Cette une chambre à coucher, un condo de bain est entièrement mis à jour et meublé avec un lit King size confortable dans la chambre à coucher, et un grand canapé en cuir du sommeil en coupe dans le salon. Avec beaucoup d'espace, vous allez adorer la vue sur la plage et le golfe du salon étage, et bien qu'il n'y ait pas un balcon privé, il y a beaucoup d'espace sur la zone de balcon ouvert devant le condo pour asseoir et détendre avec un verre pour profiter de la rangée de sièges avant aux couchers de soleil les plus étonnantes que vous avez jamais vu (sans parler de l'aire de jeux des dauphins!).
Pour ces moments où vous avez besoin d'une pause de la plage, vous asseoir et regarder le "écran plat 50 dans le salon! Télévision par câble gratuit et un service de WiFi privé.
Tous les draps et serviettes (bain et de plage) fournis.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, la piscine est chauffée toute l'année, il y a des barbecues en bord de mer, beaucoup de stationnement ouvert, une laverie automatique sur place, et une atmosphère détendue merveilleuse pour faire fondre vos problèmes.
Veuillez noter que le Sunset Chateau est un complexe non-fumeurs. Il y a des zones fumeurs à proximité du garage, mais il est interdit de fumer dans toutes les parties du bâtiment (balcons compris).

The location with the view of the ocean and ease to the beach is outstanding. The management company is very responsive, professional and helpful. The only issue we had is that they were doing renovations on the condo next door. They were only there one day but it was extremely loud and disruptive. They also really early so it woke us up. I don’t know if the owner knew about this but it about have been helpful to know beforehand.

FYI. . . the thermostat needs a new battery.
Most importantly, you need to install stairs/steps from the main level to the beach level. It is a hard drop going from one to the other. I even fell on my first attempt. So this is a huge safety issue for me. There also was some one in a wheelchair who had to be carried down - so a ramp would definitely help.
I do hope you take care of this before out return visit next June, 2025.

This was my first time renting a property with Vrbo, and the experience couldn't be better! The instructions for the property were on time and very clear, we were able to be in touch with the property manager for any problem or need at any moment. The location was great and the view was outstanding! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Will be back for sure!

The property in general was fantastic. With beach and pool always calling. Quite and cordial neighbors. No problems. Hosts entertained our early check in requests and came through in the end. Absolutely no complaints.

I enjoyed my stay at Sunset Chateau very much. Windows open to hear the waves and enjoy the fresh air. Everything was clean and the little organic bath items were perfect. It’s located in a very quiet area and walking was nice. Will look forward to my next visit!

Unit 607 at the Sunset Chateau is one of the best. I’ve stayed at other units in the building over the last 4 years, and this one was the nicest. The unit was clean and up to date, well supplied w dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Even a dishwasher! The king size bed was very comfy.
The view was spectacular especially being on the 6 th floor! My parents were staying at another unit and they were jealous when they saw our unit! Thanks for a great trip.

607 is a nice unit, we like this condo and have stayed here several times. The pool was closed and everything was a mess because of the hurricane. The steps to the beach were washed away; actually the whole beach with all the new sand that was put there a few years ago was washed away in that stretch of Sunset Beach. But we will definitely stay there again.

My family and I had such an amazing time here! The place was spotless and had everything we needed! I can say enough about the location. Outstanding! The pool was on the beach and made it easy for our 4 year old son to bounce back and forth! The people at the resort were also so friendly! We made so great buddies! The management was excellent and quick to respond. No one complaint about this gem!!

My wife and I spent 5 days in this nice 6th floor condo with a perfect view overlooking the ocean. Everything was as advertised but it would have been nice to have a bit more bathroom soap and TP! Quiet location right on the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the location of this property.
Its has some modern flair inside of a somewhat dated complex. Although the elevators must have been repaired as they were quick and efficient.

Beautiful little place with a stunning view of the beach! Easy to check in, walkable to a few nice places to dine and drink while enjoying the sunsets.
When we called a minor issue to the attention of the management, it was addressed promptly.

This 1 bedroom on the beach is perfect for 2 adults. Really good location. Walking distance to a couple bars, restaurants. Grocery store only about a mile away. I'll stay here again.

The view and the sounds of the surf are right out your front door. The beach is an elevator ride down. Caddy’s is so close. If there are issues, the management company quickly responds. We enjoyed our stay.

We love Sunset Beach. The location is perfect. The condo is quiet and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I enjoyed the comfy chair by the window. We had some issues, but all were resolved. ITrip was very accommodating.

This quaint condo was just perfect for the two of us. We loved having the front door open and just using the screen door so we could hear the ocean while we were cooking and eating. The condo was clean when we arrived and the property management was very helpful. The condo is in a great area - close to St Pete Beach.

The view of the Gulf can't be beat!
The condo was clean, spacious, and was conveniently located to other activities around the area.
Communication was spot on and accessing the property was outlined clearly.
We had to rebook due to a hurricane earlier in the season and the change was made without an issue which we were so grateful for.

Sunset beach is a hidden gem. Family has owned a unit at the Château since 1977 and love the location. We rented this unit and another to have a family get together. The unit is comfortable and has just about everything you can think of. Only suggestion… unit is getting “tired” and can use some new items like a good toaster, new bed spread, etc.

The property was in a fabulous location. We are really neat people and there were minor cleaning issues but the property managers were so attentive and made everything right! We will stay there again!

Condo had plenty of room for the 2 of us and for my visiting daughter, hubby and 2 grandchildren who all loved enjoying the beach and pool. It would have been nice to have a guest pass for their car, but the building was not totally full and there was plenty of parking.
We loved the chairs you left for us to use to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the sunset, or just the sound of the ocean.
The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances, the bathroom had ample storage area for cosmetics, lotions, etc, and the bed was very comfortable. And, we loved the night view from the bedroom of the water and lights.
We look forward to staying there again!

The best part of about staying at Sunset Chateau is location. Park your car and everything is at your fingertips. Beautiful beach and pool. The staff is always making sure that things are fresh and clean around the building. This unit had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable.

We’ve been renting for 6 years in the same building just different condos and they’ve all been wonderful. We will be back next year with more family. See you next year Florida.

Had a great time. The condo is on the small side, but it was perfect for the two of us. The building is nice- 2 elevators, picnic tables, charcoal grills. The pool is a good size, but no chairs by the pool and also no bathrooms. The unit itself was clean and well taken care of. The bathroom is small, but we made it work fine. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked. Good storage in bedroom. Only complaint is we do not like memory foam mattresses, but I’m sure it would be great for people who do. And the bed frame was incredibly squeaky and takes up a lot of room (lots of bumped knees and toes). But overall, we’d definitely stay again! Beachfront is 100% worth it.
