The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Does not show in the pictures that you are looking mostly out to the parking lot with a side view. Good location.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, no unexpected surprises. We had an issue with the cable and called the property manager, they came right over and took care of it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking dinners. There is also a grill which we used several times. As mentioned in several of the other reviews, the beds were very comfortable. There is a lot to see and do close by, we frequented the beach several times and drove down to the redwoods.

This condo was a great location for getting to local activities. When we arrived someone else’s things were there but this was resolved within an hour and they reimbursed us us $100. The garbage disposal does not work and the sink kept backing up but they sent someone to fix it. They fixed the drain but not the disposal. The neighbors are not friendly so we kept to ourselves and had a great time. Lovely area to visit.

Vrbo app didn't specify which unit we were in so we had to call after hours but they were very helpful. The condo itself is great, only real complaint was that the beds were stiff. Our daughter had a rough time falling asleep in a new place and the neighbors were very understanding of the situation. Very well kept, would rent again! One thing I recommend is that they change the keypad code more often as there was a mishap after we checked out where another Vrbo renter was able to access the property prior to their scheduled arrival which lead the property manager to believe we hadn't checked out on time. Not a huge deal but kind of concerning from a protection standpoint.

Overall this was a really nice place to stay for our week long family vacation in Brookings. Checking in was easy and the condo is furnished with pretty much everything you will need. A couple of things to be noted…the garbage disposal needs to be replaced. It didn’t work during our stay. I used the reset button on the unit, but it is rusty and no amount of convincing could get it to work. It just kept tripping the reset button. This was frustrating as there also was no screen in the drain to catch food scraps going down. The listing says abKeurig coffee maker is what is there for guests, so I made a point of buying pods for this trip. However, when we arrived there was a Ninja coffee maker. Awesome coffee maker, but I didn’t have what I needed to make coffee based on the information in the listing. Kinda frustrating. Upon entering the unit the downstairs smells pretty musty. We kinda got used to it as the week went by and stopped noticing it, but my teens weren’t happy that their room smelled damp while our room upstairs smelled fine. Finally, the laundry area in the garage could use a good cleaning. Webs, spiders, random socks from other guests, just didn’t make the best impression. Now…having said all that, did we have a great vacation?…Absolutely! The condo became our home for the week and we left with fond memories. I would stay there again.

This was the perfect setup for us. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the stocked kitchen!! The harbor is lovely and we really had no issues or concerns at this place. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is my second stay here. I love it! It is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It does have stairs. Bedroom, bath and garage downstairs, kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom upstairs. The beds are really nice and comfy. The couch folds out into a king bed, but it’s pretty stiff. Save that for the youngsters. It has the best coffee maker I’ve ever seen. It has a nice view of the harbor from the balcony. Quick drive to the beach. You can’t go wrong here. ❤️

We loved this accommodation best of all! The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were stunning. We loved being near the harbor where we went down late afternoon and bought a beautiful piece of halibut to cook for dinner. There is a blue building down there that sells fresh catch! Thank you for providing this lovely space for us! Highly recommend!

This place is not young kid friendly only due to the fact that my 2 year old and 5 year old would not stop playing on the darn staircase. The two year old wants to do everything the 5 year old does but is not as coordinated. Otherwise, the place had everything you would need for an extended stay. Both of the bedrooms are very spacious. I slept downstairs with 5 year old and my wife slept upstairs with the 2 year old. The location is central to pretty much everything in Brookings. Overall, excellent for ages 5 and up and could house 6 people if you use the living room pull out bed. Place was cleaner and nicer than any of the hotels/motels in that area by far. I go to Brookings once a year and have stayed at many of the places in the area. I would definitely be willing to book again in the future.

My daughter and I stayed in this comfy condo for three nights. It was quiet, had comfortable beds, and we slept very well. Gorgeous beaches are nearby and we loved exploring them. Grocery and other stores are nearby and convenient. I recommend this condo for a pleasant getaway.

We loved this place. It was so cozy. My grandma moved to Brookings last year so we decided to visit her and this place was perfect. The town is so neat. The place was real clean. We hope to use it again in the future.

This was our family’s second stay here and we had a wonderful visit. The condo is clean and comfortable with a nice, open kitchen that makes it easy to prepare meals. Location is great. Harris Beach was perfect for tide pooling.

This was a great place to stay with my family…our 3 older sons took over the upstairs and my wife and I had the downstairs room. Fit all 5 of us comfortably!

This rental seems to be nestled in among condo owners' homes which we found nice because it's quiet and the other owners obviously care about their space. The unit nextdoor had a interesting planters on their deck and a cat that my kids tried to pet. These apartments are built on a hill that slopes down toward the harbor. The rental is second from the street and has a parking spot(s?) right in front of its garage. The front door is on the garage level, along with one bedroom and bath, then climb the stairs to the kitchen/dining/living room and other bedroom and bath. It looks to me like someone lived in this unit in the past and left much of their stuff in place. The kitchen has so many items in it that aren't usually in a VRBO. I was happy about that since I forgot brown sugar for a recipe, and it was available, but it is also a little cluttery. The garage also looks much like a typical home garage, with things stored there (it is cleaner than mine, though! ☺️)There's no carpet except on the stairs. We brought slippers for that reason, but the heaters work really well and we were too warm for slippers most of the time. The fans in the bedroom closets were very nice to have! The harbor is viewable from the outdoor deck and from one kitchen window. It was fun to see regular people walking dogs and interacting on the street outside, which can be seen from the upstairs bedroom. The ocean is nearby but it's not visible from the unit or the street that is parallel to the shoreline. However, we really enjoy the short hike to Chetco point, there's a path past some industrial buildings and up onto a rocky viewpoint or down to a small beach.

Great spot, close to everything. Nice, quiet neighborhood, house well stocked, comfortable beds.
