The 3 bedroom we had was very specious and love the big kitchen. Bed were comfy. View of river so pretty.

This unit was in need of minor repairs and cleaning of the HVAC intake air vent. We have stayed in this unit several months back. The air vent is still very dirty need good cleaning or replace with a new vent grate. Sofa has back cushions that still need repaired. We were also disappointed fire pit was missing. We actually brought fire wood with us to use.

Being on the river. Love having good coffee machine to use. Close to things we enjoy doing.

We have been there several times. The wall by front door still need to be painted. There is a really ugly stain needs to be repaired.

We were the only ones there kids got to party like rock stars the view of the river was beautiful it was a get away that's for sure

The tubing wasn't available on Sunday so we didn't get to do very much

Beautifully furnished. Great wifi. It even had Netflix (3 br unit). Lovely balcony overlooking the Guadeloupe River.

The highway noise outside as they went over the bridge) Inside it was minimal.

On the water. Not having to fight the public. Tube rental included in stay.

Called after hours for noisy neighbors at 1am and they told me no one was available to address the situation. They did call back at 8am and said they would send a text out to remind people of quiet time. Property uses a portable a/c in second bedroom and it was way too hot!!! Very few kitchen items to use and what was there was old and rusty.

Easy access to river. Grounds were nice, great place to relax during the evening hours after a day of floating the river.

The shuttle bus comes in and out of property through the horseshoe driveway that wraps around back of condo, where the river access is.

The property was easy to find. The unit was clean and tidy. I believe there are three units on this property. We stayed in unit B, which was on the lower scale. Had I known there were other more comfortable units available, I might have opted for one. The size was ok. Two bedrooms. One King. One Queen. The riverfront was relaxing. Close to Greune and New Braunfels and Canyon Lake.

A small futon was the only living room furniture to sit on. Although there was adequate room, there were no side chairs and that seemed a bit strange. No view of the river. The property is on a busy highway and is a bit noisy. The floors are not carpeted and the sound reverberates. The walls are thin and we could hear the family next door clanging dishes, banging objects, and loud talking throughout the night. The queen bedroom central AC was not working so a portable floor unit was set up, but was noisy and did not cool very well. A small window unit might have worked better.

Easy access to the river and convenient stores were close by also.A few restaurants near but took food to make on the outdoor grills.

Unit B both sliding glass doors were hard to open especially the one from the dining to the back patio.The tracks need to be changed out.

The purpose of our trip was to float the river and see a concert so the location was perfect. There is a river entry on the property so you don’t have to wait in line for the public one. For the concert there’s a shuttle that takes you directly from the condos to the venue and picks you up afterwards.

The condo itself was nice, but one of the bedrooms had an adjoining door to a different unit and you could basically hear the guests over there breathe. So when they were up and about in the morning that means we were done sleeping too. We would choose a different unit that isn’t adjoining next time.

The screen doors suck to open and close due to no handles and the doors being super heavy I broke 3 nails trying to close them. The floats are only included with your stay on Saturday and Sunday all other days you have to purchase/rent a float wish this was disclosed so we could have been prepared

Great location. Right on the water and walking distance to Whitewater Amphitheater and River Rose Tavern.

Could be cleaner. Patio floor was really dirty feeling. Sliding doors for patio were hard to use.

The condo was spacious and the view was great. We will definitely be coming back.
