We stayed here during our fishing trip. Pretty much only slept there. Gone all day fishing, ate our meals out. Really enjoyed Dakota Butcher, 2nd Street Station was good too.

Stayed here to do some hunting in the local area. The fact that it has a heated garage with a small cleaning station is awesome. Definitely beats a hotel.

The bird/fish cleaning station in the attached garage was a plus since we were there to hunt pheasant. And, I was able to have my birddog, that lives in our home, in the rental. Everything we needed was provided. This would be a great summer rental also due to the patio, lawn and beach area just outside the back door.

- On arrival, underneath both bathroom toilet seats were dirty - Safety issues: - only one sliding glass door had a working lock….both doors use a wood piece to secure the lock - showers are extremely slippery & no shower mat or bathroom rugs - front door doesn’t open from the inside, only from the outside when the door code is punched in - I have NEVER stayed at a VRBO that only had 2 extra rolls of toilet paper for a 6 day stay & then the guests are expected to purchase!!! Also, no shower soap or Kleenex. - No screen doors on sliders. - VERY dated kitchen cabinets, some without doors. - Ongoing TV issues. I’ve been in many VRBO’s….this house was not the quality I’ve ever stayed before. Loved Watertown & the lake….so beautiful & we’ll go again, but would NOT stay here!

Quiet. Relaxing. Refreshing.

Relaxing and enjoyable location, perfect for the kids to play on the beach and still have a lawn to also enjoy. Nice fire pit area and patio area. the only thing that would make it better would a screened area to escape from the flies at times. Nice kitchen area and appreciate the use of the garage and extra parking available. thanks for sharing

Over all everything was good. The view was great, beach clean except for the 'droppings' left by the geese on the beach and grass on a daily basis. Sitting inside in the evening was lacking as there was only enough for 5 people. 3 nice recliners and a love seat which 2 could use, there was 7 of us. Could have used some extra dinner plates, again only 7 so had to do a lot of washing and silverware was also lacking. Plenty of steak knives but only 4 butter knives and 4 teaspoons. Iron and ironing board were listed as one of the amenities, I did need it but couldn't find one. The outdoor fire pit was great and enjoyed by all. This is the 3rd year that I have rented a lake house on Lake Kampeska. This one gave me the beach and view but for the cost and lack of board games and lawn games and the added fees, I don't think this is a place I would rent in the future. I had a chance to talk with Brian, he was very nice and adjusted the air conditioner settings. I do want to thank him for the use of the home.

Plenty of space and beds for the family. Great kitchen and grill. Beach is one of the nicest on Kampeska.

Clean. Host easy to connect with. Great for swimming. Plenty of kitchen utensils & appliances. Smart everything...frig, garage door, etc. Would stay there again.

Great stay on the lake! Everything was clean and orderly and as advertised. It is right on the lake with great views. Kitchen has everything you need. Owner/manager was very responsive. Back yard is great for hanging out or letting the dog or kids take a swim in the lake. Do take note that driveway and front yard is right off of busy highway so this can be an issue for those with small children or unleashed/uncontrolled dogs. It is also difficult (but not impossible) to park the boat in the driveway. Overall though, this is a great place to stay and close to golf courses, Zoo & the city of Watertown.

Property was very nice - had all the amenities that were needed - communication with property management was great too - response times were great - view of the lake was beautiful too - we all had a blast - Thank you very much for the rental

Great place to stay. We were there to fish so it was perfect with the heated garage to clean fish and bring things in to thaw out. Only negative thing I would say is driveway isn't very big so 2 trucks with trailers is all there is room for.

We were stayed here for an extended time while waiting for our house to close, and it was a wonderful experience for our family! We LOVED watching the sunrise and sunset over the lake, taking walks along the shore, and even ice skating when it got cold enough for the lake to freeze! This home is in a great location, just outside of town. The property manager was excellent to work with and made accomodations to help us. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

My mom and us 5 sisters spent three days hanging out together. We cooked, played games, played corn hole in the garage. The house was perfect for us. It could use some more silverware, plates and bowls as well as serving bowls. They provided basic pantry staples which was super helpful.

Property was perfect for extended family weekend to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas. The open floor plan was great. We would definitely rent again.

Great location. I spent every waking minute outside on the beach. The bed was really comfortable. Couldn't find the garbage outside and no leaving instructions. The host was very accommodating and also left a great bottle of wine. Will return for another stay!

Great clean place, right on water. Large fridge and kitchen. Easy to find.

The beach/lake access is great- no steps to navigate & can just walk out. The beach area was pretty clean as well. It’s a nice view of the lake. The home was clean & both bathrooms are nice with good showers. My niece enjoyed the hammock & being able to catch some toads! :) Thanks!

We rented a couple houses in the area for a family reunion. There was plenty of things to do for everyone. There's room for everyone and plenty of parking. Lots of beach to play on. Host was quick to respond to questions. Thank you.

wonderful beach/grass area combo for my family to enjoy the water and games. Loved the hammock and really appreciated the availability of umbrellas for beach and patio use. Fun fire pit area. Enjoyed the grill. The house was stocked with more kitchen items than I was expecting so that was a plus. The twin beds weren't the most comfortable but ok. Disappointed the kayaks weren't included but survived. Overall, a great location and will definitely try to visit again. May try a winter stay as well. Thanks

We loved our stay at this lake home — very clean and nicely laid out for our group of 6. Beach was literally out the back door and lake is shallow for swimming. Kids lived outside for 3 days and had a blast! No dock, but we parked our boat right next to the house. The only thing that wasn’t great is it is on a busier road so backing the boat up into the driveway can be stressful. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We had a huge family reunion to attend I. The Watertown area. We found this place and it was perfect for the 7 of us who stayed there. We loved the lake view. It is close to a busier road but all I all we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Renting this property was very easy. Easy access to all locations, Clean Comfortable, Beautiful Lake, Will definitely consider this again!!

Okay for up to 7 people to sleep, but bring additional chairs for sitting inside or out.

Thank you for letting us have our Thanksgiving vacation in your cabin. The openness of the central living/dining worked great for visiting and setting up meals. The sunsets were fantastic and we got some beautiful family pictures with our new infant grandchildren at the sliding glass doors! We may have to plan a summer visit to enjoy the actual lake with the kids. Thank you!
