La villa est très proche de Siesta Key (beaucoup d'invités s'y promènent à pied ou à vélo, à environ 1,5 km).
'Casa De Palma' propose 4 grandes télévisions à écran plat, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une superbe salle à manger, une connexion Wi-Fi, une offre télévisée étendue, un barbecue à charbon et à charbon de bois, un chariot de plage avec chaises longues / parasols et bien plus encore.
En face du quartier, il y a un centre commercial Publix avec un certain nombre de commerces et restaurants, un bar et un centre commercial plus petit avec encore plus d'options, littéralement à 5-7 minutes à pied.
La maison est située au coeur de South Sarasota et il est très pratique de monter et descendre de la clé.

House is nice and big, has the extras you would need for the beach or cooking at the house. Although we didn’t use there is a hot tub, pool and ping pong table. The hot tub was not working while we were there temp was showing in the 80’s, made owner aware. That was a bummer bc we would have used in the mornings. Check in was

A great value and very pleased with the stay. The house and property were clean. The beds, chairs and couches we’re comfortable, but the house is a bit dated. Notably, old carpet and old blinds which are missing parts. The neighbors back-yard were also a bit rough. I would stay again as these things are to be expected for such a good price.

My wife and I and our four adult children loved our stay here. The back yard heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, grill and covered patio made for awesome evenings after being at the beach all day. Publix is within walking distance as well as many other conveniences. The host was very prompt and easy to reach, but we had no issues. We definitely recommend this property.

We had a great experience at this property. The place was clean and the backyard was wonderful. My two boys loved the pool and hot tub and they both came in real handy on the one rainy day we couldn’t go to the beach. Ven, the property manager was great. He communicated with us and responded to text questions quickly. He also gave us some pretty go recommendations on restaurants and things to do. We will definitely book with him again

Property was nicer than shown in pictures. This is an older home but very well kept. The backyard was amazingly gorgeous & lined with beautiful palm trees! Plenty to enjoy with the pool, hot tub, & our family favorite - the ping pong table. This kept our family busy in the evenings after days spent at the beach, shopping & a college tour!
Ven was excellent to communicate with. He followed up with any call/text quickly and checked in on us often to see if we needed anything. He had new beach chairs delivered immediately after we discovered a couple at the house were broken. He gave us a laundry list of things to do and recommendations for dining. We rented a car and found the drive to the Key & Siesta Beach very easy. The grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's and Walgreens were all extremely close and most within walking distance. Plenty of dining options and things to do in the area. There was lots of room for our family of four (including one teen and one tween) to spread out and relax.

Dont expect perfection but set up for a great family get away. Ven was very responsive and accommodating. When we checked in, he let us know up front there was a problem with the hot tub and went above and beyond to get it fixed for us! The complementary bottle of wine was a delicious surprise. Other reviews said not to expect the place to be in perfect shape and that was true but it was clean and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and had a wonderful stay.

Upon arriving, 15 minutes AFTER our scheduled check-in time, the cleaning crew were still there and we were unable to access the property until they were done. When we finally settled in, the owner let us know there was an extra charge to use the hot tub and pool heater. Paid the fee through Square, only to find out the pool heater doesn't even work and the hot tub barely even gets to a temperature that can be considered hot. The pool deck is in complete disarray, there are rusty nails sticking up everywhere and it was completely unsafe. There are main electricity wires very low out back, and definitely not within regulations for safety. The owner had someone invade our privacy and enter the home to come change an a/c filter with no notice, except a text that he was on the way and would be there within 10 minutes. On top of all of these issues, the property is NOT private, there are at LEAST two other units attached to this house rented out with separate people.

Everything about this property is accurately listed in its description. Owner contacted to make sure everything was up to standard and that we were doing good. He gave us reccomendations for food around town and other helpful tips. He didn't not bother us at the property at all. Very nice home, very clean. Owner is very easy to talk to. Very nice house with a pool and hot tub in Sarasota close to siesta key village.
The house was nice and clean. The pool and deck were beautiful. Our kids really enjoyed using the ping pong table and pool out back. The hot tub needs some work. It was partly empty and we were instructed to use a hose and refill the tub. It did not have the proper amount of chlorine/ chemicals in the hot tub. It was basically just heated water. Not a huge deal as the rest of the house was as advertised.

Family reunion
We gathered at Turtle Beach with extended family for a reunion/celebration of life for parents who lived inFL for many years. Location of Vrbo was great -very convenient to airport and to Siesta Key beaches. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was the best stocked in any rental in which we’ve stayed. The biggest highlight was the beautiful back yard w private pool & hot tub! Ven was very responsive and great to work with. Had a great time and would definitely return!

BEWARE: This is not a private house, have someone living in the garage and on north wing. Felt harassed and being stalked/bullied by Ven who called or texted EVERYDAY. Showed up and demanded to come in first day, highly illegal. Then demanded we leave cash for the furnace usage: which I caught him in lies. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS

A bit déclassée
Make sure you review the terms from the owners on the pool fees - they're not included. It's an ok location, but not that nice of a neighborhood, yelling and motorbikes kept me awake. On the other hand, the property management was very responsive, the place was clean, and I can see it comfortably sleeping six adults. The rooms were just ok. The pool and hot tub were fine, just didn't like being charged separately for that.
