The house was good, beds aren’t very comfy and the bathroom smells no matter how many times we cleaned it. Useful outdoor toilet and shower for coming back from the beach. Plenty of parking for cars with trailers. Would definitely stay here again

The location was close to the shops and walking distance to a pub. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and practical. Airconditioning was good, smart tv was appreciated by our sons and the outdoor bathroom was handy. The pool area was well maintained with a nice pool. We would go back there another time.

Great little holiday unit, close to town. Complex offers swimming pool for after a long day out exploring.

Clean property in convenient location. Had read previous reviews so was aware that there were no bare essentials in the pantry like oil, salt/pepper etc. We had no issues, easy check in and check out.

Really loved our 4 nights here. Very convenient location, spacious and clean. Could have been a bit more welcoming with some coffee, tea and milk and maybe more than one toilet roll!

The property was in a good location and reasonably quiet apart from one night when the bar across the street had some sort of "event" where appallingly loud music pounded into our head relentlessly until midnight. I was surprised at how poorly equipped it was, did not have anywhere near the amenities we are used to having at all the other places we've stayed at; and we travel a lot. There wasn't even so much as a teabag or instant coffee sachet, there was no salt, no sugar, no paper towel, only one toilet roll, no laundry detergent, no little portions of UHT milk, no cling wrap and the minimally supplied kitchen had no intact plastic containers--2 had no lid and the 3rd which was too big for most uses had a melted poorly fitting lid. There was only one extra rubbish bag and no face cloths, not a drop of any soap, shower gel or any other bathroom amenity! Thankfully the washing machine worked well or we wouldn't have had enough towels for our stay. We had to buy absolutely everything for the unit and I was quite shocked by that, nothing like what we are used to and I think quite inhospitable. I would not stay here again.

Great, but microwave didn't work, tried contacting but no response, chopping boards needs replacing, BBQ dirty a few basics would be a nice touch for guests like a few tea bags, sachets of coffee and a little milk maybe would be our suggestion. We did enjoy our stay overall, thank you.

Unit is a fantastic location and perfectly set up for a family holiday to enjoy all Exmouth town, Cape Range National park and Ningaloo reef have to offer. Highly recommend.

Had a great time up in Exmouth Accomodation was great! Very clean and spacious. Has a washing machine however rinse cycle didnt work. The clothes dried regardless as Exmouth weather is very hot. Perfect location. Able to walk into town. Easy check-in. Would stay again.

Great location Property is pretty old and tired , suitable for 4 adults. Mezzanine qs bed too hot to sleep up there Disappointed with 2 x bathroom. Shower and toilet outside!!! 4 wine glasses, but not a match. Bbq good Host was quick to help out with any questions

This was a great property for a family stay - great outdoor / BBQ area, good functional kitchen, great to have an extra shower and toilet. And the location was ideal - walk to shops, supermarket, restaurants. Recommend it!

Great stay, central location, but property was not overally clean, bathroom was so mouldy, like it hadn't been cleaned in many months. Other that that, very good.

Unit was perfect for our needs and ample room for a big boat, our boat is 7mts long so plenty of room for car and boat.

Great accommodation, very comfortable and had everything we needed. If anything the photos online didn't do it justice, as it was a lot nicer than we expected. The bbq was awesome!

Good little unit that was well located for our fishing trip. Enough room to park the boat & relax after a day out. A small issue with fridge not working on our arrival was very quickly resolved by host. This was our 2nd stay at the property and no doubt we'll stay again before long.

We had 4 x adults, 1 x child - my partner, child and myself had upstairs with in-laws getting a room each downstairs - they also got A/C. The living area A/C isn't great at cooling the mezzanine but they had a fan there which helped. Beds were ok. Washing machine and outside toilet/shower was really handy as was full fridge/freezer. We didn't quite work out if you could use the microwave wave as an oven but the cooktop and BBQ were sufficient for most cooking anyway. Lounge chairs and dining chairs were cane so a bit uncomfy and not a fan of the glass table! Was good to be able to walk to shops/pub if you wanted and the pool in the complex is small but sufficient for kids to enjoy splashing around in. Our only problem was neighbouring unit having a party (but it was pre-pub so didn't go late) and maxing out the bins which are supposed to be shared and throwing anything in any bin which isn't good for recycling (if that is available - i assumed so because there were 2 bins but recognise it isn't easy when in remote locations). In any case, I would stay there again.

This was our third stay at this property as it is in a great location to enjoy exmouth town and surrounds. The unit is clean and modern and has a great outdoor bbq area for the nice exmouth nights. The kids also enjoyed the location with the on-site pool and close proximity to the skate park and splash park . We will be back again
