Staff, cool hotel, European vide, food, relaxed atmosphere

I booked one As we were going to the rugby. Lovely greeting on arrival and great atmosphere in reception and the bar. Had a quick bite to eat in bar Food was good and the cocktail menu has a creative selection. F & B staff are very friendly and attentive. Coffee dock in reception was great for a strong morning coffee with warm pastries.

The bed was massive even in our standard room. The lobby and decor were unique and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful to the max. I only stayed one night unfortunately but will stay there any time I visit Dublin in the future :)

La ubicación, está céntrico y llegas andando a todos los sitios.

Si reservas por Booking la habitación con el desayuno incluido, tienes un precio del desayuno por persona de 27 euros. Sin embargo, si sólo reservas el alojamiento y pagas el desayuno en el hotel el coste del desayuno es de 18,5 euros. Me parece una estafa, nosotros eramos dos personas y estuvimos alojados 3 días, es decir, nos han cobrado 51 euros más que a nuestros compañeros de viaje que decidieron pagar el buffet del desayuno directamente en el hotel. Pese a que se lo expliqué al recepcionista con todo detalle no me dio ninguna solución, solamente que pusiera un comentario en Booking. Además, la limpieza de las habitaciones es inexistente, la realizan unos chicos jóvenes sin ningún tipo de conocimiento de limpieza y directamente no limpian y no hacen la cama.

The location was great. We really enjoyed the bar staff. Specificaly Daniel who was attentive and very helpful with area information.

I would have liked more bread options at breakfast e.g. English Muffins or bagels.

Die Lage im Stadtzentrum war sehr gut. Es war ruhig und klimatisiert.

Die Zimmer viel zu klein und nicht mit den Bildern zu vergleichen. 850€ für 4 Nächte OHNE Frühstück in so einer Zelle maßlos überteuert. Schlechter Reinigungsservice, ein Tag wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Für 2 Personen je Zimmer ungeeignet. Kein Schrank im Zimmer. Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen!

Quiet, central. Small room but we expected that. We will try to stay here every time we come back thru Dublin.

Location was very central to everything, we walked everywhere to and from the hotel. The rooms and reception areas were lovely and staff very friendly. I expected the rooms to be small from looking at the photos when I booked and the room we had was larger than I hoped which was a bonus. We didn't eat in the hotel but the bar area was great. Price was competitive with similar hotels and a better location, nicer hotel than others in my opinion. We both would love to stay here again.
