A lovely apartment with special touches like milk in the fridge, a coffee maker and chockie biscuits! A short walk into a pretty little town.

There was nothing not to like, everything had been taken care of.

Loved the feeling of space in the flat and the super shower. Good text communication from helpful owner.

Would have liked clearer info re recycling. What could be recycled in Cromer, and where in the flat did I put it, before taking it downstairs. I needed instructions on how to work the hob. (I could only find oven/grill ones) I could not find any tongs for turning my bacon and saussages!

Clean, tidy well set out property, with a lot of thought having gone into available equipment and instructions.

People holidaying in upstairs flat were up and down stairs (to smoke outside) from 5:30am until gone midnight. (Not the property owners fault).

For a self catering apartment it was very well stocked with everything you could think of plus fans and air conditioning unit. It was home away from home. The only thing missing was a shaver point in the bathroom.

Before we even arrived at the accommodation, the communication from the host was fantastic. There was a good sense of communication from the start of my holiday to the end. When we arrived at the property, which was very easy to find and gain access to, we were greeted with fresh flowers on the dinner table and a jar full of sweets on the coffee table. There isn't much this property did not have. There was even a draw that had a label on that said, "Emergency stock items of things you may have forgotten." There was coffee and different types of tea available for us to use at the property with even milk in the fridge. There is even Netflix for you to use. My wife and I have travelled to many places across the UK with our dogs that have claimed they are dog friendly, but this property really felt dog friendly. When we arrived, there was a fresh bowl of water out for the dogs with some snacks for them. There was even a folder that was left on the side for dog walks in the area. The property is located only a 20-minute walk from the beach, which makes it nicely situated in the town, and only an hours drive to visit Great Yarmouth. The apartment really felt homely. I can't really say that about many places, but this is one of them. I believe this property is great value for money, and I would highly recommend this to anyone planning to visit Cromer. I would definitely stay here again.

Bakery central was a beautiful, cosy and very clean accommodation to stay in. Very tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. It was a home from home stay. We really enjoyed the seaside theme throughout. Loved the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. Bed very comfortable. The proprietor Annette kept me well informed about details of our stay. I would most definitely stay here again. The flat is in a great location too. Well within walking distance to the town centre and Cromer beach.

The weather!! But didn’t spoil our visit.

a perfect home from home! had everything we needed including extras such as emergency toiletries, phone chargers by the bed, pint of milk in the fridge and a welcome treat for the dogs. it was decorated for Christmas too with the tablet set up for dinner, access to Netflix and the bed was SO comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We very much liked the flat with the homely comforts and a welcome pack to great us on arrival Also the dog being catered for A well designed flat with top quality furnishings and an extra bonus is parking

There are no negatives I can give on this property and was sad when we had to leave .Such a home from home experience It was great The owner was so kind

We liked the welcoming and homely aspect of the apartment.There was everything you needed and more.Annette has provided everything you could need and even some things you don’t realise you need!Once you get your bearings and find the shortcuts it was only about a 10 minute walk into Cromer town centre and sea front.All in all a lovely home from home.

Beautifully appointed and very well-equipped apartment. Annette has thought about everything her guests could possibly need - right down to a portable air conditioning unit for hot weather and integrated smartphone charging leads in the bedroom. My second visit, and every bit as good as the first.
