Great location, 5 min walk to SM. Nice little apartment with all basic needs met.
The owner was responsive and helpful.
Bathroom is the worst feature of apartment.
One bedroom has no outside window.
No water for one day during our stay, no fault of the owner, the whole city had no water but, there was no emergency provision so very inconvenient.

the wifi and mobile signal can be spotty inside the bedrooms. otherwise no problem.

We are very particular on cleanliness and the property is very clean. It has plates and stove (although we didn’t use the stove) and clean towels and bathroom. Can’t fault the property. Would be very happy to stay there again.
