Big Style in Tiny House - 2 miles to the Beach!
Cette petite maison élégante est de 472 pieds carrés, plus un porche filtré trois saisons, et peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre. Le cadre boisé est à trois kilomètres des plages de Weekapaug Breachway et Misquamicut et un laissez-passer de stationnement pour la plage de Wuskenau à Misquamicut est inclus pour la saison estivale. Watch Hill, Charlestown et le centre-ville de Westerly sont à quelques minutes, avec tout le Rhode Island et le sud-est du Connecticut à une heure de route. À l'extérieur du chalet se trouvent deux terrasses bien aménagées, un barbecue à gaz, une cour paysagée, une balançoire pour adultes, une douche extérieure et un foyer. Everything you need & then some. Beautiful secluded location . Local beach is beautiful. We quickly settled in & truly felt like it was “our” cottage for the week. It was obvious that prior guests were responsible & respectful with regard to the property. I always add a few of my own comforts-big new jar candle, comfy TV blanket from home & good music. Other than that, ITS ALL THERE!!! Host was amazing!! 😘

This is our 2nd time renting from Tony. The cottage has everything one would need including a pass to the local town beach. The beautiful tree covered deck off the back of the cottage is worth the price of admission. Tony is very accommodating and quickly responds to any problem or question. I would definitely rent again.

Cottage was perfect for 2 people. Had everything we needed. Beach and restaurants were just a short ride from the cottage. Beach pass was much appreciated and was used everyday.

We walked in and could not believe how clean and how cozy this house was. Bigger than expected. The host was amazing in keeping in touch with us. We had a great time and the thing we liked the best it was near a main street full of places to shop if anything was needed. However the house itself had everything you would need.

Aside from the sometimes busy/noisy road 1 nearby, it is perfect. Not far from everything : beaches, ferry, Newport etc

Overall the experience was great. The “Tiny House” is perfect for a couple looking looking for a beach vacation. The host, Tony, could not have been more accommodating. This property is in a cottage community and I feel it has the prime location in the area if you want privacy and a beautiful backyard deck. With a pass to the Town beach, it was perfect for a beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very receptive when we needed to contact him about a second parking space. The only issue we had was , we didn’t feel the cleanliness was 100%, which was surprising since that was mentioned in the past reviews and a big reason we chose the property. It was just little things like the bathroom shower soap was open and used had some hair in it when we arrived, and the toiletries left for us were opened and used. The towels had a few light stains on them also. There was also a musty cottage smell that made our allergies act up, though I think that’s pretty normal for an older cottage like this. Aside from those points, and maybe it is just us being more used to hotels vs Vrbo, it was a nice little rental. Very charming and nice decor. Would not have had more than 2 adults 1 child in terms of space, which worked for our needs.

the inside house was very neat and clean, everything we could or would need was available and in great condition, and we mean everything. We think that we may have been a early season stay, the outside of the house (porchs)
could have used a little touch up, but that may have been the weather. All in all it is a great place and would stay again anytime. Thank for a great vacation

We loved our stay at this well appointed bungalow. Bed was super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with pans basic condiments ( thank you)! The yard is beautiful and many places to sit and enjoy the birds. The one time we needed to check in with Tony he was responsive, friendly and helpful. We would happily return!!

Tony has thought of everything to make a stay at his cottage perfect! We had a fantastic long weekend. We're already thinking of when we can take more time off to get back to Westerly!

It is well maintained Tony, the owner/manager is easy to talk to. There are no defects in the property. We had a good time.

Tony has anticipated renter needs, found everything we needed from cookware to beach towels, and Tony was very responsive with the few questions we had. Definitely tiny, but great having two full baths.

Everything was just as expected. This place was pet friendly which is why we chose it. Some pet friendly places seem a little dated, but this place was great. Will definitely come back again.

We loved our stay here. The cottage was just perfect! With COVID numbers up, we did some takeout and ate in the screen room...and it was so lovely. I think the screen room was my favorite part. Tony was super helpful before and during our trip and was a wonderful host. The location is fantastic! We adored downtown Westerly.

I am a repeat renter of this great little cottage. It is perfect for 2 people! We’ll stocked and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and grocery stores.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October to visit the nearby vineyards. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay (including kitchen cookware and condiments). We used the grill and deck on nice nights, and loved the swing and outdoor space for our dog who vacationed with us. We will definitely return!

There are many reasons to take a break from ordinary activities these days and head for peace and quiet. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature - and have a base for hiking and excursions on the Rhode Island Coast.

We had a lovely stay at Tony’s cottage. The pictures are very accurate, great communication throughout. Check in was self service and very easy. Would totally recommend staying here if you’re visiting westerly/mystic/Stonington area. Also loved the fire pit for the fall nights!
