Great Neck Rental with Water Views!
Cette maison est perchée sur une colline avec vue sur l'eau depuis presque toutes les pièces de la maison! Pavilion Beach et Pirate Park Playground sont à deux pas, ce qui en fait une excellente location familiale!
Le centre-ville d'Ipswich est idéalement situé à moins de 10 minutes où vous pouvez trouver de bons restaurants, du café et quelques jolies boutiques! Grands magasins et excellents restaurants à Newburyport à environ 20 minutes au nord ou à Essex qui est à environ 15 minutes!
Il y a une chambre en bas avec un lit queen et deux chambres à l'étage. La chambre principale a une vue imprenable avec une terrasse privée donnant sur Cranes Beach et Plum Island. Enveloppez le pont avec vue sur l'eau et haut-parleurs extérieurs au premier niveau pour vous détendre et dîner. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils flambant neufs, y compris une gamme Viking pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner.

We had a wonderful family visit to Ipswich and this great house. The views are even better than the pictures. The whole neighborhood has amazing vistas to the ocean. The house was a perfect size for a family of 6. Four adults and two kids. It has everything you need. Owners are great, we will come back here on all return visits to the area.

The house was perfect. I went for a quick weekend stay. I opted for a house instead of hotel so I could have my friends and their grandkids over - and I certainly made the right choice. The house was well stocked, clean, bedding and beds were so comfortable. Very kid friendly but in a subtle way. Although it was not warm weather, the house is equipped with all your beach needs! The view was amazing and it is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Liz was amazing and made it such a pleasant trip! She actually notified me that I could check in early?! Above and beyond. I wash my trip was longer.

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend at Liz and Chris’s home. The location is very close to the beach and there are plenty of hiking trails nearby as well. Views from the balcony/deck are amazing. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The hosts were very thoughtful and were excellent with communication throughout the stay. We would definitely stay again.

This is the second time that we have rented 5 Hillside Rd in Ipswich, MA. The location is great, a short 50 yard walk to the beach and views from the porch that overlook the bay. The house, as last year, was clean and well stocked when we arrived. No need to go to the local stores to stock up on necessities, paper goods, toiletries, etc.. Also, the owners had left a welcome gift of pastries and coffee which was most appreciated. If we go back to Ipswich in the future, we would definitely want to re-rent 5 Hillside.

The primary bedroom needs blackout curtains, and gets really hot with the door closed. Lobster pot was barely adequate, and there were no lobster utensiles to be found.

If you are looking for a modernly furnished, clean and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood steps away from the beach then this property in Great Neck is a great choice. It has all the amenities you need and comes exactly as advertised. The owners are really nice and responsive and even welcomed us with a gift basket supporting local businesses such as the coffee shop, wine store and butcher. If we ever plan to come back to this part of new England we certainly would rent this property again. Thank you for a great renting experience in Gloucester.

Perfect!
Could not have asked for anything better. The house was so clean and tastefully decorated and furnished, we felt as if we were in the comfort of our own home. The location was excellent for walking and going to the beach, and the views were spectacular. Amazing host! We will definitely rent this house again ..and again. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was plenty of space for the five of us. The rooms were exactly as pictured and the house had a lot of light and lovely views of the water. It was also very clean and the check-in process was simple and straightforward. Fantastic Accomodations and Location
We have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals and this one was the best yet. It was very well appointed and the linens and paper goods were more than sufficient. The location is great; just a short walk to the public beach and the Ipswich/Essex area is filled with sights and great restaurants. If we visit this area in the future we would certainly hope that we could rent 5 Hillside Rd. again.

Perfect beach home away from home
As a former Ipswich resident and the nephew of a Great Neck homeowner who lives just up the hill from this property, I was very excited about staying here to visit with family for the first time since before the pandemic. My wife, two teens and I anticipated this stay for months, and it more-than lived up to all of our expectations. A beautiful home in one of our favorite places. Top-notch property with all the amenities, and we look forward to staying here again. We hosted family members for dinner, enjoyed days on the beach, and had a wonderful home to retreat to after gatherings at my Uncle's and a day in Boston. I can not recommend this property highly enough ... but keep it between us, OK? I don't want too much competition for future stays.

Thanksgiving Family Gettogether
Nice spot for our small family to get together. Nicely appointed and equipped home w/ great water views. We were impressed by Chris and Liz's attentiveness to our needs, and especially the books, toys, and baby equipment they made available to us. A good time was had by all.
Communication w/VRBO was difficult for me and almost resulted in my backing out. Glad I didn't.

Beautiful home in peaceful Ipswich
A great location for our small family reunion, this home was comfortable, quiet, and beautiful, and a nearby beach to watch the stormy waves from. Definitely has a regular flight of stairs to get to the living level, which was fine for us, but you should know about. The house was big enough to provide quiet sitting places for each of the families, and lots of deck sitting with great views. A very short drive took us to wonderful walking paths and access to a historic farm. The town has great pubs, and you are a brief drive from Essex, which has Woodman’s, an awesome spot for whole boiled lobster and chowder!

Stunning location
A beautiful home in a stunning location that exceeded our expectations. Thrilled by the wonderful sunrises we could see from our bed each morning, with fabulous views from every angle. Enjoyed short walk to beach and also around the area, appreciating the local wildlife.
The house has plenty of space with a light modern airy feel, is comfortable throughout and very well equipped. The host very accommodating and easy to contact. Welcome basket appreciated and the gift certificates for some local businesses were a thoughtful touch. Cannot fault it and would certainly consider staying there again when visiting friends who live in Ipswich.

Hillside Heaven
This property is perfectly perched on a hill with beach and ocean views. The property is nicely furnished and equipped, with lovely wrap around decks. Owners very responsive to any questions or concerns ( not that there were any). Would stay there again!!

Lovely Ipswich Home
We had a wonderful stay at Liz’s house. The house decor was beachy, very clean and just a short walk to a small beach. Lovely walks, marshes and estuaries everywhere. We went to the Ipswich seafood market, the farmer’s market and Castle Hill on the Crane estate. Everyone we met could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend this house for a long weekend or family vacation.
