Il comprend deux espaces de vie avec une télévision à écran LCD, un lecteur DVD / CD / vidéo et un amplificateur stéréo. Il y a quatre chambres à coucher - la chambre principale à l'étage a un lit queen et salle de bain avec douche, WC et vanité. Amazing location - the beach is a hop and skip from the backyard!
The place was perfect for me and the kids as it was a simple home and the property manager was so lovely and accommodating!
Highly recommended and would stay again hopefully in the summer!

Perfect house for our group. A few minor issues with garbage collection, no BBQ plate etc. But nothing that dampened our stay and management were very responsive. The house backs on to the beach with great views of the surf and just a short stroll along a private access. Great spot, would come again.

Another stay for us at Tidemark. We had a great holiday as always and the house was very clean. The newly repolished floorboards upstairs looked fantastic and a new BBQ. Wonderful! There was a bit of an issue with the electrics due to some very heavy rain. An electrician was called promptly by the property management. Again, I would say I would love there to be a double bed in the downstairs bedroom to replace one of the single beds. Our children are now grown, and another double downstairs would be great.

The house itself is designed well and comfortable for a family of 6, however upon arrival we did come across some minor cleaning issues. Sand on the lounges, dirty utensils and filthy rangehood. Apart from this, we did have an enjoyable time at Tidemark. Thank you

We were delighted with our stay at Diamond Beach. There were 7 of us with a few doing some WFH so we really appreciated the two living areas plus the winter room.
The house was quite lovely and we spent a lot of time around the table on the upstairs balcony watching the ocean, surfers and visiting pods of dolphins.
Some previous reviews mentioned cleanliness - we found the house in a very clean state and there were lots of condiments, tea, coffee, rubbish bags and washing up supplies in the cupboards.
The local takeaway, pizza shop and bottlo are a short walk away and were good and the Foodworks at Blackhead is a short drive away and has everything.

We have returned to this house several times over
the years. It has a very comfortable openness to it, but The property was somewhat dirty. kitchen utensils some of them need to replace.
Definitely highly recommended for short or long term stay.

Location is excellent but house was not clean. Food scraps in the bottom of the dishwasher, dining table with sauce and crumbs all over it. And when we took the rubbish to the bin outside it was full to the lid. Also, the garage remote didn't work which was a pain. Such a shame because it's a great place.

Magnificant location and unique spacious property
This modern, well equipped, absolute beachfront property was ideal for our family of seven adults. With 3 bathrooms, 2 separate living/dining areas as well as a BBQ area with kitchenette it was perfect. The hot water outdoor shower was well used.

Since the first trip was a wild success we decided to head back.The checkin process was seamless, however upon entering the property it became quickly apparent that the quality of the upkeep and maintenance had declined significantly.The floors were grimy, there was rubbish on the ground and sand everywhere (including the lounge). I raised this with staff upon checkout, and whilst the stay was incredibly enjoyable, it was disappointing that the place seemed a bit dirty and unloved. The walls need a good clean, as do the beautiful high ceilings. It would have been nice for the windows to be cleaned given the view of beach, but given the latest weather it's understandable they would get dirty quickly.Overall i would definitely recommend booking this place as the location is incredible, the house is well stocked with the essentials, but it truly needs a team to come through and deep clean it properly.

Beach side life!
A wonderful property that is perfect for a large group with lots of room to relax for children, teens and adults. Right next to the beach with a divine view of the ocean and perfect afternoon lawn for drinks and games. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent stay in fantastic location
My husband stayed with a few friends for his birthday. He said the property was fantastic, spacious, clean and was really impressed with the surrounds and convenient location. He’s keen to return with our kids as a family stay in Summer. There was a minor hiccup with check-in, but nothing major and didn’t detract from the overall experience. Our only suggestion would be receiving more communication prior to check in around check in procedures and reminder of what to bring etc.

Stayed at Tidemark Diamind Beach for the June long weekend. Cannot fault the help from Narene at Hallidays Accomodation. Went above and beyond to help with our later check in. The house was super spacious, perfect for families or large groups. Equipped kitchen, two living spaces. Beds were comfy. Could not fault the uninterrupted view of the beach either. Thank you Hallidays Point Accomodation.

Big Beach House Like They Should Be
Tidemark is a delight! Abounds in ocean views, space for everyone, relaxation and comfort, with everything you need.
The wide frontage and glass maximises the ocean views. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere on your private beach, framed by native bushes and grasses.
Really enjoyed the wood floors, comfortable and practical furniture, the spaces available for everyone.
