It was our first time in Venice. Owners are very friendly. Asked few times whether we have any problems. Explained some local apects. Improtant information for those who come for night dances/party please consider that owner is living in neighbor appartment on the same floor. So this acconodation is rather for families I would say. Appartment: Very old fashioned. Kitchen has everything needed, little fridge is present. Bedroom is conpletely ok. A good sight from windows into small garden and also beautiful garden in the yard. There was some issue with heating, was resolved very quickly by owner. Location: Is quiet and good. Considering how central Venice is small, you can reach from this appartment any famous places in 10-15 minutes

The place was really well located and you can tell is it really venetian traditional styled. We stayed inside a house actually, so the owner slept in the room next door which was handy when we needed to ask something.

The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable so if you are travelling 3+ like us I would reccommend rethinking or getting really to have some rough sleep. The walls are really thin so you can ever hear the neighbours cough haha.

The venue is excellent and the host kind and very helpful

The location was excellent! Very center of everything and at the same time really quiet street. Nice breakfast places near by to choose from. The courtyard garden was perfect! The apartment itself was very authentic Venetian style and just perfect for a short city break.

Good location. Value for money as Venice can be quite expensive. 2 minutes walk from the house there is a nice square where you can have breakfast!

We loved the location very quite and the canal from the living room such a joy with all those gondolas and singers. The place is not far from shops great restaurants. Highly recommend Da Martini exceptional dining. Also close to museums.

The shower is extremely small and the water temperamental to say it kindly. The towels had seen better days. The rest was pleasant there where essentials provided.Like toilet paper, dish washing liquid, bust bin plastic liners but no coffee machine just an electric kettle.

Excellent location, garden very good for travelling with a dog.

The hosts were really Venetian and the apartment was in real Venetian style with a window to the canal with gondolas. Very romantic entrance with garden

The location it s ok, near to San Marco square (10 min). It s very well connected to Piazzale Roma, where we arrived from Treviso Airport. Value for money in Venice! 420 euro / 4 nights (28.12 - 01.01).

Excellent location

Humidity in the room was high. Probably because it is Venice :)

Location was great, and Giusi and Alberto were wonderful. This spacious place, with garden, reminds me a lot of Venice in general. It is aging, but still has charm and is certainly very comfortable. It is close to a vaporetto stop and a supermarket. There are restaurants in the area of all price levels. We cooked in mostly, but did treat ourselves to dinner once in a while.

There was a hot water problem, but usually could be solved by resetting the system in our unit. Our hosts called a plumber, but like many things in Venice, workers are slow to respond. It was a worry about whether we would have hot water for showering, but resetting worked each time.

Great location and a very nice host. Children loved the garden. You can hear the opera singers rehearsals when opening the window.

Perfekt, vor allem mit Hund! Highly recommended, especially with dogs! Perfect location, VERY central but quiet. 1 minute west of Teatro La Fenice, 8 or so minutes from Piazza San Marco. Very romatic and slightly wild garden in the courtyard - perfect, with a wonderful Hollywood swing. Our dog, the boys and we loved it out there... Aircondition was quiet and much needed (over 30 deg C). Franco picked us up, led us to the appartment and was extremely helpful in pointing out restaurants or supermarkets. Giusi was always within (telephone-)reach, which was very useful when we had by accident switched off the warm water at night. Somebody came to help right in the morning! Bed comfortable, kitchen well equipped, even with microwave. Nothing fancy, but very clean, orderly, comfortable and cosy. Very good value for money! Thanks for everything, we will come back!

The fotos in booking.com show the upper one of the two appartments only, we got the other one. Which was no problem, but unexpected.

A sweet little apt - close to shopping, supermarket, the vaporetto and restaurants. Very clean with a small garden area that we could have coffee in.
