location was excellent and the 8th floor situation afforded brilliant views - the minimalist stance meant cleaning was easy. some equipment looked new and unused. would certainly go back to this property for any future trips. The additional charge option for bed linen and towel is a bargain.

We were surprised by the previously unannounced (and quite large) key deposit - (although the need to safeguard keys is fully understood). we did not have any significant Euros with us when we arrived. However the owner was very relaxed about the deposit and gave us plenty of time to access the cash via an ATM. it is worth noting that the deposit is returned in Euros which may not be very useful to persons travelling onto the U.K. Is there an administrative way around this minor annoyance? I realise this is listed as a negative against the property - it should really be listed as a negative against the admin. system

The effort of the host for English communication is very much appreciated. The stores were perfect for blocking out all the light when trying to sleep.

The only problem for the building was an airstrip on the windows was letting in air and it made some noise. Otherwise the accommodations was fine.
