What else can we add beyond all the positive comments already given for this property? Everything said is absolutely correct! The place is spotless and appears so clean and new that one gets the impression being the very first person staying at this place ever. The wonderful garden is plentiful of amazing aromas from lavender and fresh kitchen herbs - and all under the wonderful shade of the old olive trees. All this is topped by the hospitality and friendlyness of Ivo and Gordona. Starting with a appetizer plate of local delicacies at arrival, fresh cherries the next and ultimately a delicous dinner with fresh ocean fish grilled just for us - this is vacation as it best. The villa is located a bit up the hill, which allows for a fresh ocean breeze when temperatures are high. The local beach - only few minutes away by car - has its own shadowed pine tree forest which gives plenty of shade if you desire. And the nearby small by very authentic fisher village Bratus counts with a wonderful local restaurant directly at the beach. After all, a wonderful and memorable stay which we can recommend to everyone who wants to experience the hospitaly of Croatia a bit off the beaten path - and still at the seaside - in a top quality setting.

Had a great stay at Villa Toni, the property is spotlessly clean an ideally situated. The owners are very friendly and could not do enough to assist you dealing very promptly with any queries and even cooked us dinner one night. Could not fault it.

This was our 1st time to Croatia and we wanted somewhere that was easy to get to yet private, sea views with walkable access to the sea, yet secluded. We certainly found a property that met the brief and the most hospitable and friendly hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had an excellent stay. No hesitation in recommending this villa

We are a family of five, two adults and three teenagers, and enjoyed a delightful week at Villa Toni in August. The pictures don't lie, the villa is spacious and very well-equipped - plenty of towels for the showers and pool, every kitchen utensil you could need, etc. There is amble room inside, including three bathrooms, but it's the grounds and pool that really make this place special. There is seating for five around the pool, with umbrellas, and equally plenty of space to sit at a table on the large patios surrounding the villa - with shade from the olive trees all around. The views to the sea one way and the mountains the other are stunning. There is plenty of room to spend time together as a family - and also plenty of space to have some private time with a book or taking a swim too. The owner Ivo makes you feel very at home, he came around first thing each morning to ensure the pool was running ok and tidy up the patio areas, but was in no way intrusive. There was a fruit basket (the fresh figs were fantastic) and a tray of meat/cheese/bread and wine in the villa on our arrival and Ivo also provided us with a delicious bbq meal on one night during our stay. We used the outdoor bbq a few evenings as the villa was just too nice to leave. The villa is set down the end of the road on a dirt track, completely private except for one house next door, so nicely secluded. There is a very small shop a few minutes walk with fresh bread, milk and other essentials. There are larger stores within a 10 minute drive. The walk down to the beach is 15 minutes - uphill on the way back, but not a problem if you are relatively fit. Definitely 5 stars - a place we would not hesitate to recommend and/or return to.

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Villa Toni as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 14 and 10). The booking process was very easy and the owners (and their son, Antonio) replied to all correspondence very quickly. The house is well appointed, very well maintained and clean. It is in a lovely peaceful location with superb views. The house has all necessary facilities for a fantastic family holiday. The outside space is excellent, with a lovely BBQ area and also plenty of shady places under the olive trees for relaxing, reading and eating. The pool was a real highlight and the children (and adults) spent a lot of time in it! The hosts, Ivo and Gordana and simply lovely people. They live locally and are always available if you need any help / information. Ivo also cooked us a superb meal one evening which was a lovely surprise and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! We were even lucky enough to have fresh figs from his own tree which he brought for us. They were delicious! In short, we can highly recommend Villa Toni to anyone.

Stayed 1 week in July 2017. Very nice and tidy place with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Good if you have 1 wife and 3 children, 11, 11 and 15:). Kitchen and living room not very big but not a big problem since it was very warm and we eat most of the time in the "garden" under the shade of the olive trees. Great pool (about 1,5m deep). A few restaurants in walking distance and a local grocery store. Very pleased with the good service. /Michael

The property is beautifully located and very well equipped. The pool is a real highlight. The accomodation is very clean. the furniture is new and tasteful. The owners are very friendly and ready to help with any problems. In short: a highly recomendable property. We will surely come back.

We just arrived home from Villa Toni and are already missing back there. Villa was so clean and having everything needed and the pool..it was just great, kids were there all the time :) Location is peacefull and there is both sun and shadow available just on front of Villa, as you wish. Also BBQ place is good for making own meals and we were using that every day. Hosts (Ivo and is his wife) are taking care of you just great and are always available for you if needed. And thanks for excellent dinner suprise, it was very tastefull. Our strategy has been that we visit only once in different places around the world, but this place makes us to re-thing this strategy :D Thank you for great vacation!

We had 10 days ever!!! Everything was outstanding. House, tidiness, peace, privacy, everything. Just what we wanted. Hosts were great indeed, the house has everything, photos cannot show how clean, airy, bright it really is. And the natural setting among olive trees, shade all over when you step outside, like a paradise (and apparently they are building swimming pool for next season). I will be back, that's for sure.

We were there last September, and we cannot get enough how beautiful it was. The house is hidden in the shade, facing the Adriatic, with both sea and mountain views. Hosts are keeping it extremely clean and very well maintained. It is airy, bright, tastefully decorated and most important, very quiet. The owners/hosts are lovely people, with many years of experience in tourism, always there to make sure that you get anything you need. We would highly recommend it to anyone, and looking forward to be back.

Awesome!!! Highly recommended!!! I just want to say that we were vacationing there almost every year last 6 years because we found there exactly what we needed. A peaceful place, away from summer jam, but close to anything one would need. Everything is within 15 min. Beach, grocery store, bar/restaurant, name it!!! Even the freeway access is 10 min away. Amazing! The house is spotlessly maintained by the hosts, by the way great couple, and first thing you feel when you walk in is how clean it is. The location is amazing, little remote, nobody around you (nearest neighbor is maybe 50m away), and it is hidden within the olive trees. So, in the middle of the summer, high temperature outside, and you can sit down and relax in the natural shade of your own house. Perfect relaxation. But hosts, Gordana and Ivo, they made those vacation days very special. Tanya and Mark, Canada.

Maybe the best vacation ever! We really enjoyed our stay. We were there last year in July and everything was great from day one. It was exactly as advertised and how we imagined it. Like a little paradise. Nobody around you, you wake up and step outside the house and you are in the shade all day long. In the middle of the summer!!! Can you believe it?! Not that many places have that. The house was extremely clean, hosts were great, so accommodating, lovely people. You can walk to the beach (cca 15 min) or you can drive (4-5 min). Little grocery store is 5 min away, perfect for the morning stroll. A cafe/restaurant is also 10 min walk. Everything was right there. The only bad thing is that wish we could have stayed longer, but we had already planned vacation. Next time we go to Croatia (hopefully very soon), we are staying there, no doubt.

We had a family trip along Adriatic coast, and actually were recommended by our friend who stayed there several years ago. and we have not regreted it. From the moment we arrived, we know it would be memorable. The house is literally hidden within olive trees, closest neighbour is maybe 70-80m away, nobody around you. Like a oasis. It was excactly as advertised, but much nicer. Photos can't express how gorgeous it really was. The hosts are nicest couple out there, so accommodating, kind, being in business for a while, keeping the house clean very well maintained. Freeway is 10 min away, you can drive to the beach and park literally right there, in the shade, can't beat that. There is a marina next to it with all the amnenities and entertainment, and you go back to the house and enjoy the silence. Perfect spot. Would I go there again, absolutely!!! And not to mention recommend it to my friends or relatives....
