Exceptional view, location and upper bedroom. Great kitchen equipment and supplies. There was always time to get a help hand from the service staff 😃

Sofa - size of the mattress wasn't chosen properly for the size of the frame.

Nice flat, close to the center and to the playground that we needed :) We were allowed to use fireplace inside.

Too soft bed. Cold tiles on the floor on majority of the floor surface. But it is not critical. We enjoyed the flat :)

Rooms not clean enough, sofa was full of cat's fur. It was very cold in the bathroom. Hairdryer was broken and when we asked to bring another one, no one did. So there are some somethings to improve 😊

We would've appreciated some amenities like liquid-soap, but this is not an issue, we've easily solved it :)

Only the location was a plus point , krupowki street was just a walk across the park.

I can write a book on what i dint like at this property. So my room was the “ Quadruple Room with mountain view” , it was a tiny cubicle where I couldn’t even walk without banging my head a hundred times in the slanting walls. The glorious concept of having a bed in mezzanine was a total failure as it was a safety hazard for my little son and what more it felt claustrophobic. I reached at 2 pm and i was told early check in was not possible which is okay and i am not complaining about it but whats worst is when i cme back to check in at 7 pm, i was aghast to find out there was no bathing soap or shampoo in the bathroom, when i contacted Adria ( adjacent hotel which manages HEL) they said they dint provide bathing soaps n shampoos, i mean during covid times how can u not give me a shampoo and a soap to bathe, only when I complained to booking.com someone came 30 mins later with 3 small soaps and 3 small shampoo tubes. I could not reach out to owner even once and i had to use my international roaming to call the adjacent hotel. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable with no thin mattress provided for it. My husband had backache on all 4 nights and the mezzanine mattress was only enough to accommodate my son and me. The nuts and bolts coming out of the dining table side tore my dress too. If you are a family, do not book this room especially, it is not operational. Please note the other rooms could be great here but my review is specifically for the one which has mezzanine.

Good location. Nice breakfast. Fairly clean, interesting room furniture design. Tea, water included. There was a good parking place near the hotel.

The decorative lighting over entrance door was doing a high frequency stroposcop - really annoying. The bed was too small for two people. The shower cubicle is miniature and there was nowhere to put the washing liquids - had to crouch every time I wanted to squeze some more. Upon arrival there was no one to explain to us anything - had to call the host to find out where the reception was. The windows of the first floor were opposite the local external smoking corner.

- clean - great location - perfect for an 1/2 night stay - nice staff - great decor, very cozy

- loud neighbour after 22:00 - small sheets - lots of sharp edges - a playground in the back
