Apartman giriş kapısı ile ilgili sorun var

Evertyhing was a nightmare. I booked a room with sea view and got a room with no view at all. The flat was terribly dark with no sun light and a noise from outside from the air conditioning that we had to sleep with closed windows. The bed was so comfortable I guess like in a bad hostel. There was no wardrobe where we could hang our clothes, only this rack with three hangers. I asked the owner before we arrived that I want to cancel my reservation because there was no information that it was a room without sea view, but even after booking tried to interfere, he didn’t let me cancel without paying the whole amount. It was a nightmare and it almost ruined our whole vacation. We left one day earlier and it was our worst travel experiecnce ever and we are travelling a lot to different countries.

Location was absolutely fantastic and apartment is beautiful with high painted ceilings and a balcony with lovely view of the sea! Rapallo itself with its beaches and great places to eat and drink are all a few minutes away.

TV didn’t work and self-check in isn’t good so definitely ask for someone to meet you on check in to show you how everything works. Overall, lovely stay and would recommend.

The apartment is very nice

It is above the main street and it is noise all night long , we culden't sleep, we also recived a message that if we won't take the garbage with us, we will pay 50 euro -on top of the 80 euro that we payed for cleaning ! The parking is 1.5 km from the ap.

The location is perfect, you are right on the seafront and next to lots of restaurants. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The instructions left for getting in the property were clear and our hosts were very easy to contact. We text to ask for some wine glasses and a bread knife, and an hour later they were left outside our door.

It is noisy as you are on a main road. The lift doesn’t work so not appropriate for anyone with walking difficulties, we had a pram so had to carry it upstairs.

Stunning ceiling and balcony with lovely view over the bay. Spacious apartment comfortably decorated. Coffee machine and welcome coffee and sparkling wine! Great communication with host. Free parking space in very secure garage which was essential in Rapallo where public parking is limited and was only about 5 minute walk away. Great restaurants on seafront 1 minute from property as well as a small beach.

The balcony is above the main road through Rapallo so even though it has a lovely view, it sometimes had fumes from the traffic below. A few small details about the facilities could be improved: a folding table for the balcony would be great; there was only one chef’s knife and it was blunt- would be good to have at least a sharp chef’s knife and a bread knife as we cooked at home.

We liked the proximity to the train station, eateries and shops. Location was great.

Hosts were really helpful when we couldn’t access the property-we missed one part of the instructions. Probably just as much our fault as there’s, we could have watched a you tube video but didn’t. We prefer written instructions.

The flat is splendid and very well located, very close to the small beach of Rapallo and the village center. It is very well equipped with some kind attention to the guests. It includes a garage able to welcome quite a big car like our van.

There has been some confusion to find our flat door and the garage box as the messages received from Booking before our arrival were too numerous (more than 15) and none was fully comprehensive on that topic. We had to call the owner to get the needed information. I also disliked the online check-in which was more legal than customer oriented.

Access was almost impossible. Apartment was not as advertised eg no balcony, no views other than extraxtion fan and ducting from cafe below.

The location is perfect and comfortable everything in the apartment with beautiful view from balcony. Also we have the safety garage for the car

The location of this apartment was exceptional, shops restaurants & beach at your door step. Loved the comfortable couches & amazing air conditioning. 10/10 property I would definitely stay again.

The location was fabulous, the room was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. Alex and Barbara were very friendly and greeted us with pastries and brought me to the garage. There was a very secure place for me to put my car in a locked garage. Highly recommend.

The apartment is more that I expected absolutely beautiful. The location is central to Rapello so everything is in walking distance, everything from the beginning of the booking was handled very professional...

Great location almost on the front at Rapallo, kitchen/living room has large window and balcony overlooking the bay. The flat is spacious, and feels fresh and new, the right amount of equipment in the kitchen, a fridge and freezer, and despite the Booking.com description, all towels bedding shower gel slippers etc provided. Even a welcome bottle in the fridge!! Bed and bedding very comfortable. Air con available but we didn't use it in March.

Not much - getting into the flat was a little tricky as the owner had not remembered to give us the code for the key box, but he was available immediately on the phone, so no big problem.

This apartment is the best of two worlds. It is in an older building but it has been renovated to a very modern standard. We visited in cold weather and the heating was more than adequate . It is very handy to shopping and the beach front. The bus stops to Portofino via St Margherita is very close ,just 250 metres away. It is an adequate size for a couple but not for a family.

The lift for the whole building was out of action. We were fortunate that we were met and had help with our bags Our apartment was at the side and the view was into the side of the building, we were expecting a bay view . The description should more adequately state this.

location, location, location. Like new condition of bathroom.

this was a huge disappointment as the apartment didn’t have the ocean view or balcony as advertised. This was our anniversary vacation and to get into an apartment like this was a terrible disappointment. We felt misled by the fraudulent advertised description of the apartment. This property should be removed from Booking.com.

location! so close to town and the beach/pier. value was worth it, very spacious and clean. the hosts were great at communicating. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful apartment in a central location overseeing the bay of Rapello. Extremely comfortable it was quite humid when we stayed the air conditioning, which was silent, was extremely welcome. Would highly recommend.

Could not fault.

The location was perfect. Close to eating and shopping. There was some construction nearby that made it very difficult to find. After driving over an hour we finally pulled into the Hotel next door (Hotel Lido Italia) and they were kind enough to point our our unit. We could not find street signs. It was nice to have a car park but it was a tough walk for us senior citizens. We didn't use the car once we arrived and parked it. The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and very modern. Loved the art on the ceilings. Two full bathrooms was great.

The road construction and that the elevator didn't work. The scooters passing by day and night were annoying at first but we got used to it, like white noise only louder. We didn't really open the windows for this reason. The windows were good at dampening the sound.
