DOTTIES HOUSE HOBART
Dotties House est une maison joliment rénovée et décorée avec goût. Elle comprend une cuisine américaine moderne, une salle à manger et un salon. Le salon peut accueillir six personnes confortablement et dispose d'une télévision intelligente de 55 pouces, d'un lecteur DVD avec sélection de films, d'une console Wi-Fi et de jeux.
La cuisine / salle à manger a de beaux sommets banc de pierre et des sièges 6. La cuisine est équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, four / plaque de cuisson en verre, belle machine à café avec moulin et d'autres petits appareils.
Le garde-manger est approvisionné avec des éléments essentiels et un pack de démarrage gratuit à l'arrivée.
La buanderie entièrement équipée dispose d'une machine à laver et sèche-linge, fer et planche à repasser.
Dotties House propose deux lits queen, 1 avec salle de bains, et les deux ont une télévision à écran plasma mural.
La troisième chambre dispose de lits superposés. Toutes les chambres ont des couvertures électriques, des lampes de chevet et des radios-réveils.
La salle de bain principale a une baignoire / douche, WC, lavabo, sèche-cheveux, sèche-serviettes avec le stockage de serviette supplémentaire. Salle de bains attenante avec douche séparée, toilettes, lavabo et sèche-cheveux.
Une pompe à chaleur à cycle inversé garde la maison chaude ou froide pour votre confort.
Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et sont blanchis commercialement.
Lit et chaise bébé sont disponibles sur demande.

Great place as a base to travel around hobart and surrounding areas , stayed 5 nights . Kids love the games room , table tennis was a great hit !
Big thank you to the host for organising another key when we lock our selves out ! (hope you enjoyed the chocolates as a thank you ) Would recommend and stay again .

We stayed for 5 days while in the Hobart part of our trip. The house was as advertised and a great family home. Really convenient having the basketball ring and games room for down time. Can walk to woolworths and local pub/cafes.

My friends and I needed a place to stay for a few days while on school holiday and we had a great time here! We were able to easily access the bus system to get into the city of Hobart as well as walk to several cafes and a mall nearby. Would highly recommend!

Mark and Miriam presented a fantastic place to use as our main base while visiting Tasmania for the first time.
The house was clean and tidy, with a pantry stocked with quite a few essentials. The games room in the backyard was great for our fourteen-year-old to spend some time by themselves watching movies, phoning their bestie, or having a laugh with me playing table tennis.
Comfortable beds and sofas, and a nice outdoor area to make use of.
Remarkably close (walking distance) to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants.
My only minor complaint was that the dining area was a high bench and stools. Not the most comfortable of settings, but we ate out most of the nights anyway, so it wasn't too much of a problem overall.
We will certainly consider booking Dotties Cottage when we visit Hobart again.
Overall, a great place to spend a week exploring Southern Tasmania.

Thoroughly impressed with Dottie’s House .
Sparkling clean , large house with lovely garden.
We were travelling with our adult children and there was plenty of space. The rooms are big ,all tastefully decorated.Beds are so comfortable with high quality linen .
Kitchen is perfect ,very well appointed : cooking oils ,spices ,sauces ,paper towel.Lots of appliances and cooking dishes .Everything was thought of and enabled us to cook some great meals whilst staying there.
The games room is massive .This house caters very well to larger families .
Parking in driveway was easy for our large car.
The location is very central : walking distance to shops,supermarkets,cafes ,restaurants and the Cinema.
Mark and Miriam were amazing hosts ,their communication was wonderful .
Dottie’s House is highly recommended and I plan to stay there again when I return to Hobart

We stayed for a week over Christmas with our 3 children. Property was amazing! Kids were entertained with the basketball ring, huge backyard & the games room. Plenty of DVD options & the Wii also. Beds were comfy & house had plenty of room. The kids have already asked when can we go back!! We'd definitely recommend & stay here again :)

Excellent space for our family of 6. Heaps of towels and extra blankets provided, loved the wii & games room. The pantry staples and coffee provisions were most appreciated, and it’s only a short walk to supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and takeaway spots. Lovely to have the heaters turned on when we arrived so the house was comfortable in the cold Tasmanian winter! Would highly recommend.

Dottie’s place was amazing! Very comfortable three bedrooms and the outside entertainment room was an unexpected bonus! My teenage daughter enjoyed her time out there with the ping pong table and arcade games. Thanks for letting us experience your wonderful home.

Mark and Mirian were fabulous hosts and the house was everything we expected and more. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen sparklingly clean. The bonus games room and backyard would be ideal for children. Definately 5 stars.

A cute & modern well maintained property with a homely feel. My parents & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; we had a very comfortable and hassle free break at Dotties House. The well manicured, fairly large back yard was an added bonus!
The hosts had provided a 'starter pack' of essential food items including bottled water and breakfast & snack items - this was an unexpected treat. Thank you..
We requested a late check-out which was also provided at no extra cost; this was much appreciated by us as our flight was in the night. Very accommodating hosts :-)

Dottie's House is in an excellent location. Very close to key shops and ammenities with the back drop of breathtaking mountains. We also loved that Dottie's House was only a short trip into Hobart too.
Dottie's House was in immaculant condition. Thank you Mark & Miriam for turning on the lights for us and for having the air conditioner on as well. It was a hot day and an absolute delight to walk into a clean and cool home away from home.
Dottie's House lacked for nothing. I enjoyed a quiet coffee each morning sitting outside appreciating the neat garden.
The games room was a real hit too!! Access to Wii Sport brought lots of laughter on our first night as well.
We would highlighly recommend this beautiful property for anyone. We look foward to visiting again!

Dottie’s house is a beautifully maintained property with everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway. Easy and convenient location to get around Hobart and surrounds. Close to Mona too.

The check in was very easy, there is driveway space for two cars. The house was very clean, had fresh linen and everything we needed. Air con worked perfectly. Had a coffee machine and dishwasher. Great backyard area including a small BBQ and a basketball hoop.
The house is located on a busy road, but once in the house there was no noise at all. It I'd a 2min drive / 10min walk to a shopping complex which was handy for groceries etc.
Would highly recommend this house.
