my husband's hand. Hope that could be looked into. Aircond had dust in them that was obvious.

The hotel: room, staff, cleanliness, maintenance, etc were all very good indeed.
The location was out-of-town in quite an isolated place. For those expecting to experience the small-town charm of Parit Buntar, this will not be a very good hotel.

Swift check in, helpful staff, lift in premise allowed us to get in & out easily, comfortable bedroom, clean bathroom & good WiFi connection. The hotel car park makes us feel safe.
Nothing in particular about the hotel. But the restaurants along the street are mostly closed, so if you want a good meal you need to drive to the other side of town.

The hotel fulfilled my request to have rooms opposite to each other. Staff are ok, kept their mask, good hygiene.
Parking space is limited. If during peak season, may need to park around the building & pay the parking rate.
There's no bellboy/concierge, so if u have many luggages, need to carry your own luggage. They provide 2 trolleys, so u may need to compete during peak season. see the picture 😄
