Stunning home with sea views
«Spy The Sea" se trouve au-dessus de Polzeath, dans un cul-de-sac, loin de la foule, mais à seulement 250m à pied sur une route privée à la plage et des commodités locales.
La propriété a été entièrement rénové à un très haut niveau et propose désormais un hébergement très confortable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage depuis le salon principal et terrasse avant. Pour l'arrière de la propriété il y a une terrasse gravillonnée et une petite pelouse ainsi qu'une grande terrasse surélevée avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne vallonnée ouverte.
En interne, la maison dispose d'une salle à manger de la cuisine, un grand salon, 4 chambres doubles, dont 2 salle de bains et une salle de bains familiale.
Il y a aussi une chaude "douche de surf 'externe à l'arrière de la propriété pour aider à garder le sable à l'extérieur !!
En outre, il y a une grande cabane d'été sur la terrasse à l'arrière du jardin qui abrite 2 grandes banquettes, un autre wc et. Ceci peut être utilisé comme un espace de couchage supplémentaire ou tout simplement comme un espace de vie supplémentaire.
Parking pour 3 -4 voitures sur l'allée, ainsi que sur le stationnement de la rue.

This house suited all our needs brilliantly. Just short 5 min stroll down a track to the SUPERB beach with everything we needed and lovely food. Gorgeous house and garden rooms. Fabulous social area. Lovely bedrooms. Yes would go back

Very well styled accommodation. Layout of bedrooms, en suites and family bathroom suited us well. Location great, easy walking distance from the beach and shops in Polzeath. A couple of issues on arrival which were sorted quickly by the owner. Views of the sea from the lounge and upper garden good.

We had a great stay at Spy the Sea. There was a mess up at the start of the holiday but Keri dealt with it brilliantly and got everything sorted out. We really enjoyed the house, access to the beach and coast.

We loved our 2 week stay at Spy The Sea. Proximity to Polzeath beach and the town’s amenities made swimming and shopping an easy and short walk. The house is all on one level with excellent wheel chair access and the rooms all a good size and nicely furnished.

Staying in Polzeath
The view from the living room down to the beach was memorable especially at sunset.
The house is very well equipped and provides a haven when it is blowing a gale outside which it was when we arrived.

Great Property/ Great Location
Very well decorated and equiped. Close to the beach albeit a steepish walk back from the beach to the property. The dinining room table in the kitchen is tight if you have 8 or more adult sized guests. However, plenty of room outside if the weather is good. It was not clear from the photo, but the lounge is at the front of the property and has see views so we could check out the size of the surf before we went down.
We love Polzeath and would highly recommend the location.

Wonderful Weekend in Spy the Sea
We were very impressed with the standard of accommodation, and found the location worked very well for our party. As previous guests have commented the kitchen and dining area is compact but for our party of 6 adults it was perfect. We had great weather so utilised both outdoor spaces to maximise the sun! The bedrooms and bathrooms are really nice. It is worth noting that the property is a 10-15 minute walk up a steep hill from the beach and restaurants. All in all we had a lovely weekend and will definitely be going back.

Nice house but living accommodation and dining area very tight for a 8 person booking - good bathroo
A good experience but disappointed with the some areas - shingle outside of back - size of living accommodation - but plus was bedrooms anc bathrooms - very well decorated and parking - water systems excellent for showers - but couldn’t get bathroom radiator to work. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils coffee machine etc

Most cozy and stylish atmosphere in this beautiful house
What a wonderful place to stay in Polzeath. The house is very spacious and beautiful decorated. As soon as you enter it you feel perfectly at home. Newest standards in heating technic, bathrooms and security. The house is located on top of the hill in Polzeath and offers the perfect sunset view from its own private terrace. Everything was perfectly organized for our stay and contact with Keri was great. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back soon.

Great house. Quiet location
Fabulous luxury house. Great garden. Great garden shack for kids and generally very well kitted out and lovely fixtures and fittings. Great beds. Great showers. However, totally insufficient eating space for 11 people. Kitchen and table way too small and a half dishwasher inadequate. The hot water also was not sufficient for more than 2-3 showers in a row which is tricky after a day’s surfing! Great service from property manger and owner when any requests made. A lovely stay . Would stay again, but with less people .,

Family Getaway
Great house for a family gathering. Very comfy beds and sitting room is large with big comfy sofas. Dining area is small and won't sit everyone but we got round this by using the table in the front garden. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill but coming back with surfboards etc isn't easy so we ended up using the car to ferry kit back at the end of the day. Keri, the owner, was great to deal with.

Fantastic property, with amazing views
We had an amazing family holiday in Polzeath. The accomodation was ample and amazing, bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing, all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine were available and the spacious lounge and garden den were amazing. The views were stunning and only a short walk to the beach meant we could relax and watch the crashing waves without having to venture out in the car. Excellent communication from the owners, Highly recommended.

Clean and modern. Very comfortable!
We were a party of 7 booked to celebrate a 60th birthday. The property didn't disappoint!
The property easily accommodated us all in comfort with 4 double bedrooms and a large lounge area. The property is tastefully decorated with an emphasis on luxury.
Location is great, with a view of the beach which is about 5 minutes walk away downhill (uphill back!). Great sunsets from the lounge.
We visited in March so didn't manage to make much use of the outside seating areas,, but in warmer weather they would be ideal!
Had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to go back!
