Everything was exactly as pictured and listed. We had great communication anytime we had questions. Beautiful property! We can’t wait to come back.

Well located, cute and practical. We had a great stay for our family reunion! The owners were friendly and responsive. Having access to a local slip was so wonderful for my mother as she is older and has limited mobility. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner one of the days that we returned from the lake at the property. He was very kind and we truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much! We hope return again next year!!

We stayed here 2 nights during our US road trip. We loved the feel of the cabin, very cozy and nice. The deck is huge, where we had a great BBQ. Walking distance to the Pines.

Patty is an awesome host and very easy to work with. The cabin was great, old with the new (esp A/C) - perfect for families and memories. Close enough to the lake and the dock was great for our water toys. This stay took us back to a time of simplicity but with the things that make hot vacations perfect - the water nearby and the A/C so no one is unhappy. Thank you so much Patty for your hospitality and home :)

This adorable A frame has a rustic cabin charm. The kids absolutely love the loft and bunk beds and it’s a big plus that there’s a half bath up there! It’s a cute place with a boat slip that we felt was walking distance. It’s a short drive to the dock and there’s a small 6 space parking area there. Much of the time it was full of golf carts though! The only problem we had was finding room for our 29’ boat trailer because it’s a steep narrow gauge to the house with not enough room to turn around. It may have fit if we would’ve been brave enough to try. Luckily we have family up there that allowed us to park our trailer at their house. 😬 We also could walk to the Pines market (although there isn’t a shoulder so be careful walking in the road). There is a small little beach in between some neighboring piers at the end of the culdesack that the kids loved swimming out from. We love Bass Lake and we’ve been going for years. My favorite thing was the giant deck with a partial lake view!! We will more than likely try to stay here again in the future.

Had everything we needed, the deck was perfect to enjoy every meal and play games! Lake was a short walk down a path. Definitely want to stay here again!

My friends and I stayed at this cute cabin with an awesome deck when we came to participate in the basslake/Yosemite triathlon. It’s very close to the start of the race, and we walked from the house to all the restaurants and shops. We had a little trouble with the Internet connection at first, but Patti worked on it remotely and fixed it. The deck was awesome and has amazing views of the lake. Perfect visit!

Perfect stay, loved sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife! It's walking distance to the lake hikes, local bars and resturants. Perfect gateway to Yosemite.

The Cabin was excellent great late out very open space. Very private , Beautiful View!!

Very nice mountain cabin. Easy walk into town and bars/grilles and the marina. One special part of this place is the boat slip within walking distance. If you rent a boat at the marina as we did you normally have to be back in at 5:00 PM and cannot go back out on the lake till 9:00 am the next morning. With your own personal slip you can keep the boat overnight as we did. Then you can go back out for a sunset cruise and can also be back out on the lake the next morning at sunrise for fishing. Patty the owner was very easy to work with and had prompt responses to our questions. The huge deck overlooking the lake was awesome. Look forward to returning another time. Greg & Sue Terry

It’s all you need. Comfortable and brightly lit cabin with plenty of windows and skylights too. Surrounded by trees the forest view is beautiful. Easy access to the lake and a huge deck with an awesome view of the lake and ample parking and a nearby boat slip. We also enjoyed the utility room for storage of fishing gear and other vacation essentials.

Patty was very organized, detailed instructions from checking in to checking out. Nice lake view from the deck, the cabin was clean and well stocked with everything you need. It is close to the resort where there is shopping and dining.

The cabin was cute and a great location. It is in walking distance to the little shops. Our kids loved that you can walk right down to the white sand beach. The cabin was small but there was plenty of room for us and our guests. We will definitely be back! Thanks Patty!

Second time staying here and it doesn’t disappoint! It’s the perfect little cabin with a gorgeous lake view and a very short walk to the water. Patty is always so easy to communicate with and so accommodating. This cabin is all you need for a Great Lake trip. The convenience of having the water so close to the cabin make it very easy with kids for naps, lunch, diaper changes etc. The outdoor space is hard to beat too with a huge deck! We have zero complaints and will absolutely be back again!

Awesome little cabin. Took the kids ages 15-21. We had four adults and 5 teens. Plenty of room with the bunkbeds for the teens. Little pathway to a small sandy beach was cool for them to take the paddle boards we brought with us. Boat dock was a nice plus since we rented a boat for two days. Boat dock is not walkable from cabin. Short drive with available parking. Girls were able to paddle over to dock on paddle boards. Perfect little place for a few days at the lake!

Big cabin in a great location and beautiful view! The walk down to the lake was a breeze. Patty was friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend this cabin for a trip to bass lake!

House was great for our needs, we only used the first floor since there were only 4 of us. Downstairs toilet was a little wobbly otherwise there were no issues. The rooms were a little small as well, but there was plenty of room to put our luggage and other stuff throughout the house. My only suggestion would be to have a baby gate available to use to block off the stairs (we just moved the armchair over). Would stay again. The little beach off the path was fun for our almost 3 year old!

A true old-school cottage that worked well our family with parents, grandparents and a bunch of kids who all love the loft which is open to the living room below and sleeps at least six and bunks. Very large deck overlooks the lake and short walk down to the sand allows immediate access for a swim. The highlight however was the included slip at the community dock for our Ski boat. The slip is close by and at the very end of the pier such that allows an excellent area to gather during the day and hang out near the boat to enjoy the lake. Kitchen was well stocked. Patty was particularly speedy and helpful with communication.

The property is in a great location not far from the pines resort store, bar, pizza and boat rental. The neighbors were pleasant and the cabin was clean and had all the basics pots and pans, bedding, TV and board games. The owner/manager Patty was easily reached by phone and was great for any questions you might have. Has its own private little beach area and nice deck with view of the lake. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin. We hope to be back soon.

It was a great stay. Needs a bit more dusting in the house and a pick up on the outside of the property. I would not consider this property beach access. You can definitely get to the lake but it’s not an area where you’d want to hangout and put chairs or towels down to hangout bc it’s awkwardly in the middle of two docks w a broken jet ski thrown in the middle. The house is really pretty and it’s in a nice area i would recommend the location to be close to the lakes shops and activities. Patty was an amazing host!

Loved everything about it. Comfy beds, living room, and kitchen. The patio view was so peaceful. It was just what we need. We did not bring a boat so we can’t review access for boating or swimming.

Nice rustic cabin very close to town. Owner was great and quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

The view was incredible and the property was in close proximity to the shops at Bass Lake. Our family enjoyed a small break. The weather was beautiful and the house was cozy.

We had an amazing time! The cabin looks just like the picture in Vrbo, location was great the property was clean and it has all the amenities,Clean bed sheets and fresh bath towels. Communication with the owner excellent. We’ll defenetly come back again.
