Cozy and comfortable
Cinq minutes à pied de la station de métro. Une maison victorienne familiale récemment rénovée, située dans un quartier très diversifié où vous pourrez vous rendre à pied aux cafés, restaurants et parcs. Le quartier est un vélo amical. La chambre est située au niveau inférieur avec un deuxième accès pratique / sortie qui mène à un patio très confortable, exclusif et relaxant.
La chambre est très propre, confortable et moderne. partager le bain et la cuisine avec une autre personne qui travaille de longues heures .. La cuisine et la salle de bain se trouvent au même étage.

We loved our stay! The place & neighborhood were wonderful!

Great location, felt safe, enjoyed outdoor sitting area. Inside was cozy. Can’t think of anything we didn’t have. FYI-read street signs, I didn’t & they street clean 2&4 Thursday of each month. We used public transportation to freedom trail, aquarium, Fenway. Always enjoy Boston.

I had a little trouble with the combination locks, but Francisco was very responsive and friendly. I stayed in a cozy basement suite with a kitchen and bathoom, with a large shower. There was a fan, plenty of light, and an array of snacks. Quite pleasant.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property. The neighborhood is delightful and close to the train. The place was perfectly clean, and I was very impressed with the attention to the smallest detail. What meant the most to me was the communication from the property owner. Instructions were timely and very thorough. I really appreciated the checkins at points during our stay. The owner showed great care in our satisfaction. Thank you for a great stay!

Property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and extra toiletries, had an excellent kitchen and pantry area to buy snacks if needed. Owner was very responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would recommend to friends

The place was perfect for me - I wanted to be in Jamaica Plain and the house is well-located. It's a basement apartment, nicely finished, with ample heat and kitchen/bathroom facilities. Very kind owner - I highly recommend staying here!

Great location and attentive host who responded quickly to any communication
Very welcoming host who is available quickly if questions arise. All amenities were there that one could want or need. Lots of cozy blankets and towels and bottled water etc. close to public transport via the T.. short walk to parks or shopping.

Updated Apartment- great Jamaica Plain location
Loved this place! They have considered the guest experience- great lighting, easy check in, well stocked. Appliances are new & the entire place is very clean.
Communication with Francisco was prompt and courteous.
We would definitely stay here again.

Getaway to Jamaica Plain, MA
The property was a small studio apartment located in the basement of a home in Jamaica Plain. Though the apartment was clean and the management great, we had to walk in through the front door and then down a steep set of steps that had no hand rail. The apartment was within walking distance of the rail station to get to Back Bay and downtown Boston.

To put it short it was not what we thought it was going to be the place is run down the paint on the walls was bubbling. We were down some steep steps in the basement. It was not a very nice place. Never again. We didn’t even stay there.

The room was spacious and well decorated, with easy access to a patio. My husband was having a procedure at Faulkner Hospital, and the location was convenient for that. Also, quite close to restaurants.
