景色が最高！ 昼は富士山と河口湖、夜は湖畔の夜景がほんとうに綺麗でした。 静かな中に鳥の声が響いてボーッとしてるだけで浄化されるようでしてた。 設備も清潔感がありトイレも綺麗でよかった。 今度は連泊してのんびりしてみたいです。

寝具はシーツもパリッとして清潔感があったのですが、掛け布団が重たくてしっとり感じました。もう少しふかふかだとうれしい。

A lot easier than I expected to get here. The staff can pick you up from the station. They can also drop you back on check out day. They take you to the supermarket for you to get food on the way to the camp. Bbq and cooking equipment all provided plus a fridge. Stayed in the dome room for 2 nights. Unfortunately rained the whole first night but once the clouds disappeared it was a perfect view of Mt Fuji. Big room and big deck. You can even have a camp fire on your deck. For those who don’t have a car you can hire electric bikes which was perfect for getting around the town and made it easy to get back up the steep hill to camp. There’s an awesome theme park in Highland Q that I recommended going to especially if you’re a thrill seeker. Lots of rollercoasters and short lines to get on the rides!! (Easy to get to on the bikes) Beautiful scenery. Definitely worth the trip here.

We had an amazing stay at Camp Mahoroba. Staff is very kind and helpful and the view on the Mount Fuji is priceless.

Camping 能看見富士山，令人心情愉快！camp site 提供了燒烤爐，燒烤網，煮食爐及用具，有雪櫃及冷暖氣。可以自己買食物，在露台打邊爐同燒烤真係一種特別的體驗！令外也可提早訂餐。公用浴室有毛巾及風筒，暖氣😊

去共用廁所，淋浴間的路不太平坦，泥地濕易滑倒！

Beautiful property, with amazing and helpful staff, we loved the Futon beds too. The cottages were very warm and the bedding was very comfortable. The cooking facilities at our cottage we’re excellent and had everything we could need.

It was a little hard to access in the winter.

This experience was amazing. I can't recommend it enough. We stayed at the Domu which made all the difference I guess. Our room was clean, comfy, and cozy and the view was spectacular! The staff was super friendly and helped us in every way. They provide everything you need to make your stay pleasant and practical. Don't forget that this is a camping site, so bathrooms are outside and shared, but they are super clean and modern. The kitchen is also outside but has everything you need. That cup of coffee in the morning overlooking Mt. Fuji will be an experience we will never forget! Thank you for an amazing stay!

I think people just need to keep in mind that it is a camping experience, is a bit far from the city, and you have to walk about 20 minutes to go to the closest kombini. Make sure you bring food and everything you need beforehand and you will be fine!

Cosy and clean

Very good view of Mountain Fuji and lake kawaguchi. Bathroom is clean.

Staff was not helpful and not so friendly , check in took a lot of time, also staff was not at work when check out before 9:00 AM in week days. Staff told us that our room (the Pao) is not equiped with fire pit, however turns out it has a fire pit in the balcony, we didn't use it because we were confused by the staff. The room have one air-condition, however with the maximum power, it was still freezing cold at night in late November, remember to wear warm cloth when go to bed, or you will end up catching cold. It's difficult to access by walk, need to take bus from train staion and climb uphills for about 15-20 minutes with your bagages.

Nice quiet spot with a pretty view of the lake and mountains. The rooms were nice and spacious and the back porch was a perfect hangout spot.

La espectacular vista desde la terraza del espacio común. Tuvimos la suerte de ver el pico del Monte Fuji los dos días que nos hospedamos aquí. La calidez del personal que atiende en el campamento. Han jugado con nuestro hijo. Nos han ido a buscar a la terminar de bus y vuelto a llevar al check out. Todo funcionaba correctamente.

Sin dudas la cabaña en la que nos hospedamos era la menos interesante en cuanto a la vista ya que se encuentra detrás de la recepción y da a la carretera. Si tienes la oportunidad de pagar un poco más, cualquiera de las otras opciones tiene unas vistas increíbles!

Best place to stay around Mt. Fuji. Staff was friendly, facilities are amazing and if you're lucky you'll wake up to Fuji-san right from your bed.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was great. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is amazing really great for a night or a weekend gateaway. I was travelling alone with a suitcase and had no issues. It was quiet after 10pm and this really allows you to immerse yourself in the experience.

Maybe a stronger torch in the room. I used my phone which was provided better lighting

The dome is incredibly comfortable. The facilities, the equipment, the staff - everything was amazing. I would highly recommend spending one night there, it's worth the price.

We came to see Mount Fuji and were unlucky with the weather, but we still really enjoyed our first glamping experience at Retreat Camp Mahoroba. This is such a nice environment to relax and connect with nature.

The views from the small hunt we stayed in were incredible! No food is offered at the top but there is a lot of warning. They have a small store to buy generic goods, like stove fuel and wood for a campfire.

The walk to the top of the hill is straining with big bags but they did give plenty of warning and there are some taxis that will take you. It's worth doing as there is a really cool shrine half way up.
