Sandra's Brooklyn townhouse is a great choice for those visiting NYC, the apartment has very modern furnishings and is very comfortable. With regards to the location, there isn't much to do in walking distance however you are only a short train ride away from Manhattan, the train station is a 5 min walk away. I drove, and it was easy to find parking right in front of the house on Greene Ave, which is also free (you just have to remember to move your car for street sweeping).

Very convenient to local public transportation and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend away. Sandra was easy to communicate with as well.

This was the perfect base for a week long stay in New York. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the J train which takes you directly into lower Manhattan in about 15 minutes. We were a family of four and the two bedrooms were perfect for us, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were plenty of amenities there already for us in the way of coffee for the machine and fresh fruit. There were also plenty of towels and toilet rolls. In the surrounding area there are a couple of supermarkets and a few take aways which were great value and good tasty food. All the neighbours were really friendly, and Sandra provided faultless instructions to access the property when we arrived (not needing a key was a godsend!) Will would absolutely stay here again on any future trips to New York. An added bonus was being able to securely store our luggage after we checked out as our flight wasn't until later in the evening.

This is being extremely pedantic, but the sofa in the living room was a little small for 4 people however there is ample seating available by way of high bar stools so alternative options.

The location is great, very close to the J-line to Manhattan. Great mood and value for money. Will stay here again definitley in the future! The free water was a life saver when arriving at midnight. :D

The location was great! Just one block from broadway which captured most of my wallet this trip. We also enjoyed being able to find a parking spot and chatting with surrounding neighbors. Compared to other locations this location is a dream! It had the perfect Square footage and the whole aesthetic of the unit was beautiful and gave off great energy. The bed was so comfy, that I ordered a mattress topper to await me when I arrived home. The shower head and the temperature of the water were always on point. I also, liked that each room in the unit had its own AC, there was plenty of closet and drawer space, and the kitchen was loaded with essentials. The Host left the thoughtful gifts of fruit, and water and had a couple of essentials in the bathroom just in case you forgot to pack them. Although there was only one TV located in the living room, I appreciated being able to close the door as I worked and went to bed early as my husband entertained himself watching TV late.

I didn't like that there was only a sheet and a thin duvet on the bed. I suggest having extra lining for the couch bed and or if anyone else likes to sleep with more coverage. I also didn't like that the bed was made in a way that did not expose the bed frame, and the majority of the time my husband and I hit our shins on the sharp edges of the bed. It was easy to slide it over but the bed needs to be maybe placed on none skid pads where there is enough room to walk around the bed and also to close the bedroom door. The bedroom AC also dripped when in use and I had to constantly squeeze out a towel I placed on the floor to prevent water damage. The unit above us was also a little noisy with all of their foot traffic which sounded as if they had a toddler or a dancing teen.

Apartment is accessible through door lock. Easy to find, host is on phone, got no issue to contact when i needed. Not very spacious, but very effective, i got all comfort i need. Netflix account on TV for free. Bonus I didnt expected - there were more than enough clean towels in bathroom. Kitchen is full equipped, all accessories work fine. Good access from metro station, plenty groceries around. Must count with 20 min to Manhattan.

Host should mention on description to property that you must deposit money for security reason. We solve it somehow, but if i know in advance it will be more smoother. Ask host about possibilities to find accepted way before stay.

The apartment is very nice, with attention to detail and functional. The kitchen is well equipped and the spaces are adequate to be able to stay comfortably. All rooms are well lit and airy. The house is very close to the subway line J, most of the points of interest in New York can be reached in 30/40 minutes. The neighborhood is authentic and full of shops.

The place had everything you want for a visit tot New York. Coming home and relax after a vibrant day. Communication was warm, swift and accurate. The place was clean, well equipped and cosy. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, close to the J subway station, inhabited by an array of nice and friendly people. I would recommend it to all.

Very good appartement close to the metro ; about 15 minutes to downtown Manathan.. This is a very clean apartment. we did appreciate. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions. the beds were good. All we needed was avalaible. it's a fantastic place for familiesto visit NYC.

Location was good. Near train station

The bed was really comfortable. The couch in the living room as well was very comfortable. The TV was large and had access many channels. The kitchen was well equipped. The building was very secure. The owner responded quite quickly to us.

It is a somewhat small apartment. We were 3 guests and there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. We contacted the owner and they took care of it quickly. For the price it wasn't as nice as I expected. The rules upon entry like no shoes in the house and the additional security deposit of $200 seemed excessive to me.

Good location, 3 blocks from J train. Two good grocery stores close by. A fish shop, too.

I needed Cashapp to make a security deposit and I just couldn’t get it to work. My daughter had to help me.

The location was amazing and it's a keypad entry so no fumbling around with keys ,that's always a plus. There a great a stores and eateries everywhere.
