Great room and location close to Trams

Apparthotel nuovo e moderno, il nostro alloggio era come previsto: comodo per due persone, cucina ben organizzata anche se molto piccola ma fornita di tutto (frigo e freezer, microonde, macchina del caffè con capsule, pentole e ciotole..), bagno abbastanza grande specialmente la doccia, materassino comodo. Molto pulito. Silenzioso. Centro città raggiungibile anche a piedi se si ha voglia di camminare un po' (3km).

Estaba cómodo para lo que necesitábamos nosotros, no está céntrico, pero está bien comunicado, aunque nosotros estábamos en coche enfrente del hotel hay una estación de buses y pasan muchos tranvías también. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda.

Super Lage, man kommt vom Flughafen einfach mit dem Bus hin und von der Unterkunft aus fahren 2 Trambahnen in die Stadtmitte

Das Frühstück ist etwas teuer, dafür dass die Auswahl nicht allzu groß ist.

La gentillesse du personnel. Chambre super agréable et lit très confortable. Étonné de la grandeur de la chambre. Spacieuse !

2 homme accueille aux top niveaux. Leur chef qui ce prend pour un autres qui n'est pas.

The room are modern, spacious and clean.

It was a little further from the center of Nantes than I was expecting.

Lovely hotel, the staff were helpful and polite and the selection at breakfast was very good. We only stayed one night as we're stopping over so did not use all of the facilities but of what we saw we were impressed.

Air con was poor at best, room was far too warm.

Breakfast was not included, there’s free drinks coffees or tea. I like the attention that I had from Mrs Feriel, after a fly cancellation!, she’s been very helpful and spent her time to help me. Great staff and special thanks to Omaima.

Complete the kitchen accessories: Boiler, pot lid, etc…

The apartment was a decent size and had everything we needed. The small kitchen area was basic but sufficient. The bathroom was of a good size and had a nice walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. Electric vehicle chargers located in secure underground car park. No extra charge for fully charging car overnight which is a real bonus.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature although set to max (accepted it was particularly hot >32 degrees). Provided with key by reception to open windows. This did help with ventilation but made it very noisy due to proximity of busy roads

The location of the property was excellent, very close to primie tram and bus station. It is modern and very clean. Highly Recommend it.

The breakfast was very good. However a little expensive at 17 euro each.

Not having a kettle in the room. The coffee machine was very good but not as easy as a kettle for making tea or other hot drinks.

The hotel had excellent location to trams into city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good and plenty of choice. The pool with jacuzzi and gym very clean and easy to use.Overall we enjoyed staying here and will come back

On arrival there was a recolving door which could not fit our cases theough and got badly stuck? Recpetion clearly didnt notice and left us to struggle? This happened to various people and they do have an alternative door can open? There is no Bar only soft drinks which was disappointing. Studio appt with no cutlery to use for tea or if wanted to cook? No bottle opener for water. Just the small attention to detail would have given them a 10!
