The room was available as booked and information was sent through the app and text. The information was also in English. Other that that, it was just a place to sleep. Firmness of the bed was okay.

I can't say a lot about the property other than the room was really cold and the quilt really thin. Also they used a very scented fabric softener. An annoying always-on tablet was fixed to the wall giving a blue glow in the room when lights was turned off. Had to cover it with a towel. I did not have contact with staff as it was all self-service. No Breakfast available at the property, but they did inform about that with recommendation on an alternative (a bakery that did not accept card payment).

The room was clean and check in was easy. The ordered parking spot was too small for the transporter, but I could park for free in a side street. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. During night it was silent. I can recommend this place.

I didn´t like that thy said, they will charge while checking in. They charged some hours before from my credit card.

The owner or the receptionist was unkind and totally uninterested in receiving the guests. She was angry and frustrated that I had not checked the email nor sms upon my arrival for the 6 digit code to open the door. So instead of a welcome, she was lecturing me! Our room no. 10 on the third floor (2nd in Europe) was facing the busy road with non stop noise of cars and trucks and people who screamed at night, so we could not sleep (the weather was hot so we had to keep the windows open). No fan or air condition. If your room is on the street side, and it's summer, you won't be able to sleep with the windows open. We asked for another room on the other side facing the inner court but the lady did not give us another room. Instead, she offered a more expensive room with extra cost! We had no idea that the hotel was situated on such a busy and loud road. So I can not recommend this hotel. No breakfast and the nearest bakery is 1.3 km ( 1 mile ) away! No parking space was left for us (too little space for our car) - but their own car was parked there! In short, all parking spaces were occupied, so we had to look for a parking space on the streets. The shower door was such bad quality that it took a few minutes to open and close. They had a screen on the wall that you could not turn off so we could not make the room dark to sleep.

Customer service, size of room, very comfortable bed. Communication regarding accessing your room was excellent.

It was very hot. Therefore, a fan might have been a good addition
