Il est entièrement meublé et tous les services publics sont payés. Il y a deux lits king size et deux salles de bain. Laveuse et sécheuse dans une grande buanderie. Garage attenant à deux stalles. Il s'agit d'une communauté de retraités, donc l'un des locataires doit être âgé d'au moins 55 ans. Il est à proximité de nombreux terrains de golf, centres de loisirs, piscines, terrains de pickleball, pistes de bowling et centres de fitness. Les chiens bien dressés sont acceptés. Ne pas fumer n'importe où sur la propriété. Il y a des frais de nettoyage unique de 90 $ ajoutés à chaque location.

This is the second time we’ve chosen this property. It has everything we wanted for our stay and is exceptionally clean and well-kept. The host is also attentive and understanding of our needs.

The property was as described with a great location. Helpful list of local eats was spot on. The outdoor patio came in handy when grilling out for local family entertaining.

The house is very nice, 2 kings beds was liked with my children, also, twin beds in laundry room worked for our family. Kitchen was well equipped.
The one thing is the golf cart in the garage, would have like to have the option to rent also.
Overall, price & house was well worth the price.

This was our second stay in this house. It's clean & peaceful... even "Mrs Kravitz" across the street "greeted" us upon our arrival.
Owner is prompt with responses when needed & is concerned that you have what you need, things are in working order & your stay is pleasant.

Nice clean older, but nicely updated in quiet well kept neighborhood. Great sun city West location with many amenities and golf courses. Owner communicated very well but we had very few questions. Would choose this property again.

This was a great rental for 2 weeks! Very clean and comfortable. Great location for everything in SCW. Also close to Lake Pleasant! Slept great with comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. Spent every morning having coffee on the patio. Excellent host communication. We had great weather, a convenient rental and would absolutely stay here anytime we visit the area!!

My husband and I are from Arkansas. We had a fantastic trip to Sun city west and enjoyed our stay! The house was great and our host Paul was very good about checking in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going ok! We will definitely be back!

What a lovely and spacious home! Wonderful large bedrooms and a great location. It was perfect for our family gathering over Thanksgiving, and we appreciated the complete kitchen.

The home is very comfortable and roomy. Everything that is needed was provided. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. My sister and I enjoyed our 9 night stay. Restaurants, shopping and churches are in the neighborhood. Would rent again in the future.

This was my second rental of this house and the stay was excellent all around. The house is fantastic and is in great shape - very spacious and comfortable, new flooring and nice appliances. Lots of restaurants nearby, all the necessary stores and a perfect location for exploring the Phoenix area. Very clear communication with the owner. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place near Phoenix.

Paul was prompt to make sure the property was addressed if there was any issue. The only issue that occurred was ants in a small area of the patio which was addressed promptly. The house was very comfortable and clean and I would recommend the home to anyone.

very clean, easy to find, close to shopping in a great neighborhood. but quiet also. not a busy traffic area. my only complaint would be the two lovely recliners are way to comfortable. you fall asleep in them! LOL Lovely home.

This wonderful home was in a great community in Sun City West. We had only one minor inconvenience (the nearly new dryer wouldn't heat and service could not be accomplished until after our week stay), otherwise our stay was great! Highly recommend this home and owner!

This has been one of the best experiences we have had. The house and everything in it was very very clean and that included floors, counters, restrooms, linens and towels etc…. We gave the cleanliness a 4 stars because the carpet wasn’t so clean, but it wasn’t bad either. We would recommend this home to everyone and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was clean and comfortable. We were there when the temperature was 105 degrees and the house easily maintained a 70 degree setting. The showers were hot with great water pressure. It had all of the necessary kitchen and laundry amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed quite safe. I recommend the property and I would stay there again.

This property worked great for us, awesome location, quite neighbor hood. Our stay was 9-10 days, owner was very accommodating to us adding extra days and let us in on shorter than normal notice. We have two well-behaved dogs and they were very happy. The home is clean and quite comfortable, in the middle of a quiet residential block. Very enjoyable stay.
