The carpet was disgusting, the bed sheet had long strands of someone else's hair. There were no glasses in the room. There was a coffee machine and coffee in the room but no coffee pot. Breakfast had no fresh food at all. It was cereal and oatmeal packages.

Absolutely appalling. We stayed here last year and it was a nice hotel with friendly staff. Shocking to see how quickly it has declined in such a short time. The first night there was banging, screaming and dogs barking til 2am on the floor above us. When I called down to the front desk, no one answered. In the morning I spoke to the front desk about it and they offered to move MY ROOM. So instead of addressing the problem which is apparently a family that is living here and letting their pets and children run riot all over the hotel, they want me to pack up again and move. Same thing the second night. Children screaming, dogs barking, jumping off beds and running up and down the halls. Midnight - No answer at the front desk so I went down there. After waiting, someone finally showed up and said he would look into it. Nothing happened. Noise continued til 2am. Third night same. Screaming, pounding, running, fighting, barking. All I want from a hotel is a quiet, comfortable place to sleep. We will NEVER stay at this location again. Pool STILL not available same as a post I read 3 months ago and the breakfast was pathetic. I suspect this hotel has turned into a homeless shelter and the hotel won’t deal with any of the issues. NOT a safe, quiet or comfortable place to stay.

Parking lot spots plentiful, well lit. Lobby smelled clean, and had lots of comfortable seating. Easy enough access to the freeway.

Room smelled like cigarettes and booze. Carpet frayed. Stale air, couldn't keep AC on. Swimming pool closed for maintenance. No waffles or oatmeal available for breakfast at 7:10 AM. No hand towels. No roll for TP ... Just on shelf.

The facility was very nice and very clean. I would come here again.

I was VERY disappointed with the entire experience actually! This is my 5th or 6th stay over the past two years. Upon arrival, it took awhile and the front desk clerk could not even find my reservation. Apparently there is a new system. He went ahead and gave me a room (thank goodness) as I was able to show him my Bookings.com confirmation. Air conditioning in room was not working correctly. On day 2, we entered our room and it was 81 degrees. Took quite awhile to cool it down to 76. Only two towels in the room. Breakfast was EXTREMELY sparse! Worker informed me after I wandered around that they were short of supplies. Unacceptable in my opinion to pay extra for breakfast option and not have hardly anything to choose from except dry cereal and potatoes! Guests should have been notified in advance.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The ac worked great. The breakfast was good.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. The bath tub creaked every time you moved while showering. There was a noise you could hear from the bathroom. I'm not sure what it was coming from. It sounded like water running or something like that. The bathroom was very hot! The hallway was also hot. The thermostat was set at 78 in the hall.

Shower water was cold. Mini fridge was not working. Breakfast was bad, didn’t even have eggs.

In room there have no bottled water, I call front desk they say I have to buy it, This is i never had bad experience , it just a bottled water ! Are you kidding me.

I have a disability walking & my room was as far from the elevator as possible. I had to get upset before he would find me a luggage rack so I could get my luggage to my room. Breakfast the first morning was only eggs. & I asked the manager to please have the luggage rack brought to my room at 7am the next morning. He said he would but at 7:20 I had to call & ask again. They have NO CONCERNS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE DISABLED. My refrigerator sounded like Darth Vader both nights. There was a smell in the rooms & in the hallway. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Beds were so small … I got queen size beds but they seemed like full size.

The costumer service. The clerk was very dry in his communication and visual approach. He was rude and refused my wife two towels because he said the pool was closed so we had to exit the pool and walk by to the room on the second floor dripping water all over the floor and into the hallways and also into our room because he didn’t give us the towels we asked him nicely for. Won’t be going back because of the service
